Really upset with the customer service at this location. I went in the store to only inquire about the price and the agent signed me up for the service.
My credit cheque was done without my consent.
I have been trying to cancel the service over the phone as they can't cancel it at the store and that's been a nightmare.
I received customer service calls and no one answers on the other side. I call them back and then long wait times.
The agent told me the service wont be confirmed until i confirm it. But without talking to me Bell confirmed the service.
Its been a nightmare to cancel a service, that was done by mistake by this store.
Literally hate Bell now.

Bell Bayshore provided me with fantastic service. I presented at the store with a tricky technical problem and they managed to resolve it. Really nice, pleasant and professional and certainly know their trade. Thank you to the two advisors working Thursday evening. Can thoroughly recommend these advisors

Vishnu was super super helpful, he was able to help me with my needs and remained super clam and friendly when there was a long wait. I highly recommend Vishnu at the aBayshore mall location as he’s one of the many highly skilled associates there! Amazing job to Vishnu and I’ll be coming back and recommending people to him and this location as well!

Megan was very helpful, I had a corporate account, and wanted it switched to a personal account and keep the same number, as I've had it for 15 years, not simple as one would think, she took time and help me navigate 310 bell customer service reps, great job, go see Megan, if you want as sales rep that takes the time to make sure your satisfied, Thanks again

We have been very disappointed with our current service provider Fido. One of my co-workers suggested that we see Megan at the Bell store at the Bayshore shopping centre. So today my wife and I went to see her and we were thrilled that we did. She provided us with extremely friendly prompt service, as well as very knowledgeable advice which led us to sign up with Bell for 3 family members. We couldn't resist the package that she offered. Thanks Megan for your kind and wonderful service, and we will recommend you just as my co-worker did!

Bell is my ISP and when my internet went out, the call centre said my modem was defective so I had to pack it up and visit this Bell store to exchange it. Not everyone at the store knew how to do the exchange so I had to wait. Of course, thus wasn't the problem with my internet so I had to wait for a day for a Bell technician to come and find that another Bell technician had disconnected my service.

I haphazardly dropped by the store even though I had the option of resolving my issue online. I am glad I came to the store, where Marwat provided exceptional service courteously, competently, and professionally.

Absolutely horrible service! Because of the service I got there, once my phone is paid off I will be switching companies without a doubt! After waiting 30+ minutes they were of no assistance at all and no desire to help either. Very bad Salesman if I was management I'd be looking for new ones.
