I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bellair Laser Clinic in Yorkville, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. The clinic has an amazing and caring staff who are extremely attentive and understanding.

The first thing that struck me was the clean and beautiful clinic. The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, ensuring that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit.

Visited here for a treatment, location was excellent. Fun to get to to Yorkville, staff was exceptional, service was exceptional and keep in mind not all machines are made equal I found my treatment at Bellaire provided better results with a lot less down time. So happy I found this gem. Very satisfied with service and results!

I’ve been a customer for 10 years at this place. Their hair removal works! It was the best investment I’ve ever done. I’m so happy I chose Bellair because I have friends who went to different places and didn’t get good results. I’ve tried so many different treatments and I’ve been happy with all of them. The staff is very professional, very friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean, they always disinfect their devices in between treatments. I highly recommend them.

The worst place on the planet to get any beauty related services.

The reception lies to your face and they ask you for 100$ deposit which IS NON REFUNDABLE, but they tell you IT IS REFUNDABLE verbally and give you a receipt with no note on it confirming the money will be refunded.
There is no qualified person throughout the whole process just bunch of people dressed like someone doing this kind of services.
They VIDEO CALL a doctor and that's what you get for your money.

And as you can guess the result was absolutely TERRIBLE.

I have to pay another clinic thousands of dollars to correct this.

This is my favorite place for all of my cosmetic procedures. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and they have fair prices and many deals. I also had a last minute conflict and they accommodated the the change without issue. 10/10 recommend!

I regularly do laser hair removal in Bellair Laser Clinic. Their treatments are effective. They are very kind and considerate. I had an emergency and I needed to cancel my appointment, they were so kind to reinstate my session. So happy with this clinic.

I had a consult with Vanessa, which left me feeling fully informed, comfortable, and confident about that information. It was not a sales pitch, and she did not push services. The advice was reserved, well-rounded, and meaningful. She clearly knows her field well, and has a long-term sustainable perspective. I appreciated it.

I visited this clinic and was advised I needed treatment to remove the spots I had my face. I went for 6 treatments in total at a cost of 1500. After receiving these treatments the spots on my face are still there with no improvement. Very disappointed with the treatment I received and did not get the results promised.

I have never met such welcoming staff. The receptionist was very knowledgeable in the services offered at Bellair and I ended up doing not only 1 session, but am on my 7th session of laser hair removal! I would highly recommend, 10/10

Normally, I am not one to write reviews but after five years of friendly and professional service I wanted to share my experience about Bellair. This place has been consistent with top notch technology and the quality of care. The hair on my back is barely there and basically permanently gone. The fraxel helped my acne scars and the photo therapy got rid of almost all my sun spots on my face. I really like the skin analysis they do using a machine called visia, basically takes a picture of your skin and analyzes it. You can compare the skin before the treatments and after. Wow, what a difference. All around awesome experience and results! Love the place, very sharp and clean. You will not regret coming here.

️ Regardless of what treatment you go in for, you always get an attendant or nurse with tons of personality and a joy for what they do. Super friendly, always punctual, with offers and promos up for grabs all the time, I would never hesitate to recommend this incredible gem in the heart of Yorkville. Now that I have finished laser with another clinic I realize how much Bellair scammed me. Charged 1250$ for something another clinic did much better for 250$. Avoid. If you like paying for fluff employees and rich owners for status go ahead.

Purchased a package of 5 sessions last year. The treatment did not work and I ended up going to a different place (which btw, is sooo much better) The technicians have inconsistent training and don't answer questions knowledgably. Also, why are there so many receptionists and not one greets you when you enter. Customer service needs improvement.

The staff are hit and mess.they could benefit from a diversity & inclusion training. I was misgendered twice by their staff. They really have no clue on how to interact with transgender clients, just super awkward and clueless
So I wouldn’t recommend for trans folks. It’s not trans friendly

I have had my botox done at Bellair multiple times. I've been coming here for the last 8 years and it's been a very positive experience. I find the staff to be extremely professional and always friendly. I want to say thank you to Lana who does my botox. She is incredibly knowledgeable and informative with her patients. She has a soft touch and makes the procedure super pleasant. Excellent experience and an excellent results!

I have purchased 3 laser service packages from Bellair (1 of which is ongoing) and I have always been very happy with the service/experience. Both front desk staff and technicians have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Most importantly, I have been very pleased with my results. I initially started with one laser package, and from those results gained the confidence to book additional packages/body areas.

I enjoy going to my appointments, my results, and would highly recommend them to a friend!

Scam alert.

They spend less than 1 minute on the lasering itself. This business is a joke, to be frank, and management should be ashamed of taking advantage of customers like this.

