Had a problem with my phone that I couldnt figure out, young man at the Bell store at intercity mall location fixed it in about 2 minutes.

I was having a pretty rough day and came to the decision to finally upgrade my phone after 4 years.i went in completely blind and manjot was very accommodating.she guided me through the purchasing process and explained the plans and phones in understandable details (as if she was explaining to a 10 year old lol). Thank you so much manjot for helping me decide on this beautiful iphone 15 pro!

Mike was very helpful when I upgraded my phone. Put my screen protector on like a champ! Also answered all of my questions and explained everything along the way. 10/10 would recommend

Before going to the Bell Store at Intercity Mall, I checked the reviews on-line. Because of the reviews for Micheal C, I went to see him and glad I did. He was very patient and extremely helpful. Spent a lot of time with me and I left a happy customer with a new phone and cell plan for a relative in Southeastern Ontario. It was a busy place and everyone there seemed very knowledgeable and pleasent with the customers in the store. Thank you Mike

Mike was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was due to return my phone or pay the buy out to keep my old phone. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and help transfer all my data from one phone to the other. This was probably the best in-person experience I have had with a bell representative. Mike is an asset to the business and I would recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again Mike!

My spouse went into the bell store intercity yesterday and got wonderful service from Michael C, he even made an extra sale by helping her up one of her other plans. He has great customer service! We need more like him!

My personal phone broke so today I visited the bell store at the thunder bay mall. I was well greater by a bell rep by the name of Karan. He immediately made me feel very welcome with his positive happy attitude. Now in the past I have waited some time in bell but Karan today had me in and out new phone and contract in record time. Karan your customer service is on point buddy keep up the good work. Thank you-mike

My stepdad and I needed to replace my phone and start a new contract, as my previous one ended. I was in a dilemma trying to choose between two different phone brands when Mike recommended me the Samsung S23 Ultra. And let me tell you. I could not be anymore satisfied! I am in LOVE with this phone! It's everything I want. I was also recommend a multi accessory pack that came with a charger, a screen protector, and a clear phone case so I can show off my guitar picks.
Mike explained everything well and made the contract setup super easy for me and my stepdad. He also helped me troubleshoot setting up my account on the new device. Excellent service!

The manager contacted me the next day and was beyond helpful! She managed to fix the situation the same day therefore I did not have to wait the four weeks to get a new device after all! Thank you Alyssa for everything you are amazing!

Attempted to upgrade my phone as well as my two teenager's phones today. Walked in and a gentleman asked how he could help I informed him that we would all like to switch from Virgin to Bell and would all like new phones. He begins the process and asks if we want to keep our numbers we do. He hands me a contract and tells me the switch has been completed and all I have to do is sign when I ask him what about my new phone. He stated I do not get a new phone because he put me on the bring your own device plan despite me and my children stating we wanted new devices. After informing him I would not sign because I needed a new phone as mine was broken (cracked screen) he told me he would have to talk to his team to fix his mistake. I then asked if my kids would at least be able to get new phones like we had planned which he was able to do. I then asked how long it would take his "team" to fix his mistake thinking it would be a week maybe two at most only to be told it would take at least a month. Beyond frustrated. Not impressed just a bad first impression all around. Definitely won't be recommending them to my family and friends at this time.

Karan is the one who helped me and it was one of the best and fastest experiences I have ever had with bell, he is very fast and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him!

KARAN from bell in Thunder Bay at the mall is by far the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He was not only very helpful, but very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He went above and beyond for us when we had the pleasure of dealing with him. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Thank you Karan and good luck on your future endeavours with Bell:)

Karan was extremely friendly and helpful. His sharp eyes found a tiny crack on the phone I was getting and saved me from a possible problem.
