When i signed up for the warranty plan the worker told me it covered EVERYTHING and that i wouldn't have to pay anything exrtra if phone is damaged as its covered on warranty plan. I confirmed this with 2 employees that assured me that i will not have to pay for a repair or new phone if something happened with the phone.cracked screen, water damage everything. I pay $20 extra on my bill a month.for nothing as i found out when my phone screen has simply cracked im NOW told that it is "INSURANCE" and that i will still have to pay a $300 deductible on something that was sold to me already and have been paying.this is a complete scam. My phone is broken now. Employees are no help telling me to use a pay phone. Absolut disappointment and upset. This is not ethical nor right. At least sell the right information or don't sell anything at all. I have been with this company bell for over 10 years. It has been on going concerns of over charging me for un used data in the past when it was turned off on my phone in settings and blocked. I have visited the OSHAWA CENTER BELL AND WHITBY MALL BELL the past 5 days and they have not been nice no helpful.

Dont get caught in the scam, as soon as i get my phone fixed by a third party, paying OUT OF POCKET EVEN THOUGH I HAVE WARRENTY i will be CANCELLING. No doubt about it. I dont understand how this can be done.its disgusting and bell should be ashamed. I will continue to shame the name of this company and encourage everyone and anyone to go with ANY other provider. Good luck.

I went to this store to exchange a broken modem. I got there and there was a lot of people so I asked if I need to get a ticket number to queue up. The small lady there said there is none. I waited more than an hour and saw other people who came after me got served first and already left the store before me. In the end some other staff had to take care of my modem exchange. That store has poor system that they can pick and choose who to attend to first and appear to discriminate on customers. I will go out of my way just to NOT GO BACK there again.

I want to share that Mukarram and Gurman from the Bell store are very incredibly respectful persons, and they been doing an amazing job on the my phone and also my home internet. Their work is truly satisfying

I don't usually do reviews but the associate I met in store today Gurman.b, was very helpful, polite and attentive. He's very informative I was able to change all accounts to Bell because of his enthusiasm great price.

Excellent Customer service. The Associate Abdel in the store made me feel very welcome and patiently went over all the options for the apple watch plan. He was very courteous and demonstrated knowledge and a positive attitude. I am very pleased with Bell and and thank you Abdel for great service

Had the pleasurer of working with David while in Bell yesterday.
He was able to help me with my phone transfer and I was able to keep my existing number.
He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend David to anyone needing help with Bell services!

I was on the phone with bell for 3 hours trying to figure out a problem with my wifi, I was told I had to go into a store for help after going to 3 other stores that got me nowhere I went here, a gentleman with glasses was quick to solve the issue and had amazing customer service.

Bell is a great service provider. I have moved over from Rogers 2 years ago I haven't had as many drop calls as I use to have. I have a LTE watch which works great as well. I have no contract with Bell so I saved almost $2000.00 as I picked up a Gakaxy Note 10 plus off of Marketplace for $400.00 almost 1 year ago which still works great. I have WIFI almost everwhere I go so I never go over my 10 gigs data on my watch or phone

Tried to return a router, they gave me a PIN for Purolator. I went to 3 different Purolator stores in which none of them would accept the PIN. I went back to this bell store and left the router on the counter and walked out. Consider this review my reference code for dropping off the router.

I came in to the Oshawa location and the Gentleman Syed was very kind, helpful and informative about all the options and plans available through Bell.
I will definitely return to this location for the quick and great customer service!

This review is overdue and only gets a 5 star cause of the high level of customer service I received from Nis. I recently switched from Rogers and customer service reps over the phone messed up big time when porting both me and my wife's #s over. The reps over the phone would not help after this mistake had been made and told me I had to go to a store. On the verge of going back to Rogers I went to the store to give Bell one last chance. This was right before Xmas and there was poor Nis working basically by himself (his colleague was at the back of the store not appearing to be doing much, everyone else scheduled to work had booked off sick) with 5 customers a head of me and a very short time left before the store closed Nis being resourceful and using multiple computers at once was able to make sure everyone was looked after while keeping his cool and a high level of customer service. He resolved my issue with relative ease and because of him I have decided to remain with Bell. Whatever Nis is being paid it's not enough! I cannot describe in words the level of appreciation I feel for the help you provided. Thank you Nis!