I have gone 9 times already and have gotten ZERO results so far.

I got the package they mentioned me that the machin is Candela but the day i had appointment it did not work and they had not told me before, the staff did not care even the technician was working with me forgot to do laser in all the areas, I have the right to post a review as a customer, they did not care at all and do not follow and even ask why I gave score 1 to them! If you are concern about reviews you need to be more nice and responsible.as I emailed the director and explained what happened and this is his reply very professional and polite! To me:

Bad investment: This place is a scam! I bought 2 treatments there: 3 sessions of IPL + 10 sessions of Velashape and none of them works. I had no results at all after any of those treatments. They have Velashape 2 which is not the latest technology Velashape 3 has been on the market for years already. I suspect they use old machines and technologies. That place is cheaper than a lot of places for a reason. Better to pay a little more to get actual results in real clinic.

The staff are professional and the clinic is very, very clean. I forgot the name of the technician who did my treatment (laser on face) but she was very tactful and careful not to cause any discomfort. Looking forward to my next session tbh.

When I say I’ve never had a good experience in this place, I mean it. Whenever I’ve gone I’ve seen staff leaning into appointment rooms and making fun of patients, seen staff at the front counter gossiping about patients. They are completely inflexible with packages, and have next to no response to feedback. After trying to get packages moved from one location to the other, I was told each wasn’t in control and to call the other, and condescended to when I brought this up.
I was gifted 4/5 appointments of a package but have completed treatment already and was hoping to transfer the remaining dollar amount or a comparable to get a different part laser. Was told no and asked if I wanted to book that appointment anyways. Laser hair removal on a bald area, great job. This isn’t even to begin bringing up the misgendering and person disrespect. I emailed the company after failing to arrive at a solution, while bringing up everything in this review. It’s been a week, and I haven’t heard a peep and I have the suspicion they’re ignoring it hoping I go away so they can keep the money without providing a service.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this place. Extremely friendly staff, clean clinic and comfortable waiting room, appointments on time (or only a short wait), competent and friendly technicians. Look out for their Boxing Day or Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales because you can get great deals on laser hair removal. Sure, it may still seem pricy up front if you've never paid for laser service, but for me the results have been terrific-SO worth it. It's been years now after my treatments and the hair has never grown back.

The worst customer service. Honest to god, This place and people literally brought me to tears once. Unless you are carrying a Chanel bag in your hand and you are Canadian, don’t expect to be treated well. This is the worst place I have ever been to. I honestly get anxiety when I go to appointments. Unfortunately, I paid upfront for 5 sessions, thus I have to utilize what I paid for. Expect ladies at the front desk to pass negative comments. No flexibility whatsoever. I wish I could zero reviews.
It is my personal experience with them. I am not going there once my sessions are done nor I would ever recommend this place to anyone.
A note to owner if you reading this, train your staff to treat people like humans, we paid for your services, not getting them free. I would always remember how you guys made me feel.

I was gifted a microdermabrasion as well as another service which I found mediocre. The entire process was done in less than an hour. I found it extremely over overpriced and the service was poor compared to other establishments I’ve visited. Not impressed!

The staff are always excellent. Treatments are performed with great professionalism. I keep coming back for my treatments as results are great.

The ladies at the front desk have TERRIBLE customer service! They need to be more polite especially when speaking on the phone. I don’t and neither does anybody deserve that kind of service.

I felt like I needed to add more to this comment. I've been going to Bellair for laser hair removal for years. I spent thousands of dollars. Unfortunately I'm not satisfied with the results. I regret so much going to this place in the first place. Clearly their machines aren't high quality as they say. I advise anyone seeking for laser hair removal to think twice before going here. You are an interest to them until you make the purchase.

Bought 5 treatments of laser for my face. The nurses are super nice, are thorough during treatment and offer amazing customer service and are competent. The front desk is also super nice.

The problem is that there's no one taking charge at all of the treatment progress really, and you see a different person every time, making you seem like a number.

Out of the 5 treatments, 2 had the laser machine too low, where I barely had hair removal.

It is only when I showed the person that kind of "tracks" the treatment near the end of my 5 sessions treatment that it was patchy and that not a lot of hair was removed following treatments that communication was done with the nurses to increase the "volts". I effectively lost 2 sessions, which amounts for around 500$. Then, the hair loss was around 15%- 20% after, which is what it was supposed to be in the first place.

Anyways, a bit disappointed as I shouldn't be the one directing my treatment. Shouldn't they have the expertise to notice these things or do something for the customer when they set the volts too low and no hair loss occurs? It's expensive compared to other places so you wouldn't expect some treatments to go to waste.

I normally don't write reviews but the poor behavior of the Front desk made write this.

