I went to this bell location last week. Nilofar helped me to find the best plan for me with a great price. She found the best promotions going on and give me all the information I needed. One of their best branches for sure.

Loved my experience here. My rep, Ali, was not your typical salesperson. He took time to understand my needs and made sufferings based on what I personally needed. He listened, thought, and acted and he did it all humbly and with humour. Check out this location if you need a new plan!

Oh also, I overheard a lot of different languages going in so if your English isn't the best, you might get a cheerful greeting in your language

I met Sibo twice in this store and on both my interactions Sibo was extremely helpful. Sibo is knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and he went out of his way to fix the problem in my iPhone. What Apple support could not fix Sibo fixed! I wish him success and and would recommend Bell to anyone because of its customer service.

I went to hillcrest mall today to get my sim activated. The sales rep Ramtin dealt with me. Very patient and informative. He helped me activate my phone and also made an Apple ID for me and showed me how to use my new device. I recommend this location because of how professionally I was taken cared of. Thank you

I went to to Hillcrest Mall today to grab a new phone, the agent that helped me was very professional and patient, his name was Ramtin. I recommend this Bell store 100%. Friendly staff and they also moved all of my data from old phone to new phone! Great experience

So bad it's laughable. Went to the entrance. It was roped off. Told the guy in the store that we wanted to consider new Bell cell plans. He told us that they had no stock - no phones. I told them that we could get new plans and get the phones later. He said they couldn't do that! Clearly he didn't want our business! Went to the Telus store and got a great guy who spent two hours with us - new phones and new (cheaper) plans. Go Telus.

I wish I could give a negative star review. The customer service I received at the Hillcrest (Richmond Hill) Bell store was sub-par to say the least and the staff was rude and dismissive.

I requested a new SIM since I purchased a new iPhone that required a 5G SIM card (my old phone was 4G iPhone 6). The customer service agent was inept in dealing with this request. He proceeded to swap the SIM which didn't work because I needed a 5G SIM. The agent claimed that my (brand new) iPhone was defective and that I should go to the Apple Store and request that the phone be ‘reconfigured’. I wasn’t convinced and again requested that a new SIM card be inserted in the new phone. The agent refused and maintained that something was wrong with the phone. He also stressed that he knew what he was talking about because he sells and configures phones all the time. I left the store and thought that I should give another Bell store a try (hoping for a better experience) or go to an Apple store.

I drove to the Fairview Mall Bell store, since there is also an Apple store located there. I requested the exact same (SIM swap), and without any questions they proceeded to go through the process of setting up and installing a new SIM card for the new phone. I was shocked that the gentleman at the Hillcrest location was clueless as to how to do this simple task. He was in fact rude and dismissive and and I felt that he was rushing me out of the store. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and a prime example of terrible customer service.

Very disappointed is an understatement!

If I could, I would like to give a 0 star. Two store associates assisted me for my visit, their names were Samantha and Ramtinmafi (347), the service they provided was very unprofessional. It is okay that they don't know how to solve the concern I had, but at least they should try to direct me to the possible ways to solutions instead of treating customers rudely when they don't have an answer. Instead of helping, they asked me to "leave the store". It was a really bad experience, I do not recommend this Bell store at Hillcrest Mall.

Worst customer service. They don't allow customer enter the store even there's only one client inside. Was trying to unlock a bell cell phone, but the staff didn't help at all as long as he realize you were not bell customer yet. Was thinking to get a bell fiber internet, after this, No!

I went in today to get new phones and plans. I spoke with Altafali (Sales Rep in the store) to discuss plans. The man promised me many things ($1200 credit, 2 iPhone 11 128gb, and 1 S10+) I pay $100 up front for the phones, and my monthly bill will be $275+ tax for 24 months (3 lines). He also said he will give me the Samsung ear buds. When it came time to sign, he said he couldn’t give me the headphones. Then he said he cannot give me the phones for the $100 down payment. And the worst of all he said he could not give me that price for the monthly bill. I spent well over an hour with him and I told him that he wasted my time. He got furious and tells me I’m wasting his time. I told him MF you get paid to deal with me and walked out

Came here with my wife to do a hardware upgrade, and Altaf was amazing. He was able to provide us with a great deal and throughout the process offered us chocolate, water and even a sub. Definitely great customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services with Bell.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. They eager to help when there's a potential sale. However, if you come to them with a problem, they very eager to get you out if the store as soon as possible. I came with a warranty issue with my phone and they suggested I go to no name store next door for help.

Let me just put it this way I was thinking hmmm maybe just maybe bell was a good company. Ohhh boy I was so wrong. The first time we called in and they told us that our internet package was 50 down and 10 up we buy a pair bonded line they sell it to our neighbors. I'm going to be honest with you here this was already a bad start. Then it gets worse. They don't put our internet package on our bill so we thought that was a bit weird.nope we called in today and they ask us to do a speed test and it's 5 mega bytes per sec and they go a full 180 and say I'm so sorry but it seems that you are paying for 5 mega bytes per sec. Bell will cheat you out of your money. 116 per month
