I went in there to get straight to the point of what I was looking for: Internet service from Bell. Jenny was very welcoming and she got straight to business. She not only delivered an outstanding deal, but she smashed it out of the park. Even during waiting periods of processing times, she provided great conversation during my visit. 10/10 service

Bell’s in-store customer service is never short of being courteous! We walked in a couple of of days after new years and were treated with top tier service. Our sales consultant, Abdi S, was super helpful when it came to finding the best deal for a proper internet plan! He was very informative and made sure we had what we needed, and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Abdi made sure that all of our questions were answered prior to us making the purchase. For anyone looking for Bell in store service needs at CF Fairview, Abdi is your guy and will take very good care of you!

Jenny is a Rockstar!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny at the Bell store in Fairview mall, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Two years ago, Jenny helped me set up my new number and iPhone for my business, and the process was seamless and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

Fast forward to today, and I had the pleasure of working with Jenny once again when it was time to upgrade my phone. When I came in last January to make the switch, she checked my account and noticed that I still had two more months left on my contract. Instead of just going ahead with the upgrade, Jenny advised me to wait a bit longer because there might be some upcoming deals. And she was right! When I came back in a few months later, she helped me get a great deal on my new phone and plan.

Overall, I can't recommend Jenny enough. She truly cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure that they're happy and satisfied. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none, and I feel lucky to have her as my go-to person for all my Bell needs. Thank you, Jenny!

Bell opened a fraudulent account using my name and has been trying to charge me for a 2nd line for months now that I’ve never requested to open. This bill caused my credit score to drop drastically because of the missed payments bell accounts receivable report to the credit bureau. Im trying to dispute this for months now. Bell representatives keep harassing me and send me collection emails/ letters in French that I can’t interpret on my own. I’ve called in on multiple occasions to have this matter resolved and I find that bell customer service agents, managers and fraud are very disrespectful and unprofessional in the way they’re handling my case. They’re not helpful at all and is just wasting my time with these lengthy calls pretending to fix something they’re not capable of fixing, just to tell me we’ll inform the back office; yet this account cannot be resolved by bell. I’m very disappointed with the way bell’s approach to this matter. There’s a late fee of $16.29 that is charged to me again which I’m not liable for due to charges from the fraudulent account. I need this to be resolved ASAP and someone from higher ups to call me I have a lot of complaints to file. 0 ratings for customer care service, the entire bell team looks like clowns in a circus. I need someone that could read, interpret and escalate my case; handle this case with professionalism. You guys are disgusting for harassing for me $16.29 that I’m not even liable for! Get this fraudulent account resolved and removed from my name right away!

I waited in line for 2 hours at this store to be helped. The new guy Chris was super rude and unhelpful, chewing gum and only talking to whoever skipped the line to talk to him. They were short staffed and employees that worked there were not helpful at all. There was no manager or supervisor to oversee the staff performance and the store was very disorganized. Terrible experience here.

Ask for Jenny! She really understands some of the crazier intricacies of our new phone. I wanted to convert my iPhone to an e-sim so while travelling overseas I could have a local number and my home number. Customer support on the line, had screwed things up so bad that my phone got bricked.

Only Jenny at the Bell corporate store (Fairview Mall) was able to get me operational again. She asked me to pop over before our trip. When I went over this afternoon, she did an awesome job. No more physical SIM card in my phone. We need more terrific people like her.

Staff are unprofessional/severely incompetent
Staff unable to look up internet for the area when their website easily displays it. Asked about pricing and first time buyer discount, they quoted the price (undiscounted) from their website, asked a couple more times and they were firm about that. Had to show go on my phone to show them the price on the website from my phone before they would give me the correct discounted price.

Received excellent service from this store location in getting all of my services bundled (mobility x2, Internet, TV, home phone, and smart home monitoring). Special thanks to Abraham for completing my order and making the extra effort of correcting an oversight on my end. I realized I needed to upgrade my home monitoring package after the installation to get the smart thermostat feature. He called their internal support line and got it resolved on the spot.

My sister took me to this store and she told me to ask for one of the staff. One of the staff by the name David Joseph came to help my sister first regarding her cellphone renewal. David asked me if my services are with another company. He asked me if I have time so he can explain and provide me the summary of the store promotion. I was very impressed with his professionalism, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and David was able to answer my questions without a doubt before leaving the store.
I was with the other company for 24 years and because of David’s excellent customer service I did not hesitate to switch my services to Bell.
David is always there to answer all my questions and even helped me to reach out to technical support to ensure my services were installed in a timely manner.
Thank you David for your excellent service! Keep up the good work for keeping your customer happy and satisfied.

Wasted an hour in the store for a deal that the sales promised but not able to make it, he called the call centre to do the 5 dollar adjustment, being refused, he call again, 5 dollar adjustment for 1 year only and ask me to call the call centre in the next 2 year to get the 5 dollar off.to make the deal that he was saying a fixed price for 3 year. I decided not to go for it and ask for order cancellation. He didnt do it, and i have to call the call centre to cancel it on my own! <- this is very disappointed

Spending lots of time at Bell Fairview Mall. Porting my kids cell numbers and things went sideways but Jenny made it all better. Cell numbers all twisted including grandads but Jenny sorted it all out. Bell customer service messed this up royally.

I'm really sad that I missed the chance to talk to the infamous Lucas. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with two employees that clearly did not want to be there. I was told they were sold out of basically every phone I asked about and was rudely questioned by one of the employees, who said things such as "why are you here, what do you want? ! " with a very aggressive tone. I'd say make sure Lucas is there if you plan on visiting.

I noticed a $7 extra charge on my account. I contacted customer service and informed me it was not part of the billing cycle as it starts at the beginning of the month. So it was a miscommunication between Adil. No big deal I figured he'll help me out. He got defensive at me first for misunderstanding him even though both me and my friend heard him say billing cycle starts from beginning of the month not from day of installation. He admit it was his mistake for not being clear and will get back to me in a few days. Long story short he never got back to me and it was way over a week and after 3 attempts at trying to reach him I'm done. It's not about the money anymore it's the fact that after I signed the contact he just abandoned me (and probably many other customers who knows). I felt betrayed and abandoned. It's not about the money at this point.
If you're reading this Adil I hope the $7 was worth the review I'm giving you.

The staff here is very helpful. I saw the new Samsung Galaxy S10 in the window and went to look at it. I only saw one of the 3. So I asked and a staff member showed me all 3 of them side by side so I could compare which one I liked best. He answered all the questions I had about each one and was very useful.
If I buy an S10 it will be from here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I went there to exchange my phone but all the staff were busy talking to each other while I was waiting together with a bunch of other guys in line. No one came to us to ask if we needed assistance or help, they just kept talking to each other and after 10-15 min they finally came to ask then said that they could not do it because their location doesn't have the phone I was looking for in a very rude manner. Very disrespectful staff, zero politeness and customer service. Looks like they are there passing time instead of working properly.
