My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from Lori. They custom designed my ring, and it's perfect! I can't wait until we order our wedding bands from here too. We always receive excellent customer service from the entire team.

I purchased this chain and pendant in 2022 and it is incredible quality and had withstood daily wear just as beautiful as the day it was purchased. Customer service is fantastic and they really help you pick out the perfect piece.

My girlfriend recently bought me a watch here, we had to come back and get a couple links removed so that it would fit, the service only took about 5 minutes and they were very friendly!

Great experience buying watches for me and friends. They only had one in stock and I needed 3 exact same pieces. In less than 5 days, even with the holidays, they got me two more of the same watch and I was able to gift them on time. Exceptional service at each step!

Hard to believe they don’t offer refunds. Not worth the risk if you are buying for someone else. Many other jewellery stores you can spend over $1000 at and not have to worry about loosing your money. Shame on you. I don’t even want to exchange because of the bad business practice this store follows but I have no other choice.

Me and my now fiance went to the mall to look for an engagement ring and we came here after 3 other stores that weren't "cutting it" for me. I was greeted by Ainsley, she was so sweet and helpful! Then Antonio came over and both of them helped me figure out what I wanted and didn't want. Antonio mentioned doing Platinum over white gold I have "dough fingers" as my sister calls them LOL and I was weary if I had to go up or down in sizes and he assured platinum would be the better choice. I felt like we could be ourselves and that the 2 of them made our experience less stressful all while being able to put our trust in them and what they were saying to ensure I got the ring I truly wanted. I came to pick it up the next week, it is so beautiful pictures DO NOT do justice. It literally sparkles under the lights it's mesmerizing! THANK YOU SO MUCH AINSLEY & ANTONIO! I am in love with something else besides my boo haha

Amazing experience today, just like the one 5 years ago! Very pleased with my experience today. The lady I dealt with was not pushy at all and was very personable. My goal was an eternity ring (3 set) and I asked her to find a beautiful addition to the two set I picked. First one she picked was beyond my expectations! So happy with my purchase!

I was at the Oshawa center location purchasing a pair of earrings for a Christmas gift for my daughter. The sales person, Lori, was very patient showing me many different options for my teenager. I visited this location in January 2023. One of the employees, a dark haired woman, loudly made a derogatory comment about a passing security guard. She referred to him as a teletubby and commented that even his vest didn’t fit him. This is not the kind of place that I want to do business with. I wonder what she said about me after I had left. I will not return.
