This store rally messed my bell bill up. They changed the wrong mobility plan, charged me for two devices when I only got one. They gave me the wrong plan on the phone I wanted and when I asked them to correct it they hung up on me multiple times.

Shreyas really helped me get the best deal from bell and that’s the reason I changed my service provider and moved to bell. I am really enjoying Bell services. Thank you once again shreyas for the smooth processing.

Terminated their service months ago because Primus was providing same service for less then 1/2 the fee. Since then they turned over a $4 bill to a collection agency despite the fact that I had $20 credit in the account. I’m refusing to pay because they should have taken the $4 out of the $20 credit. They ballooned this $4 bill to $30 and now they keep calling me every single day

I had a fantastic experience at this store thanks to Lluvia. She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain all the options clearly. She helped me set up Internet service for my home and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again Lluvia!

Went in on March 3rd at 1: 40pm 2023. The sales representative I was greeted by was by far the worst employee I have ever experienced in any sales situation. Clearly didn’t want to be there and wasn’t able to answer a single question of mine. When I asked what my options were to upgrade my phone she rolled her eyes in the back of her head and scoffed at me. If she worked in any one of my businesses she would of been fired a long time ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BELL IF YOU REQUIRE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY KIND.

Wonderful service. The sales representative who helped me, Surbhi, was knowledgeable, patient, and great to talk to. She set me up with a plan far more suited to my needs than I would have been able to find had I tried to do it myself online. Absolutely the place to go if you are a Bell Mobility customer looking for a new phone.

Called bell 3 times to switch to a prepaid plan in my name, was told to go to a store.at the store I was then told they didn’t know why I was there and to do it over the phone. Except for the confusion that would have been fine, but the store manager giving me a nasty attitude and being condescending for no reason was enough for me to leave without a new plan. I don’t know why some people treat other human beings this way.

I’m am so happy I chose to come the the bell at stockyards Ali the customer service agent made me very happy after being very frustrated with every other person wasn’t helping at all, Ali Made it happen thank you and I would definitely recommend everyone I know to come to the bell at the stockyards and look for Ali he knows what he is doing

I tried to set up a simcard I got in the mail from bell 30gb for $65 a month. No one was able to help. The escalations manager (Alex) told me while I was on the line with him that his computer had crashed and he would have to contact me back I said it's fine I'll hold the line and he refused and never returned my call. I called a total of 11times and still yet to have my line connected I am an existing bell customer and unfortunately have to deal with terrible customer service.

A true dream team! The attentiveness of staff at this location exceeded expectations. I went in to upgrade my phone and plan, full of anxiety and dread, and was met with such patience and care. Thank you Mayur for all your assistance and labour. Never thought I would have so much fun at a Bell store!

On Sat May 1,2021 my iPhone died. It was during Covid and I rely heavily on my cell for work. I went to the Bell Store located in Stock Yards Village. I was frazzled and anxious. The 2 staff were AMAZING. It was probably the best customer service experience I have EVER encountered. I wish I had gotten their names. They deserve promotions and raises! I was there a long time (got onto a new plan and upgraded my phone) and their patience was endless. THANK YOU! Ashley York

So bad customer service. They even don’t know how to speak with customers. Not a big fan of them after finding out that they aren't doing anything to really support the customers. Bell is the worst phone provider out there right now. Been overcharged many many times, customer service is complete **, and everything is so much more expensive than other providers. I would recommend no one go under bell.

Prompt and professional assistance from John & Brandon for a no-show by a Bell tech.for an existing satellite TV glitch and to sign up for a new bundle that saves existing features & services.
Bell's 'help' line offered no help. Their Twitter team tried to help but with no success. In comparison, staff at this store have always been helpful even to provide info.even when it can't be done in-store. Awesome team - thanks & kudos!

I came here to get Internet and when I tried to cancel they said that there was a huge fee for it, 2 months after cancellation they started charging me again and now I have almost $400 unused service they want me to pay

Two years ago, I was in immediate need for a new phone. I had the best customer service from the employees, a Brandon in particular. Very knowledgeable, felt like I could trust his advice, and made me felt at ease. Although the service is a bit pricey, the customer service is excellent, whether in person or on the phone. Thanks.

Avoid this place. It’s run by idiots but then so is Bell. Can’t trust them as far as I could throw this store. #Scumbags
