When i signed up for the warranty plan the worker told me it covered EVERYTHING and that i wouldn't have to pay anything exrtra if phone is damaged as its covered on warranty plan. I confirmed this with 2 employees that assured me that i will not have to pay for a repair or new phone if something happened with the phone.cracked screen, water damage everything. I pay $20 extra on my bill a month.for nothing as i found out when my phone screen has simply cracked im NOW told that it is "INSURANCE" and that i will still have to pay a $300 deductible on something that was sold to me already and have been paying.this is a complete scam. My phone is broken now. Employees are no help telling me to use a pay phone. Absolut disappointment and upset. This is not ethical nor right. At least sell the right information or don't sell anything at all. I have been with this company bell for over 10 years. It has been on going concerns of over charging me for un used data in the past when it was turned off on my phone in settings and blocked. I have visited the OSHAWA CENTER BELL AND WHITBY MALL BELL the past 5 days and they have not been nice no helpful.

Dont get caught in the scam, as soon as i get my phone fixed by a third party, paying OUT OF POCKET EVEN THOUGH I HAVE WARRENTY i will be CANCELLING. No doubt about it. I dont understand how this can be done.its disgusting and bell should be ashamed. I will continue to shame the name of this company and encourage everyone and anyone to go with ANY other provider. Good luck.
