Amanda was extremely dismissive & discourteous, instead of offering customer service I was presented with attitude and irritation, after expressing I had already been treated poorly over the phone. I will be pulling 3 phones, 2 internets & a cable package from Bell immediately due to this interaction.

Paul was extremely helpful! I would definitely get a phone here with him again! 10/10 great service from him.
