Over the past few weeks I’ve had some very bad experiences with Bell and my service after doing an upgrade However, after long back-and-forth with customer service, I met Brittany McKay, the store manager for Bell Trinity Commons, who went above and beyond to rectify the issues that I was experiencing with my two telephone lines. She is amazing at her job and very committed to ensuring that customers are happy and satisfied with the service. Brittany was able to keep us as Bell customers as we were ready to switch providers. Great job… her efforts should not go unseen as we truly appreciated it!

We got an iPhone with good plan and wifi with Bell here, really good customer service from Lovejot. She went above and beyond to help us to provide the best plan. Manager and other staff was knowledgeable.

I got a mobility line from Amrit Bell Trinity 2 months ago, today I was having the issue with Billl, line was suspended, she patiently listened me and called at customer services for me in order to get rid of this issue.

Today I went to this store. Phone SIM card was faulty from yesterday. No out going calls no In coming calls at our phone. One lady talk to me I was not satisfied due to lack of her knowledge and then I approached to other girl. Her name was Amrit kaur she asked my problem and solve it. Her behaviour was Good.
I noticed that all employees in the store don’t have name Tag on shirt. And they were talking in other language when they were attending the customer. Laughing at the customer. It’s not professionalism. They need more training that how to deal with a customer. It looks bad.

Went today to just ask some questions and walked out with phones. Ash was knowledgeable, patient, super nice and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend this store to anyone.

Just went to the bell store at trinity common, had an amazing expereince with RISH. She is the go to person in the store. I had the most complicated case and problem and the ease with she handled it is just brilliant. I have been trying to figure out the solution since last month but couldn’t find one. And now with her experience and knowledge she just did a brilliant job. RISH is always my first preference for everything now.

Has gone over and beyond to help me with my phone issue. I have been having issues with colour and called Bell over 5 times to get the is corrected and no one was able to correct my issue, until I came to the Bell store in Trinity and Nishal was the only Agent that was able to fix in 2 mins. I am a happy customer and is very happy to be with Bell.

I walked Into bramalea city centre looking for a prepaid plan the lady who helped me out she didn't help me at all so I left to come here to the Trinity commons location where I have met Rish & Brittany the manager, they went absolutely above and beyond for me. They listened to my issues and resolved them all seamlessly. Very friendly ladies we had alot or fun! I highly recommend these ladies and this bell store. Thank you Bell for hiring efficient people that want to go above and beyond for customers unlike other locations. This will be my new go to location thank you.

Just came in the bell store at Trinity Mall, have been dealing with Brittany for the past hour, she is the most amazing person that I’ve ever dealt with. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with her. I will very recommend her to my whole family and friends. She is a truly AMAZING person.

I went to the store to get some information on a phone and cable plan. While I was there I was assisted by an employee by the name of Alexander, who helped me with exactly what I needed and he was very kind and patient. This store has good service and polite employees, I would definitely recommend.

Had one of the most wonderful experiences at bell store trinity commons. Was assisted by a wonderful bell associate Brittany, who was not only very kind but extremely helpful! I needed a new phone and did not want anything other than a basic package. After other people and stores trying to confuse us and convince us we wanted more than we needed, I was given a recommendation from a family member. I came in to this store and specifically asked to speak with Brittany. She listed to what I wanted and helped find phones and plans not over and above what we needed. She did not try to confuse me with the latest, more expensive plans, and helped by recommending phones that would be best for us. Thank you, Brittany.

I came in the other day to set up a first time phone plan for my daughter. I was greeted and helped by a gentleman Alexander; he was extremely informative and was able to find just what I needed for my daughters first plan. I will definitely be coming back to set up my sons plan with Alexander in the future!

My experience at Bell was excellent thanks to Stephaun. Incredibly nice sales rep. He was very clear with the details of the plan and made the process very simple. I appreciate that the rep also made sure to go over the plan and pricing clearly at the end to make sure I was okay with everything. Very pleasant staff at this store, which is a nice surprise when it comes to telecom companies.

