Bought internet from this store. They delivered the modem and we discovered that the bell fiber box was damaged from a previous tenant.

Called the store to ask what to do and they rudely told me that this was a Bell store and not the number to call.

Don’t go here for good customer service.

Customer representative sold us a plan with hidden conditions and add-ons that I was not asking for. I went back to the shop and they did not want to fix it. They just said, call customer service? Where is your accountability guys? Worst customer representatives ever

Excellent service at this location - fast, efficient, no non-sense

After poor service trying to go through The Source for device return and upgrade, I drove almost an hour into Ottawa, to deal directly with Bell employees.

I have had friendly and great service every time I have visited or called the store for help.
Jacob went above and beyond to help me and my wife find the right plan and phone to fit our needs. Talking us through the contract to make sure there were no surprises. Jacob was able to convince us to switch from rogers and it was the best decision we have made!

Nice shiny store and quick service. Ask someone to do something besides sales aka CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will find every excuse not to help and complain about their colleague who made a sale but didn’t finalize the customer service portion. Lies about system not working until one makes a point they aren’t leaving without the issue fixed, magically system works. Also, tried to cancel apple care which was lied about and sold “worry and hassle free”, fyi you have a $600 deductible, tried to cancel which he then tells me (forgettable name and person) you have to call, I said I won’t call and wait 3 hours and again magically (they are magicians) he says “I will cancel” but recommend to keep for 3 months, why? To give you $$$ and hope I forget? Get out.

This should be addressed by Bell Canada and remove privileges given to these stores.

Been assisted by the best bell rep in the city Jacob for the last few years since I switched to bell. He's been absolutely great to deal with. Always finds us the best deals! The rest of store staff has also been very helpful when he wasn't in to assist with anything we ever needed. Living at trim road and driving across town for prime service at kanata centrum bell store is 1000% worth it! Highly recommend!

I have been a mobility customer for over 10 years with several phone's, I also had home services with Bell
up to 3 years ago. Over 7 years of requesting to bundle my accounts under one account number customer service never fulfilled my request. This caused me to cancel my home services. On March 14th I called Bell mobility at Centrum kanata and was greater by Bonna Noor, it was the most satisfying experience I've had with Bell mobility ever. Bonna took the time with me, she took the time to explain home services that I was shopping for and the key thing I was looking for I didn't get a chance to ask. Bonna offered an option of bundling my accounts under one account. I can't explain how happy I was, and Bonna was amazed that I hadn't been offered this before. I won't repeat myself but I will say Bonna saved a decade old customer of Bell by going over and above in every aspect of things. And to top it off, after looking at things she saved me money.
Bell your lucky to have Bonna on your team, and I'm lucky to have made the call to Bell mobility at Centrum kanata.

I recently visited Bell Boutique and had a mixed experience. On one hand, I was impressed with the stylish and unique clothing and accessories they offered. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their personalized recommendations.

However, I found the prices to be quite high for some of the items, which made it difficult for me to justify making a purchase. Additionally, the store was quite crowded and cramped, which made it hard to browse comfortably.

Amazing service at this store. Shakib was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful with our new phone/wifi plan purchases. After reviewing our accounts he also helped us to choose a better plan. This will be our go-to store for future purchases and services!

I visited the store this month and was assisted by Omar. What a delightful experience this was! He is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was a satisfied new customer before leaving. Could not have wished for a better sales experience. Highly recommend dealing with him. I tried to contact Bell to let them know of one of their boxes that is damaged. The wires are exposed and I thought they might want to know. But no one seems to care, so I am done trying.

Amazing team, very professional.
I stop by this bell location to check on some good deals, raj helped me out and he was very good at understanding what I am looking for. Signed a new deal (took very little time).
I would definitely come back, it is worth the drive when you are signing a plan for two years.

Won’t step foot into this store. Just got off the phone with a very rude and disrespectful sales rep. Called to find out what colours of iPhone 13 Pro max’s they had and For some reason the original call was dropped. So I called back and was transferred over to the original sales rep “ i was speaking too” but I did not even say a word in original call before it was dropped. I get transferred through to the original person and I simply asked what colours of iPhone 13 Pro Max do you
have in stock? So they went to check comes back and says white black blue and gold 1 of each. So I said thank you and their response to that was which one do you want to go for? In which I responded none of them right now I’m just getting a feel for who has what the sales person laughs and says I don’t understand the purpose of this call then there is only 4 colours of pros available. I hung up the call right after that. It shows on bells website a green is available and I was simply just trying to see who has what colour because of the obvious shortage.

