I went into day and dealt with Phill who helped me change the SIM card out to see if that was my tech issue. He was super friendly and kind and I really enjoyed our interaction. Left me feeling like I'm not just another number to a big giant corporation.

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 at Bell in the Eaton Centre. My sales associate, Fairan Rozani, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Fairan! JJ

I loved the service here. It must have been frustrating because I am not good at English, but I was touched by the Fairan who is an employee. Someone who explained kindly and tried to help me through. If I ask Bell for help again, I think I will visit here. Thank you very much.

The store employees are so rude and not at all helpful, specially someone named Justin and Panshu and also they says the store is open till 9 pm est but they can not serve beyond 10 am to 5pm, as after 5 pm their offices are not opened, i wanted to get my home internet and they kept saying several excuses and so instead of getting my 3 cellphone line n home internet line here, i had to go to Rogers, its better to pay a little bit more than to get harassed and humiliated and ignored!

Staff extremely friendly, Fairan provided excellent service and followed up with any troubles I had while installing my home internet.

Stopped by to ask for directions to the washroom. Indian staff member pointed to guest receptionist, then once I turned around began laughing with her coworkers. I was looking for a new phone plan but I won’t be coming here.

The store is super, I want to note the consultant, I forgot the name of the bro) on Z somehow

Going into the bell store I was full of anxiety over how I would be welcomed since my phone has several issues.
Amar, not only greeted me with amazing service but used his professionalism to provide me with options that helped me out in the long run … Amar is the man to see if your ever in the mall and need of solutions!

The store was very helpful. Although it is amidst 2-3 stores of Bell near by, it gives off the most user friendly vibe. The ambience is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. I met with Justin. He was part of the staff who helped me out find an amazing deal for my home Internet. He was calm and patient. He understood all that I needed for my Internet needs and got me the best package deal possible. I am very happy with the service and attention to detail that was provided and the help which I got till I got my Internet installed at my home

I GOT A 14 pro from this store and there was an employee named Pranavi I guess. She really guided me throughout my purchase and helped me get the phone. She even convinced me to get protection plan because I lost my previous phone. Really appreciate her efforts.

Jerome is beyond amazing, he was able to get me the iPhone 14 pro max and I love it. I booked the setup time/date and he had everything ready for me. He was/is super kind and helpful through out the whole process. He explained all the technical stuff and made sure I fully understood the process. 10/10 would go back to the store and Jerome for any future Bell Services/ products. He’s a massive asset to the store.
