The Bell Store was staffed by only 1 person, Robinson, on December 27, who helped my stepson & me very well, despite there suddenly being a rush in the store. He was very efficient & knowledgeable about the Bell plans available & made suggestions about phones. I can’t speak for my stepson, but I was very pleased with his knowledge, efficiency, helpfulness & professionalism.

I had to get a new phone in a bit of a time crunch and Maria was amazing! She got me the phone I wanted and was able to answer any question I had. Easily the best interaction I've had at any phone store.

If there’s more people like the General Manager Ameer Almusawi this world would be a better place!

Robinson and Neil were extremely helpful in the transferring of my account, and, saved me 50 dollars a month! Thank you guys.

I explained to her my needs in a phone and within 45 minutes I was out of there with a new phone, better plan that is costing me less than I was paying and a great new Samsung S22 from my old Samsung S20 Phone! Patrica was very helpful. She took time to explain the process and how to use our new phones. She was also able to get us a better plan for less money.

Patricia was awesome. She went over and above to look after us. We went in not realizing the store was closing in 15 minutes, but she never said anything about it and she went about her business and set us both up with new phones and better plans. Great after sales service by Chase today. Friendly and courtesy is always nice to experience. No hassle exchange of a defective product today.
EDIT: I should add that a week ago Greg set me up with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain any questions in detail.

Great service! Chase was able to get me the device I wanted and made sure I understood my plan and he did it efficiently without wasting my time.

Excellent experience. I haven’t needed to buy a new phone in years & was dreading it. I had to transfer three years of photos and data from a work phone. Chase was very friendly and helpful and did it all for me.

The employees of this store have never let me down. They are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issue you bring to them. I have been disappointed in Bell employees at other stores which has always driven me back to the York St store. The employees at the York St store should be the bar all others are held to.

I was so impressed with the level of service I received at BELL Westmount. Devin was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I am not techy at all. He took me through it all baby steps with the patience rarely seen in younger people. He is a great ambassador for your brand. He got me the best deal he could and was so enthusiastic about it all. I am home now and am on knowledgeable overload. Devin gave me his card and encouraged me to call and I am sure I will. It is a lot to absorb. I have been with Bell 50 plus years and will never leave.
Please give Devin the highest score you can, check all the boxes he has no weaknesses in any area. He could be a trainer for you to inspire other reps.

I went to Bell to have help with my new phone purchase. I was very pleased with the assistance received by Devin and Chase. They were both extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Devin tried his very best to help with what I needed and walked me through anything I was unsure of. I was told if I needed further assistance not to hesitate to come back in or call and was given Devins card. I am very happy with my over all experience.

Chase was very helpful with explaining all of the details about the new phone I purchased. He saved me a lot of time by helping me transfer my media from my old phone to the new one. He's very good at communicating with his customers and getting them exactly what they're looking for.

Was absolutely the worst experience with a cell phone store ever not to mention there were 5 others in store as well and not one of them got any kind of a better experience not going to go i to details of what I was doing there or anyone of the others just have a look around for other places i myself and 3 others out of the 5 will never ever go back

I had been into the White Oaks mall store and received terrible customer service. I ended up in then York street location by pure chance.

Brandon was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out a new phone and plan. I must commend him on his overall helpfulness, product knowledge and customer service as a whole. I would 100% return to the York Street location or reach out to Brandon as I genuinely believe he wanted to help and give me nothing short of the best phone and plan available. I'll also note that the little things were appreciated. Examples include helping with data transfer, product knowledge on cases, and offering my gf and I coffee. Exceptional service and employee. My family recently upgraded our iPhones. My father who did the initial legwork at another location, with which he was very displeased, highly recommends the York Street location. Kassidy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was able to assist us with all of our questions and requests.

Best phone exchange experience I ever had. The agent was extremely knowledgeable on the Apple product I was interested in. He took the time to fully explain all my options in acquiring a new phone. I fully expected to come in and drop 2k on a new unit with Apple care. Instead I dropped 10% of that with even more features built into my coverage.

Brandon Chisholm went above and beyond here to make sure I chose the best option for myself. It truly was a 5 star experience for me. I have always been a 7 out of 10 score guy with Bell. Brandon has restored my Faith. 10 out of 10.5 star

As I think it through, I owe the female staffer an honourable mention as well. She ordered in the phone I chose nicely and Brandon took over from there.

This Bell location is incredible. Fowad (the owner) is exceptional - his level of customer service, care and professionalism is unmatched to any experience I've ever had with the organization. The store is always clean and bright, and the holistic staff team has always been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for you to go here for any Bell needs.

This complaint is not directed at any store but Bell Canada in general. They used to be great, but i have found that the last 20-25 years they just keep getting worse and worse. I had to get a lawyer to go after them twice for harassment. They rip people off and over charge.on the phone they are extremely RUDE! If they don't like what you're saying they will just keep hanging up on you. Like I said, they used to be great but I don't know what happened, but they are terrible! Do Not Use their services. I any of my employees treated my customers this badly they would be fired!

The store representative (David) was absolutely phenomenal. Great customer service, empathetic to my situation, very knowledgable of the products as well as the services provided. All around fantastic individual.

David was terrific. He walked me through all my issues and sorted everything out for me. He reads body language really well, and when he recognizes confusion he reframed nicely. Thank you David Hodgson.

I always use this location for my phone upgrades. Went in on April 22 for a free upgrade and the rep in store, David, instructed that he could not help me without a driver's license, Ontario photo card (not a health card) or other piece of ID that I did not have. I needed to go to service Ontario and pay 35 for the accepted photo ID. Being Easter Monday I could not do this as service Ontario was closed, so I waited until tuesday.paid the 35 for the accepted ID, went back to the store and a different rep, Eric, was there. As soon as I pulled out the temporary yellow paper for the accepted ID, he says oh you dont need that, asked me a few security questions and boom I was upgrading. Got me an extra gig of data on my plan for the same price and I absolutely love my phone. Great customer service from Eric! David was difficult and unwilling to help. Please reward Eric!

Reps Richard & Dave are some absolute legends of the game. To be so clearly understood, assisted so efficiently and knowledgeably, and offered coffee to boot is insane service I could only have dreamed of before stopping into the York Street Bell office.

My advice to anyone with a concern relating to Bell Mobility, Internet or cable is to make the extra trip to see these lads in their element and ensure you get the best possible service at the best possible rate.

I've always had exceptional service from this Bell store. The last few contracts I consulted with Richard, but apparently he's been promoted (rightfully so), and David has taken over his customer service role. David was very helpful, knowledgable and professional. He quickly researched all available options for me and advised me of all available specials. He has filled Richard's sizable shoes extremely well. Awesome experience!

Had the good fortune of having David look after me this week while upgrading our phones. David was very friendly, efficient and professional. He was also very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly.as I am not so tech saavy!:) Also a shout out to Fowad Zarify the owner, who called me personally to make sure all was good. I have done all my upgrades at this location over the years and have never even considered going anywhere else. Fowad always has great staff representing his business! Thanks guys!

Dave is an amazing customer service person. He handled three customers at once and all were more than satisfied with his service. He stayed after hours in order to complete my phone upgrade. He deserves to be paid for three people rather than one.
