Horrible service the woman who answers the phones is beyond rude and terribly incompetent at her job and clearly only still works there because She's obviously related to the owner. Was told 30 minutes waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes b4 finally calling Circle which I should have done from the very beginning. It'll surly be no great loss when Uber takes over as they're always much faster more professional and So much cheaper every time.

Called.no lie six times. Each time I got a voicemail saying "thank you for calling, we are busy with other clients, please call back". They need more operators, and the wait time for a cab is unreal. This has always been this way. Call Circle Taxi, don't waste your time in these tools.

My driver (don't know his name) wasn't wearing a mask and the car stunk. I also don't need to hear your thoughts on COVID conspiracies!

Minutes ago, a driver for Bell Taxi Whitby Car W-124 honked his horn at my house from my driveway, undoubtedly startling my elderly neighbors.

As I limped in unaided to the cab, (bi-lateral knee strains make entering, exiting vehicles, pulling doors open independently painful as well as difficult) I'm greeted with "Hop in. I've got other things to do. " The only thing the driver cared about was how I was paying.

I made a note of the driver's vehicle (W-124) so Bell Taxi can follow up on the rude customer "service" I received.

Bell is still the worst and dangerous! Circle taxi is more reputable and they are really good and safe.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, WE WENT GROCERY SHOPPING AND WE CALLED BELL AND AFTER WAITING OVER 20MIN, OUR FROZEN GROCERIES WERE THAWING ON US, WE CALLED CIRCLE TAXI AND CIRCLE TAXI CAME WITHIN 5 MIN'S, USE CIRCLE TAXI THEY AREN'T LAZY LIKE BELL, THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU WITH LOADING AND UNLOADING, NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND BELL, CIRCLE TAXI ALL THE WAY OR UBER,

Awful company. They dont care if they forget to book your taxi and they will absolutely expect you to pay. I am a manager at a nonprofit organization for adults with special needs. Over the last 4 years I've had MANY taxi issues with many companies but today was the absolute WORST. The gentleman with special needs was picked up over an hour late, they had the wrong address. All with the most unprofessional staff answering the phones. I have literally sent out an email to 72 other families encouraging them to use other taxi companies.

The customer service rep was very unpleasant.and had the audacity to swear at me before hanging up.very inconsiderate and needs to be investigated as a taxi company.very very very unprofessional.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the old woman that picks up when you call is the most haggard person I have ever spoken with, she must be married to the owner or related because noone should keep there job talking to people like that. She yells hangs up on you. I have had so many stomach turning issues with this company. DO NOT USE.thank God taxis are becoming obsolete. Can't wait till they have to return to the real world and get a job where they have to treat people with respect.

Very bad experience with this taxi company. I called the number 5: 30pm to reserve a taxi for 5: 45 coz my son hv a class on 6: 00. Its 5 minutes driving distance. The CSR said NP. No taxi come in, I called again on 5: 55 and was told the driver is on the way, will be there in 5 minutes. 6: 07 I called again and was told the taxi will be in 10 minutes. When I complain about I hv already late for the class in the phone, the CSR just asked if I want to cancel the service. Never use this taxi company again.

Last February, my husband and I were travelling, He forgot his knapsack with all electronic devices, wallets, All travel documents. The Bell Taxi driver found these 10 minutes after our drop off, turned around came back to the airport looking for us. Diverted a major crisis. I find their service reliable and very prompt. While Uber is cheaper, I would continue to use this company who is efficient, and to my personal experience trustworthy.
