I received an iPhone XR (Bell service phone) from my friend, but I had trouble for several days because it did not recognize another company's (koodo) SIM card. So I went to the Bell store, and although there were a lot of people and it was busy, the Skylar employee helped me and all my problems were solved. She was very friendly to the guests and resolved problems quickly. I am so grateful to her.
