Tushanth was an amazing representative. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfect for me and that my family and I got the best deals. The manager, Amir, was also extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

If you are looking to switch to Bell, don't ask for anyone other than or hope & pray you have the pleasure of working with Simon! Other than his elite knowledge & professionalism in his role, he used language & banter that I could fully understand & made sure that he double checked with me that I did understand & that there was no grey area for me. He continuously checked in to see if I had any questions about services, products, etc & gave me the answers I was looking for. Simon was polite, approachable in conversation, & met every need I brought to him. AND MORE! Finally, his communication was efficient, quick & reliable; we communicated by phone & email. All in all, I am overly impressed with my experience with Bell this time around & only hope Simon is working if I ever should need help from Bell in the future:)

I walked in wanting to buy a phone outright. They refused. I asked if I could take it on the plan and pay all at once, the "manager" Wajid then refused to speak to me any further.

I've got internet, homephone, TV, and 4 cell phones monthly they will lose because of him.

And it appears only good reviews are acknowledged by the "owner"

Beyond this, update on current network behavior across the city. Their 5 G rollout Is an embarrassment, I've had l3ss network lag, and issues on Fido's throttled 3g.

No one around to help, and was told I was going to be charged $50 for an upgrade without any reason. I will be going to another location.

Let me preface by saying that I had to go into the branch because Bell can't get its s*** together and sent us physical sim cards when we ordered e-sims.
We went into the branch expecting to be disappointed but Simon was just out of this world amazing. He managed to troubleshoot our complicated dual-e-sim issues while talking to headquarters, and was just extremely competent. If you need a Bell ninja, go to the Billings Bridge location and make sure Simon is working that day!

Excellent service. Helped me to learn recently received Bell messages were a scam and they were forwarded to your fraudulent department.
