Went to get a phone upgrade today at the Bell in St. Thomas and I didn’t catch her name but there was a lady with short hair who worked there who helped me and she was just amazing! I normally feel a little shy and reserved in these situations because I don’t know a lot about techy stuff but she was so friendly and welcoming it made me really enjoy my visit and I left with a smile on my face! I feel awful I didn’t catch her name but she was awesome, shout out to her!

Kyle was excellent. Very thorough, detailed and accommodating to our needs as we were renewing our Mobility contract.

My husband and I visited Bell yesterday for his phone. He received a phone from a brother in law that needed to be unlocked.
Karolyn’s was working at the time and busy with the customer. But was nice enough to tell us she will be with us asap. Sweet lady. She ended up giving us the information we needed but then I couldn’t really do it all my self on the phone and that’s when she stepped in and helped figure it all out. We can not be more GRATEFUL for everything she did and how pleasant she was to talk with. Made us feel good and very appreciative. There were more people coming in and she treated them all with respect. You don’t get that much these day. We left happy and satysfied!

What a pleasent visit to St Thomas Bell Store, Ameer, was very proffesional, and super helpful, I can actually say, i left with a smile on my face, he went over and above, just help me, and made my visit awesome, Bell needs hundreds of more Associates, just like Ameer, Thank You Ameer.

Carolina in the St. Thomas Bell store was extremely helpful and patient with me as an older person trying to navigate mobile flip phone technology. She understood my needs and gave clear explanation. She also adjusted my billing and showed me how to access & manage my account on Bell mobility app. Would have been lost without her!

Bell Rep Joel in the St Thomas store was the best representative of Bell you could ask for. Stayed after hours (2hours) to assist us. People in front of us were not tech savvy. Did not own computers. He could communicate on all levels. He was just soooo patient. The man deserves a raise. Cannot say enough good about him.

I dealt with MO and she was the most knowledgeable person with Bell I have ever dealt with. Explained everything so I understood showed me some stuff.overall very helpful and wasn't in a hurry to get rid of me like others in the past have been.overall MO deserves 10 stars! Today I had the privilege of dealing with 2 employees at 2 different Bell stores. One was Charles from Tillsonburg and the other was Moe from St. Thomas! These 2 employees went above and beyond for me…. Not only was i having a hard time trying to find a new cell phone but I went to The source first …. That was an experience ‍️
I then decided to try the Bell store. I thought about calling a smaller Center hoping to have some luck finding the new Apple phone…. Charles was WONDERFUL offering to try and track down a phone for me! Lucky for me once he realized where I was from he not only found me the phone I was wanting but found it closer to my home so I didn’t need to travel! Then I met Moe the store manager at the Bell store in St. Thomas who made everything so easy and simple!
I can’t express enough how these 2 employees made my day! I sure hope Bell know what gems they have in these employees! Thumbs up

Went into the St Thomas location today for an up grade on my phone. Joel was awesome! He took the time to explain my new plan and ensured I was getting the best deal. Was advised if a better deal is available during the Black Friday sales to text him and he’ll help me out with the paper work to get the better plan. Thanks for all your help today.

I went to bell to have my wife’s phone replaced. Well Moyra couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Let me tell you she knows her stuff.

Manager "Mo" at the St. Thomas location was very helpful with the problem we encountered! Gave suggestions and promised to stay with us until it was fixed. Thank you soooo much.

Joel was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped my oldest sister find the right phone for her with a great plan. We were in the St Thomas store twice, and both times Joel provided excellent customer service. He is highly recommended!

Joel hooked me up with the phone plan I needed and was Ultra fast and polite it was easy and he didn't try and force me to buy other things I wouldn't need. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I called Bell St Thomas store, Manager Mo was there and came to my rescue with my dead cell phone. She welcomed me openly and within 5 mins. She revived my phone! Thank so much Mo.

Wi-Fi pods need to be redesigned. My daughter was goofing around where we had one of our pods installed. A dime slide behind it (she is 4) creating an arc which damaged the pod along with the electrical outlet. Luckily she was not seriously hurt in the incident.

Amazing. Went to this location on Sat at 3: 53pm and they are already closed. Doors locked. Sign says opened until 5pm. Called Monday morning at 9: 15am no answer, called at 11: 10am no answer and now called at 1: 18pm no answer. They must not care about their customers after they get you into a contract,

The service was great. My phone was acting wonky, so the tech girl just did her magic on it and I was good to go

Bell is the worst company ever they will over charge you in anything they can. Honestly just using a string and a can would be better then using bell. Terrible service terrible help. Just terrible only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had too.
