Had several phones that needed to be upgraded and needed many different items. Had ALOT of questions and were there for a long time. I called bell technical department this evening to ask how I can remove the tv stations that I’m not subscribed to from my guide. I had already selected the option only show my subscribed station and most popular stations. Upon speaking to a representative I was informed that you can not only display the stations you are subscribed to. Meaning when your going through your guide you must navigate through 100 stations that your not subscribed to. This is the most annoying thing, you see the show you want to watch, you entre it to find out your not subscribed to this Chanel. Upon speaking to the rep I asked if I could speak to someone who will be doing future updates on their services. I was informed nope. So I asked her is the best way to get Bell’s attention Into this matter was to leave a bad review on Google and her answer was yes! So here I am doing what their rep told me to do.
If you’re thinking of switching to bell TV DON’T DO IT! Let me tell you why!

Rogers (I didn’t like their service but I really like their talk Into the remote) I truly miss Rogers! Just not their fee. However l, you were able to only see the Chanel’s you were subscribed to.

Shaw (loved how they would highlight sports in green, movies in blue, news in red and so on…. Plus you only had to see the Chanel’s you were subscribed to. Price was awesome.

Bell guide is gray, you must retain the stations a you like, I know someone will say you can put them in your favourites now my favourites list has all the Chanel’s I’m subscribed to but now I can’t find anything. Plus if you restart a show you cant fast forward through the commercials. There are so many cons to having bell, it will drive tou crazy. All their menus have sub menus and then more submenus. Save yourself the hassle don’t get bell.

Bell technician thanks for telling me to post this. If your reading and your from Bell, pull my phone call from tonight and listen to the call. You will see this is what I was told to do!

Keenan offered excellent customer service and is very knowlegeable. He spent the time with me to determine the best phone for my needs. The transfer between phones took hours and caused him to stay beyond closing to ensure I has what I needed and that my new phone was set up properly. He was able to help when I had some battery drain issues a week after purchase. Excellent customer service you don't see everywhere. Thanks Keenan!

Good service, though the bureaucracy is frustrating and the unnecessary fees for doing nothing needs to change. $75 to setup a new phone, when I am more than able to do it myself is ridiculous. Initial setup fees are confusing and seemingly for little reason (new customer fee, setup fee), and there seems to be little standardization and transparency when it comes to pricing. 2 hours later, and after a lot of negotiation led to a good outcome, but we felt like we were fighting for good service rather than being offered it up front.

I came to this Bell store to switch from Freedom to Bell because of my poor experience with Freedom’s services. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. AJ went above & beyond my customer service expectations. Effortlessly assisted me with the transition from an iphone8 plus to a brand new iphone11 and I couldn't be happier!

As far as doing their part during covid, this is very clean location. Customers are buzzed in to ensure not too many people will be inside at the same time & excellent smelling hand sanitizer! (yes that is a big deal these days.) 5 stars.

I went into Bell to upgrade 2 phones today!
The service I recieved from Stephanie was amazing. She was pleasant and polite. She had a sound knowledge of her product base.
The added support given by her colleagues Raeesah and Keenan was outstanding. As U said I was updated a Samsung and an Iphone.
I'd highly recommend coming out to this location.
They are efficient and 'quick' on their 'stable' feet.

Today my husband and I had - by far - one of the best experiences ever at a Bell Store. We walked in around 6: 45pm and were treated professionally and patiently by the two young ladies on staff. We were the couple from hell. We couldn't remember passwords or make quick decisions but they walked us thru without hesitation or frustration. When closing time came they did not try to rush us out the door, they continued to help us operate our new phones. Thank you ladies. It was a pleasure.
