Hands down, the absolute best customer service I've ever received from Bell. Ron, helped me get the best deal, threw in a free charger, and even transfered all my info from my old phone to the new. 5 stars

Ron, the sales consultant of Bell Corporate Store at CenterPoint Mall at Yonge & Steeles does truly provide exceptional customer service!

Last night my phone number was ported out from Rogers and back to Bell. The Welcome Back Team from Bell completed the porting transaction and agreement but failed to hook up my phone with a eSIM, even their technical support couldn’t able to troubleshoot the problem. I had no phone service since last night and they directed me just go visiting any Bell Retail Store the following day for help.

Ron really did above and beyond helping me to troubleshoot my eSIM issue.

That's why I went to Centerpoint Mall the Bell Corporate Retail this morning. Ron had spent over 30 mins thinking outside the box to troubleshoot the problem. He is very patience with excellent smile on his face throughout the entire time. He had been very very helpful. He truly deserves a recognition from Bell for his outstanding customer services.

I highly recommend customers going to this store for services. Thank you

Sales person Ronald needs to listen to what the customer needs and respects what he asks for. 5 people working, four crammed behind the cash and still took forever to complete my transaction despite only one other customer in the store.

I received excellent service from Ron! He was most attentive and patient and responsive to all my questions! He made switching mobile plans seamless and I look forward to dealing with him in the future.

I was in there getting new phone for my daughter and Harshdeep (AKA Harry) took care of us above and beyond. A few days later took care of a switching over 2 more phone from my family from another provider to Bell. His service and knowledge is excellent and he is very friendly. If u need Bell go see him.

Ronald at this location is the best person I’ve dealt with at any Telecommunications company. He truly cares about the customer and exhibits only the best customer service. He provides full disclosure on everything and makes sure you leave without any questions in mind. He truly runs through all the details for you.

Sim was extremely helpful in assisting me with all my questions and concerns. Made me feel comfortable through the entire process and I walked out confident with my decisions.

Would 100% recommend her to anyone and I will ask for her specifically once I inevitably go back.

SIM Absolutely exceeded my expectations. She understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me not only secure a better service but gave me enough time to walk me through how to set everything up in the most patient way possible. Representatives like her are the only reason I am loyal with Bell and will continue to reccomend Bell and her for any future referrals. Bring back the referral program, I'd like to send you business. And promote SIM because she's great at her job.

Shopkeep insisted on running a "setup" instead of letting us leave with the phone, likely trying to install spyware.

Came to the store with my father, asked the rep to pack up the phone and let us go but he kept insisting on swapping the sim. I told the rep this is not necessary as my father will still need to use the old phone while the new one is being set up.
I left my father with the rep for 5 minutes while I went to run another errand and when I returned the rep was trying to connect my fathers phone to some random wifi.
TLDR I asked the rep to put the phone in a bag and let us go but he kept insisting on powering up the phone in store and insisting this is procedure. He was trying to install scamware.

My family decided to make a number of complicated changes to our phone plans yesterday (Aug 30,2022) and decided to visit the Bell store at Centerpoint Mall. Were we thankful we did so. The two (female) store reps were incredibly patient with us, highly informative, and provided us with the very best deals/options available without us having to plead. They walked us through each process - with just the right amount of humour! - even though they could have rushed us in order to attend to another customer. We as a family have rarely experienced such courteous professionalism. Many thanks, Bell.

I was with Bell since March 2021, no customer service or agent was helpful the only people were helped me patiently and did something to solve my issues was Mrs Rachel in supper wiser team and Mr. Harsh in Center Point Mall in Northyork theses 5star are only for them, Bell customer service is a mess.

I was at CenterPoint mall today to see if I could get a good deal from Bell. They were so helpful and knowledgeable of the products they’re offering and convinced me what to get for what I needed, specially Niloofar. I’m grateful to have them on my side and get a very good deal from Bell.

After having problems with costumer service I decided to visit this store. Alfrid is a kind and knowledgeable gentleman that to be frank, was the reason I went for a 30g plan and decided to come to Bell. Great customer service and he even stayed a bit longer so I can go pick up my phone. Will be with Bell and visit this store indefinitely. Thank you Alfrid

Minhaj was very helpful in getting a good device plan for my wife. He suggested a good deal for me as well and we were happy to have come to this Bell store. He was friendly and didn't push too much, which we appreciated.

I booked an appointment today June 9th for 3: 00 pm to go to the store to shop for a new phone, when I got there another client walked in at the same time, the customer representative started to help her first, I waited five minutes and I asked the Bell representative how long will it take before I can talk to someone instead of been helped I was talked to very rudely, unprofessionally it felt almost bully, I asked her to please call the Manager and her reply was I’m the manager, but I did not believe that because a Manager will never speak to a customer the way she did, she was shouting and did not stop talking to me even though I told her I did not want to speak to her.
I did not wanted to waste more time so I left, when I was on my way to leave the mall I met another Bell customer representative, I stoped her and told her what had happened so she offered to help me, therefore I went back to the store, when she asked me for my phone number I told her that I purchased my phone at Bell but last year I transfer the plan to Kudos because it was more economical, instead of paying $80 dollars plus with Kudos I’m only paying $35 dollars plus taxes, being a 70 yeas old woman the current plan is a great deal for me, so I asked her to helped me get a new Apple phone but to my surprise she told me that I had to back to Kudos because she cannot do anything for me.
I’m still in shock for the way I was treated so rude and unprofessional, the first customer representative was obnoxious rude and the second one refused to helped me out.
Bell Canada is a huge company and I’m really disappointed with customer satisfaction, my rate is below one.
Hope someone will do something about this bad service to customers, I don’t know whether I was treated this way because I’m old or the store does not care about customer satisfaction.

Really helpful people in the store, especially a person named minhaj. I was having some issues from 6 months with my various devices and customer care people were not helping me out. But this guy saved a lot of hassle for me. I am really thankful to him for helping me out with utmost patience. Would highly recommend him to other people.
