The lone store employee handled multiple customers at the same time, doing a full new customer sign up, an existing customer adding a service, another customer with a phone specific service and hooking another customer with customer service when they couldn’t wait any longer. It was very impressive. He did not lose his patience at any time during a challenging morning.

New phone needed as I dropped mine. Jenelle was very helpful & worked with us to get the right phone & best payment option. Very knowledgeable! Happy for this location!

Everything was great! Janelle is extremely helpful! Except she forgot to sell me a charging plug for the wall! I didn't have enough charge to do anything last evening!

Walked in not happy with my phone plan. Walked out less than 10 minutes later with a great new plan with three times the data for half what I was paying before. Jenelle knew exactly what I needed. She is AWESOME!

Had trouble with our turbo hub. Called Goderich store and Jaimie was very helpful. I ended up getting high speed wi fi with a special deal. There is a new Bell tower in our district built just recently which she told me about. I've never been able to have it before. Thank you again Jaimie for all your advice. Will certainly be going to your store again!

I really felt cared for by the staff of this new again (new owners as of today!) bell outlet. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and were so kind towards my stress rants over my older phone dying!

They do not have enough employees. One was out getting coffee during their busiest time.
It took an hour of waiting simply to have them switch my sim card. Ridiculous service. If they can't afford more employees then just close shop.
