We purchased a New 2022 Shadow Cruiser from Bellavista RV.in September 2022. The entire experience with Rose, Richard and Annette was amazing. There were a few things that had to be taken care of from the initial build of our RV. Bellavista and all the staff took care of it immediately and were amazing at correcting the issue. The experience we’ve had with Bellavista has been absolutely amazing. We’ve been treated like family by the team, and they are a team who have gone above and beyond to accommodate and make the experience of purchasing and owning our new cruiser a pleasure. This has been an experience everyone needs to have as a customer and as an RV owner. They are the place where you can feel your purchase is not just a purchase, but the place where you can learn about your new purchase and come back and feel like you’re concerns are addressed and questions answered with open arms.

Same old same old there seems to be tons of these places on 11 and around selling same product

We had the greatest service. Everyone who works here was amazing to deal with. Rose patiently answered all of our original questions when we were just starting to look. However their service and demeanour is what sold us. Once we decided Annette was great to deal with answering and explaining the hitch options to us. Never once pressured us. Had a second walk around a couple.weeks later and they had pulled it inside so we could take our time. When we went to pick it up, Chris was amazing at explaining all of the items we need. We are so happy to be part of the Bella Vista family.

Great experience all the way round. From when we first came in to look, to the purchase, the financing and work on the car. Great information and support at pick up. I highly recommend.
