I've had a pretty good experience with the people here. There's lots of detail when it comes to choosing a new phone and plan, and these folks take as much time as you need to explain it. I don't think I could imagine a better experience anywhere else. I've dealt with more than one person and each time it was very positive. Most recently, I dealt witih a person named Ash who was particularly thoughtful and caring, and helped me get me sorted out with a new purchase. It was outside the scope of what the store normally does, it was his day off, and he took his time and ensured I was all set. Really, really, impressive.

Amazing experience at this Bell store. I came in to cancel my Bell home services because of pricing and the Chien called into loyalty and cut my bill in half!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, ended signing up for cell services as well and got a great deal!

Cracked my phone screen, I had the coverage and it took less then 5 minutes for the warranty claim.

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. If you ask questions you get rebuffed and talked to like you don’t matter. If they don’t feel they can squeeze anything out of you to boost their commission, they won’t even bother treating you with an ounce of professionalism and respect.

Chien was fantastic. Knowledgeable and very thorough. He stayed open well past closing to assist us with activating two new lines and tv/internet service. Highly recommend. Genuinely interested in doing the best possible job for the customer.

I dealt with Steve a couple of times, and his service went above and beyond. Thanks for all the help and advice.

I visited the Bell store for a phone upgrade and Adam was amazing to do business with. He answered all my questions and was able to attend to my needs while adding more value with some extra promotions he had access to. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. Wow the service I got here was great. Ashkan took the time to understand what my needs were and set me up with a plan that suits me, and gave me a good deal.

Bell has the best home internet plans with affordable prices. However, I still believe that Bell could not achieve what they achieve today without a good technical staff: Adam in Barrhaven Bell store is good and client friendly. I don't remember the name of the technicien who came to my house, he is pretty good (I gave Bell 5 stars thanks to these 2 guys, I hope they can see this!).

Went in to replace/upgrade phone. We were helped by Steve who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very busy at the time we were there and we were impressed with how quick and efficient the service was.

Chien was amazing, saved me tons of money. Repriced my home services and fixed my damaged phone!

I went to Barrhaven Rogers to upgrade my phones. Noah was very friendly and went out of his way to match me with better packages that suit my needs. He was professional, explained everything about both the iPhone and galaxy phones and my husband and I were easily able to pick the phones we wanted bases on their advantages. Noah was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. He also made me aware of all the current deals so I was easily able to afford the phones. If you have to upgrade your phones, go to Noah. He knows what he is talking about.

I know dealing with cell phone providers is not normally a great client experience, but I’ve always been impressed with the service I get here. Today I worked with Ash- he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had bought a protection plan for my IPhone and was glad I had. Can’t say enough about the great service. Thanks Ash!

Great experience at this store with Adam. He helped me with my cellphone and home services when I had issues previously. I'll come back to this store to see Adam for all my Bell needs from now on. Very knowledgeable and professional.

My service rep Chin went above and beyond when upgrading my phones. He explained everything and made sure we had what we needed and the phones were set up before leaving. He also got back to me later to respond to follow up questions. I will go back to Chin in the future.

Adam deserves the rating. A very polite representative that was very welcoming and detail-oriented. We wanted to add a new phone to our plan, but I was looking to pay as less as possible and not only did he diligently manage to give me a great deal (Just 23 dollars for a new phone) he even managed to get an Ipad added just for 1 dollar more than without! He did all that while breaking everything down for us succinctly. I highly recommend that you come see him for all your Bell needs he will definitely take care of you as he did with me. It was a pleasure Adam!

I have to give out an A+ to Chien Bui, he was professional, gave us plenty of options and expertly set our new iPhones including transferring our old phones data and content. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with, so much so I went across the street and bought him a Firehouse sub lunch while he finished our phones

I'm not a fan of dealing with providers as I often find they're dishonest and looking for new ways to pitch sales. But I'm extremely happy with the guy named Ashkan. Not only was he honest and didn't aggressively push for me to adjust my plans, he was able to save me money and offer me a better plan! Really nice guy. Highly recommend you deal with him.

Dealing with customers very patiently, especially Ash he was very respectful towards me and explained everything very well to me, he convinced me that Bell is better than all the other companies.

Came into the store to cancel my services. Was paying over $350 on my home services which was crazy. Chien saved me over $150 on my home services. Apparently my discount expired and he took his time and did it off his work hours because of how busy this Black Friday week was.

As usual, you get your best service in person. Chen knows his stuff very well, and very friendly. Worth every star for the quality of customer service.

I normally don't write reviews but today is an exception. I spent over 3 hours with bell on the phone and it was a nightmare.

They said they were going to ship an iPhone 12 to me but it never came and they couldn't even track it down! My phone was broken and they told me there was nothing they could do.

I spoke to Chien and he fixed everything and even escalated my issue to the higher ups. Turns out they never shipped my phones for some reason.

Chien was extremely courteous, very knowledgably about the products and plans and set up everything for me and my husband. Transferred all our info from our broken phones, not sure how he did it but he is a genius!

I will be coming back from now on to visit Chien for all my needs. You are the best! Thank you so much for all your help! The rest of the staff were extremely friendly also.

Will charge you for services that should be free according to bell! My girlfriend and I went in to this bell store to change phone plans but we were told that they would have to charge us $20. We were told that we would have to call bell in-order to change plans. We called bell afterwards and they told us that this is not a real policy that bell has and all services should be free to bell customers. Save your time and money and go to a different bell store, the sales people are too lazy to do the jobs the are getting paid to do and would rather sit and do nothing in an empty store. I guess that's the type of people this store hires.

Bell is the worst wifi provider. My megabits per second for downloading speed went down to 0.71. You need Mbps to stream 4k and at least 5mpbs to play video games. Rogers is so much better

Horrible experience. Purchased a phone went to return it within the 15 day policy and they refused the phone cause of a 0.5cm scratch made by an employee.

Was very impressed with my service with Shawn. He helped direct me over the phone to figure out a way to make my screen more sensitive to touch. Thankyou

Jordan went over, above and behond iwth customer service. He is the most exceptional person I have ever had to deal with at Bell. He event worked with me through his dinner. He is one of a kind and Bell Canada needs to recognize his importance to their company. I had to deal with 4 other people on the phone whjo would never ever measure up to Jordin in Barrhaven Bell location. He is truly the BEST!

I bought a phone from Edgar here and his service was great. I have also bought a phone from a kind yung man named Daniel who was also very helpful but his accent wasn’t as cool.

Edgar was of great help when I came in, very attentive to my questions and concerns of my previous carriers. He was amazing and I left truly happy and satisfied with my purchase!

The worse customer service ever. I am writing this while waiting for my turn. It has been over an hour and half and they are still helping same clients. Two agents are working and they are just lazy and goofing around. They are only interested in clients who are signing up for new service. They did not even acknowledge us clients waiting except asking who is looking to sign up for new service. I am force to put a 1 star for this review to post. However, they do not even deserve that.

I came here today after shattering my phone screen and was helped out by the sales representative Marcellino Najem, i was origionally pretty annoyed because someone from the 1800 bell number looked up my plan and said i would be able to get a new replacement for free but it turns out he was wrong! Marcellino had a great attitude and turned it around, and he was in no way pushy trying to force me to buy a newer phone etc which i find is usually the case with sales associates. Ill be back and ill be staying with bell despite my call with the company and its all because Marcellino,
