The worst provider in the country. Service desk transferred out of Canada and they don’t know Canadian customer service, they forget about customer appreciation and royalty which they build the company in the first place.
RUN and get your services from somewhere else.

We switched from Bell to Primus when Bell kept raising their service fees, and Primus was offering the same service for 1/2 the price. After the service was terminated they gave me a cheque for $20 and then a bill for $4 instead of taking the $4 out of the credit. I did not cash the cheque nor did I pay the bill as this was their accounting mistake. Since then the $4 bill has been turned over to a collection agency which they say is now $30. They won’t stop calling and harassing me every single day.

Horrible customer service. Call multiple times about outstanding bill and no once told that internet and mobile phone are on different accounts. Spoke to supervisor and would not help me at all. All they care about is money and not customers. WILL BE Cancelling services with them

Really this should be a 0! Bell is the biggest monopoly which allows them to deliver the WORST service. In Ontario they put me in collections for their billing error, took 10 phone calls until I got someone who knew what they were doing and cared enough to figure it out. They apologized and reversed everything. Then in Halifax they came to hook up interment and tv on Sept. 3,20 days later and we still don't have any service.after not getting anywhere with Bell Aliant (Novia Scotia branch of Bell) they told me to call Bell Canada. I did that and Amber told me she could NOT help us as they had nothing to do with that division of Bell.yet they are Bell Canada. So I went with another company they hooked us up in one day. Called Bell to cancel and they transfered me 2, tried to tell me I couldn't cancel, yet they have never installed anything.then asked what they could do to keep my business.what a joke, they weren't trying that hard to install!

I want to leave zero stars however it will not allow me to post until I select a star. I received a pre-suspension notice from Bell with regard to my internet. The payment deadline was April 14/23. I made more than the required payment on April 10/23. Today, April 11/23, I cannot access any websites on wifi as I receive a Bell notice. I called to state that I had paid, prior to the required date and was told that they would not reinstate my service until I paid more than the pre-suspension notice stated. I paid more than was required prior to the date they required it and they won't reinstate until I pay extra. If that was the total amount required why wasn't it on the statement. Needless to say I will definitely be rethinking my business with this unprofessional company.

Finally I spoke to a loyalty customer service representative who helped us resolve our issues with our alarm system. Thank you Yasmin for your amazing support and service. After speaking to 3 different representatives and being hung up on 4 different occasions Yasmin listened and shared her concerns to help us. Being a loyal customer for close to 20 years, I can’t express how amazing and quick Yasmin responded with the right solution. Thanks again!

Bell Canada $85 for 500Mbps
Beanfield $50 for 1Gbps.
Fibrestream $50 for 750 Mbps.

Bell Canada is ripping existing customers off while other companies can still turn profits by making cheaper and faster plans available.

Very poor customer service. I had a very poor experience as a new customer to Bell. I was rerouted through a few departments after having the installation date pushed out multiple times. It was aggravating to deal with agent who used coveorsive tactics to deflect the issue of payment denial back onto me in order to avoid the short coming on their part. All said, there is not guarantee of starting the internet service after 9days of placing the order. There is no way to navigate how to get resolution so this is my attempt to notify BELL.
