Nathan had set me up with a new watch and ported over my phone from Eastlink. I'm partnered with work and expected to get a certain package under our EPP program. He told me because I could not upload a letter of employment online, I could return to the store at a later time with that information and he would honor the EPP deal, but would give me something else for the time being so I was able to use my phone through Bell. Made a trip back out to the store the next day after work with a physical copy of the LOE (side note, I don't drive and I also live on the other side of town) and he wasn't there like he said he would be (I understand people get sick or things happen, but I wanted to deal with him since he was the one that opened the contract for me). I spoke with another employee and was told that they could not do that, and I would now need to pay over $500 for my watch that I was financing to buy out my contract and open a new contract since it would now be considered a breach if my original contract. Why no one said anything as he was giving me this information in the beginning baffles me as there was more than one employee standing by listening because they were engaging in our conversation. To say I was unhappy was an understatement. It took me many phone calls to try and rectify this issue. If that were the case and I was aware of this prior, I would have stayed with Eastlink. Now, Bell calls weekly, sometimes even twice a day, to try and sell me internet and cable services. I have already told them that due to my experience with them thus far, I'm definitely not interested in purchasing other services, and once my watch is paid for, I will be going elsewhere. It's borderline harassment. Put me on a "do not call" list.would not recommend their services.

Ryan is an exceptional sales representative who consistently goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. His communication skills are top-notch, and he demonstrates a deep understanding of the all the phones. Will definitely go back to him when I have to upgrade to a new phone again.

Omg! I had the best time at bell trying to authorize my identity. Amanda and Jason at the sudbury mall bell are the best! They made my long wait worth wild, and super fun! 100% would recommend coming in to see them. We'll worth the wait

Sudeep provided me with calm, expert advice. He allowed me to vent all my frustration THEN gave me options and treated me with respect. He saved me money AND solved my issues with my broken Samsung Galaxy Flip4. I DO NOT recommend this phone. If you have one & the hinge gives you trouble, deal with it immediately before the screen goes black & becomes unusable. I removed 1 star because the Bell system pulled someone else's account & their details are on my receipt (not the contract). Thanks for your kindness Sudeep!

Ryan is my favorite salesman of all times!
He made the transition to get my upgrade done super easy and transparent!
It is so obvious that he cares about his clients and always gives the best advice!
It was so much fun dealing with Ryan and it will definitely not be the last time I deal with him.

Ryan was awesome. Great customer service. Very helpful and helped me chose a phone within my price range and with the features I needed. Spoke to manager in store wanted to make sure this gets to corporate.

Ryan was the sales representative that helped me upgrade my phone. I can honestly say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! He was honest and transparent with the details regarding the upgrade and scored me a better deal with a lower phone bill! He was genuine and empathetic which was a refreshing experience. During my visit to the Bell store, Ryan was able to multitask and work as a team with his other colleagues. A friendly environment and clean store. Quick and efficient. I highly recommend Ryan and this store.

I went to Bell at 1349 Lasalle Sudbury and was dealing with Amanda who went over and beyond to help me out. Amanda is very polite and has great people skills and knowledgeable of the bell products. I'm very appreciative of her. I had cancer 2 times and she was very careful.

Our family was in on August 7th at the Lasalle location. We had four family members looking to upgrade their phones. Tyler greeted us and immediately got to work. He had a sense of humour, was efficient and knowledgeable, explained all our options and made the whole experience a positive one. We could not thank him enough.