Had a very good experience in this store will the sale associates. Efaz and Shamim made purchasing a phone extremely easy and provided wonderful service along the way. What a lovely bunch of people who made our experience as easy as it can be. Thank you to the Bell team. ️

I went to get a new SIM card for my cell phone that Bell itself had locked out by choosing the wrong cell leaving a cell that was lost still working. They did not know how to go about it all. Previously I had the same with two tablets. I had to call using my cell that was locked out the first time to do it.
I used that cell to setup the replacement.
When I found the second cell in my truck I phone Bell that I found it. I charged it and surprisingly got a call. I called Bell and told them I found the second cell. They told me that I still had to turn it in and take the replacement. I would still have to pay $500
no mercy or reversal. If I did not do the right thing it is fraud but yet they can take that phone and my money and that is ok? To me that is illegal and robbery! I hope by seeing this post Bell is woken up and acts better to seniors. Please reconsider!

Initially the offered me a great deal on a phone plan and said their system wasn't working to complete the transfer and to come back another day. I decided to call bell instead and they asked for a 1300 deposit to activate which was not what we discussed in store.
The manager avoided my phone calls 3 times and I came directly into the store to confront him and he said that he doesn't understand my perspective or why I'm angry. I ended up shelling out 1700 to buy out the phone because I wanted to cancel with bell and move back to rogers. Terrible customer service this guy should go back to training.

Had a great experience here, walked in and was happily greeted by Bell employee Moeez. He walked me through what I needed and gave me an awesome deal which was much better than their competitors! Great deals and even better employees!

I had an appointment this morning with the bell store on Taunton Rd in Whitby and the person there was completely unhelpful. He dismissed my questions by saying i should call my service provider. My service provider is bell by the way.
I left and then went over to the Oshawa centre where Abdel from the bell store was not only helpful and kind. He helped me set up my phone and answered all my questions in a professional and caring manner. Thank you to Abdel and the Oshawa bell store.
I will no longer visit the Whitby store on Taunton.

Horrible customer service. The employees at this store more concerned with their own cell phones and what are happening on them than serving the customer. It came in To swap a modem and was not given all the parts this is now cost me over 3 hours of my time with no compensation.

Called ahead and asked if a phone was in stock, drove half hour to find out it was a mistake in the system. Asked the person to check as I would be drive half hour.wasted my time!

This place was not helpful at all and charge me to get a SIM card when Bell told me it was free so if you go to Bell and they say you need to pay for a SIM card called Bell first and they will tell you a different story do not pay for your sim card ever again I know it's only $10 but it's your $10 keep it in your pocket

I do t like being g talked to through a thick plastic screen, and than she is wearing a mask also. I think that is going overboard. Hard to understand and no customer service so far as I am concerned. Your prices are very high. I will have to shop around.

Experienced what may have been the absolute worst customer service today at the Bell store in the Oshawa Centre. The screen protector on my wife's brand new I Phone X cracked under warranty. After hours of frustration online, and a trip into that same store to get information how to get repaired (and was given wrong information anyway) ; she finally got it figured out and got the new protector ordered.

Once the new protector arrived, my wife (a senior citizen) wanted assistance in how to remove the old one (put on by a Bell rep) and put on the new one. It would have taken just a couple minutes and she would have been extremely grateful and still happy with Bell.

We go in and lone rep is busy with other customers. Wait 5 minutes and another rep comes out from back. She tell him the situations Quite curtly he advises her, "We don't do that. The instructions are in the box". Basically, felt like he was saying screw off. Just flat out rudeness.d

Absolutely not one single other customer in the store and he cant take the few minutes to help a current Bell customer.

Bell sends me numerous requests to switch to Fibe. When we got new phones in December, I actually came over from Rogers.

Goes to show you, all it takes is one pretentious, little hipster; too lazy to lend a hand, to lose a long time customer.

There’s a reason why this particular location has been rated with a majority of “One Star” reviews. Go to a different location or communicate directly with bell if you must. Too frustrated and upset to get into details. All I will say though, is that the one particular male caucasian representative who works at this location is even less trustworthy than a used car salesperson. Management step in and do something or seek help immediately.

Literally the worst internet provider in the market. Their TV is better than Rogers by a long shot but it's the exact opposite with internet, Bell should not even be considered for internet.

1. They have not provided us the 50mb we are paying for AT ANY TIME. We have only ever received 25mb and they won't change the plan or up our speed.
2. Bandwidth is pathetic. Have to download something? Put your life on hold because their internet service can only do one thing at a time and the downloads trickle in at brutally slow speeds. I'm directly connected to their Central Office and it's less than 1KM away, yet they can't provide decent internet service. This isn't 1999. I have better internet capabilities on my smartphone connected to my wireless network. We have their best router and their service is complete trash.
3. Customer support is pathetic. They have about 5 minutes of training in customer service (and sometimes English) and all they do is transfer you around the company as if you are always someone else's problem.
4. Even the technicians we've dealt with from Bell don't have Bell service at their homes. That should say it all.
5. The one thing Bell is good at is locking you into long-term contracts with heavy penalties for leaving early. I'm convinced these penalties are the only thing keeping their company going these days.