Disappointing customer service from this location. I’ve had Stephaun give me misleading information and guaranteed offers which were found invalid at the time of completing purchase transaction. Stephaun had attended multiple customers and coworkers at the same time without being fully attentive to my needs and concerns. The appointment based system remains pointless at this location. Stephaun had also mentioned follow back calls would be made to notify me of specific product availability but haven’t heard back. Due to lack of customer service and quality service I am discontinuing my accounts with Bell after giving this company another try. This location deserves 0 stars!

I still have collections calling me on behalf of bell for an early cancelation fee. I brought the product back to return on last day of 14 day period due to scheduling. Donnette (?) said she could not take it back as it was not in *like new* condition knowing I’d be stuck with it. I take care of everything I own it was SPOTLESS. And I mean spotless.it was a router I left in my cabinet for 14 days. Total sham and has damaged my credit score and caused me grief over many spam callers.

This store pushed me over the edge to the fact that i've switched to another carrier. Customer Service is lacking-I should know, I'm in that field. I was told that because my plan was EPP, I had to get the upgrade ONLY through the Bell Store. I asked the CSR to book me an appointment today and I was maybe late for 3-5minutes. I drove and got stuck in traffic, waited outside for more than 10minutes when the Rep came out to open the door. I said i had an appointment at 4: 15PM, and by that time it was already 4: 29. The rep told me to respect the appt.times, but i was waiting outside for more than 10min. A couple came by who had an appt.at 4: 30PM, i had to wait for another 25minutes before i was taken by this rep. DIdnt even take more than 10minutes to service me, and i was out of there. Bell didnt even offer to match Telus' offer. This is a complete waste of my time waiting in the cold to NO AVAIL. So now, i'm moving to Telus-thanks to Bell.

My family and I upgraded our phones at Trinity Commons around a week and half ago. We were so happy to deal with Stephaun Edwards. Stephaun went above and beyond in handling all 3 of us individually without skipping a beat. Stephaun remained focused and professional, while accommodating our needs. It is the very first time that we have had our phones upgraded without any issues. Even our personal ringtones & wallpaper were cloned accurately. Thank you Stephaun for your attention to detail and also your impeccable customer service experience!

I came in for a smartwatch plan and left with a smartwatch plan. It wasn't easy for my situation but Stephaun was a professional from start to end. He made sure that what I came in for was what I got. Amazing customer service! Way better than the runaround Bell service I was getting over the phone and online. He sold me on this store location for sure. Thank you.

First time at this location; I made an appointment online for 1p. I showed up at 1255p and the employee that opened the door was very unpleasant. I was allowed in and the security guard sitting at the front entrance looked at me like I was a criminal (I am an older female, nicely dressed). The employee behind the plastic shield where I was directed to stand was also unpleasant. Instead of asking me how they can help, I was asked for personal ID? ! Is this normal? In any case, third person unpleasant and I walked out. There's no way this place will get my business, ever!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. A family member came here asking them for a lucky mobile top up and these guys knowingly sold her a BELL prepaid top up card. And now that we are asking for a refund as this bell card is useless as no one in our household has a prepaid bell account, the staff at the store, including STANLEY (whose negligence caused this whole scenario) are playing games and preventing us from contacting the manager. BE AWARE OF THE SHARP PRACTICE AT THIS LOCATION! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very bad place. Just one person is working there. I stand in the line for 30 minutes to exchange the modem, after seeing me all that time he says after 30 minutes, I need to go to Bramalea City Center to do that. Very poor service.

If you have any task for the staff basically other than getting a new phone they'll just tell you to call customer service. I've talked to customer service before and was told to visit a store only to be told to call customer service. Theres a reason I no longer do business with Bell.

Walked in around 4 PM on a Saturday (store closes at 6 PM). Empty store, needed to do a transfer of responsibility for my wife's account after being told by the Bell customer service line to go into any store with the tentative BAN. Explain the situation to the guy at the counter who was on his phone as we walked up and straightaway his response was "Nope can't help you, you will have to come back or call the customer service line" He could have at the very least made an attempt to provide a solution but was too eager to go back onto his phone.

The CSR associate Mike provided me with quick and efficient service to upgrade my phone. Mike was straightforward and easy to work with, unlike some of other locations I encountered they try to sell you something you don't need.
