Called to book an appointment today and was asked all sorts of questions about my hair and what I wanted, which I thought was amazing! However once she asked if I had ever been to the salon before and I told her no, I actually had purchased a Groupon to come check them out, she told me she was booked “back to back” for today. She did not offer to check another date for me or anything. This really upset me because I really enjoy exploring new places through Groupon but lately I’ve found a lot of retailers are acting this way towards people with Groupons and if that’s the case remove yourself from the website. I think it’s completely unfair for shoppers to be shut down after spending money for a service you’ve advertised to provide.

WAIT TIME: Not much; but maybe this varies depending on appointment
PARKING: Street parking only, difficult to park some times, paid parking but cheap.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
Rana was very sweet to talk to, she knows what she is doing, she wasn’t unnecessarily slow but was patient and thorough. I liked that the most. She takes ideas from you and gives useful feesback so that it becomes easier to figure out what style you could get done.
TIP: Team up with groupon deals
TIP: My groupon deal said ‘hair cut’ but I was told that is only trimming.
TIP: If you have long hair, know that the charges could be 1.5 times the original. Just a heads up. But the service was worth it.

Very professional. She literally bring my hair back to life. Prices are very average and service is very attentive.

Hairdresser/owner very personable
Salon has no structure or organization. 2 visits, both appointments changed 1/2 jour before due. Called minutes later to change again. Took a week to get back to set appointment although Christmas in between. Very distracted while appointment in progress. Left the salon and left me in another ladies hands. Both appointments nobody else in salon. Will pass in future. It's a shame as owner cuts and colors well.

Made an appointment for Saturday at 12pm. Drive around looking for parking paid for parking only to get there and see that no one is inside. Waited half hr called over and over again and no answer. This is the worse experience ever. I wasted my time gas and $5 for parking for absolutely no reason. Will not be ever going back and will make it known.

Me and my best friend went to this salon Bella hair salon in streetsville I originally went to dye my hair blonde from black she said she could not do it which was the owner I got there at 130 pm me and my friend ended up leaving way I after closing at 11 pm we were there 9 hours she left us sitting in chairs with product in our hair and bleach killing it I ended up leaving with red hair with patches of black my friends hair was supposed to be brown to blonde it was the most bland colour I’ve ever seen and when she started crying in the chair she went and corrected it again at 11 PM! Our necks were so soar and we had a vacation in a couple days! Then she proceeded to charge us 300 each knowing we were so upset and I paid and left I don’t recommend this salon to anybody the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Also the owner is so greedy she took 10 clients that day or more everyone got out before us as we were there before them mind you we had a color correct so that does take some time but almost 10 hours in a chair is nuts! She was so greedy for all the money she didn’t tend to us At all on top of it all we were supposed to pay 250 each originally ended up leaving paying 300 I’m so livid I feel like I got scammed big time!
