Thank goodness for the staff at my Tillsonburg Bell store knowing their stuff. I lost my iPhone off the hood of my truck …. Don’t ask. With their support and know how, they helped me access the find my phone app through iCloud and locate my phone on a map. 15 minutes later I found it. On the side of the road… a chip in the Otterbox and a scuff in the screen protector…. All suggestions from staff…. Right where the map indicated it would be. I love this store, the support from their friendly staff, and the extra mile they go to help me. Highly recommend. Some days 5 stars isn’t enough

I rushed into the Tillsoburg store in a frenzy to change may automatic payment to my Visa which had been hacked. Charles was very helpful in resolving my automatic payment set-up - excellent service - I'll be able to sleep good tonight. Thank you so much Charles!

I just helped my elderly mother set up internet for the first time. She decided to switch after paying a crazy amount for just a few cable channels and a phone with no long distance plan with Rogers. Josslyn helped us get an amazing deal for phone, cable and internet that was almost half the price! And she told us that the price wouldn't change in 6 months like other companies do! Josslyn was so patient with my mom which was very important to both of us. I highly recommend using this location, make sure you ask for Josslyn!

I upgraded my phone at the Bell Store in the Tillsonburg Mall with Sarah the Manager and she gave me such great service! She helped me pick the phone that was best suited for me, walked me through each step and did what she could to make it such a fast process, this is my go to store!