Seif the manager was extremely helpful when I went to get my new phone that I ended up switching all my home services to Bell and sent my family there as well.
The rest of the staff are also very nice and always willing to help. Great experience and best customer service! Thank you so much guys.

Do not trust this location. Someone there tried to rip off an elderly relative by lying to him about moving his local number. He suspected they were misleading him and called another location and got it arranged easily without losing his number or having to get a cell plan instead. No better than those offshore CRA scammers.

I wish I could give zero, like many other customers. I went with my son, because he had issue his phone and the staff checked his computer, and then said that my son is not eligible to upgrade his phone and call to customer service, then he rushed us out. I ended up wasting 4hours on my Saturday, waiting and spoke to four different agents. Thank you, Bell!

The staff here were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that I was being given options that were in my best interest. I was not pushed toward things that I didn't need or more than I wanted to pay. I was very happy with my decisions and devices.

Was going to go with Bell for cell phone purchase until I spoke with Kanata store representative today (February 28th, 2020 at 2pm). Completely condescending and unhelpful. Very disappointed. Good news for Telus store across the street.

Waste of time, walked in and was instantly told to call the bell call center since they don't have TV stuff in store.
UPDATE: Bell's head office was amazing with following up with me to let me know the store was in the wrong and that the issue has been dealt with. Nice to know that bell listens!

Not a bad place to buy stuff for the cells and internet services but don't forget to check online prices you can sometimes save by checking if it available on line cheaper. And if you're not in a hurry why not wait.

We went there today and they gave us some good deal. At the end they changed plan and when we realized that they started raise their voice and it’s getting really mean. I spent three hours for nothing. There is unclear worker and unsatisfied work.

Excellent customer service by Jacob yesterday at the Kanata Centrum. He helped my (older) parents purchase new cell phones. He was informative, friendly, helpful, and funny. He made our day. And he got a new customer because my Dad switched from Rogers to Bell!

Incredibly disappointed. I came in with a friend, excited about showing him the interactive S10+ display. When I came in, (8: 20 pm, April 17) there were 2 employees. One man was taking care of the trash and other end of day activities. However, the lady employee just sat at the other end of the store on her phone. She only looked up from her phone once in the 8-10 minutes I was there, and that was when I went right up to her and asked about the location of the display with the S10+. She didn't even speak after this exchange. She gestured in a direction and went back to her cell phone. I found it, and the S10+ display was off. I said so. She didn't move or say anything. So I just showed my friend the S10 display beside it. We went through the interactive displays and after a few minutes, we felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome so we left. I came in really excited and left really uncomfortable. Ive worked retail before. I get it. It was late and 30-40 minutes to closing. But to just sit in a chair and play on your phone when customers come in? Come on: (The service wasn't friendly and I won't be coming back, but Im glad I got to interact with the display. I noticed some of the other selection in store and I was pleasantly surprised at the stock and diversity of products:)

Worse customer service, they would not even listen to my problem and said go the Apple store for answer. Went to the Bell store in Stittsville and they were great and even took time to look up my number and help me. Go that extra few minutes to a store with great customer service and forget this one.

They set up my new phone nicely by moving all my data, apps etc. However, the sales clerk was very pushy with selling accessories, and getting my recent cable change back to Bell. Too pushy & stupid me ended buying an extra charger for my car that the plug encasing is so huge it doesn't fit in the middle console, only place I can plug it in! DOH!

The worst of the worst.
Dishonest salesperson, trying to exploit my situation in which my existing smartphone had just died. 1st pushing a smartphone Huawei brand that turned out could only be offered on new plans (I have my existing biz plan with 5 lines). And then, I reluctantly accepted an LG G6 and paid the discounted amount plus activation fee, then to find out the contract commitment will be untill 2022 (again not in line with my biz plan/5 lines).
And then trying to return the LG G6 the next day, this salesman kept me waiting for one hour.

The worst ever experience. And this is from a cutomer of Bell that already knows a lot about Ma Bell.

Worst customer experience ever. I had internet service on one week ago and tried to ask some questions on my first bill. They just keep saying you must call the customer service, they only take care of cellphone. Okay, fine, then when I tried to ask about general questions such as return policy, they suddenly become very impatient and literally ask me to get out of the store! I was astounded by their attitude, this is totally ridiculous.

When I entered there are three reps there and two of them are playing with their smart phones, they would rather sit around and play video games instead of answering customer's basic questions! Nice job Bell!