I booked 6 fraxel treatment sessions with them.

The first 5 sessions were okay but they were extremely horrible with the last session.
They had scheduling problem for the session, from what I understood it felt like they double booked the sessions. They were extremely arrogant and disrespectful in communicating the information.

They had the obligation to share before and after pictures of me for my reference (to see the progress). When I asked them to share the pictures, they started telling me they have software issues. All the reasons they gave on why the software is down are nonsense (I work in IT and I know how software works). It's like creatively making up excuses to not do their jobs. At best they are incompetent, at worst they are lazy and arrogant. Either way, they don't deserve their jobs.

They told they'd get back to me in a day (after their imaginary problem in the software is fixed) and they never got back to me. It's like the only thing they care about is money and not the feeling of clients.

To the business owners- 'People don't remember what you do, people remember how made them feel'.

The place is nice and staff are accomodating and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend. Thanks!

I have to say that Selina Idris has the best people skills. I was in a panic about something and she sat down talk to me and really calmed me down. It was the best customer service I've ever had. She listened. I just had a procedure too and was a little quizzy. By talking to her all my fears were gone. Thank you Selina.

Before you purchase any packages at this place just be aware that this place is so booked that your next appointment is gonna be 2 months away. Tbh not sure if the services are worth the wait.

I prepaid for laser hair removal. They were closed at my appointment time. No call, no email. Did not hear from them for months. I gave them almost $1k and then was ghosted. Terrible service, that’s not how you treat people.

I decided to leave this review because kinselle, the girl who did my second laser session, was very thorough, detaile oriented, professional and very passionate about what she does. She did her best to make me feel comfortable during the whole session.

PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE PAYNG FOR FIVE STAR REVIEWS. I am writing this review on behalf of two friends who have been here and because they fear they will be HARASSED by their director OSCAR AMAR. This is no way to run a business. This business takes your money, closes for no reason, and will harass you for wanting your money back because you want to spend it somewhere that actually does business correctly.

They have both paid in full for their services and were in the process of going through with their services. For no explanation at all, BOTH of their locations were closed. There is no mention of it on their website, their Instagram, or their Facebook. There was no message left on their phone when you called. They continued to post on their Instagram as if they were open. If you look at the post from May 9th (screenshot below) there are multiple clients asking if they're open. No response from them. It's clear that their social media presence is outsourced, but they clearly didn't tell their social media management to put a notice that they were closed while witholding customer money.

Strangely enough, they were getting fantastic five star reviews while they were closed. It's clear that this business is paying for good reviews to drown out the truth about how they conduct their business.

The staff are friendly, but it's the owner and upper management that are slimy and want your money before anything.

Please go to an establishment that values their customers and does not harass and verbally abuse them for something that is not their fault. Sift through the fake 5 star reviews and read the actual reviews that weren't paid for. AVOID!

This place is DANGEROUS and should have their license taken away! Do not ever get botox or fillers from here. Only after they disfigured me did I realize how many other people were left traumatized by a treatment they received.

DO NOT GO FOR LIP FILLER! They do not know what they do at all! I had the effect of the FILLER only 7 days and after I was the same like before, the nurse was very arrogant and unprofessional

They offer a variety of treatments for all skin and anti aging concerns. Even fat reduction! A go to clinic for what ever you need. Clinic feels luxurious without being overpriced. Awesome staff as well.

The nurses here have all been amazing. It was overwhelming I must say at my first visit because the location is busy and there are a lot of nurses but they’ve all been very sweet and my treatments have been going well. I’ve done a different laser treatments and also my Botox and fillers so I’ve met a few of them pre- pandemic. Can’t wait until they open up again to continue!

Thanks to Bellair I have felt less insecure about my skin. I used to obsess about trying and using all different type of products and make up foundation on my face to hide my acne. A few peels and Isolaz treatments with them have almost cleared up all my blemishes. They guided me to finally use the right type of products too and my skin can finally breathe.

I have never in my life gone out of my way to write a bad review about any company in my life before but my horrible experience here has led me to come to this. I really wanted to believe the bad reviews on here were wrong but they're all absolutely right.
At my consultation I specifically asked if it was safe to do laser and if there's any side effects. Everyone i spoke too said it's safe and there are no side effects so I started with my face, I only wanted to do my upper lip and the lady observed my face and said "you might as well do the whole face" I wanted to do one session and she said that wont be enough so I'm like ok and did 5 which she recommended. I asked her if I will see improvement after 5 and she said for sure promisingly.
I did my 1st session before COVID hit and the lady gave me a paper that stated i might get discolouration acne and that kind of stuff. I asked why they didn't mention this in the consultation.why 5 minutes before my appointment. I told her I don't break out at all so I rather not take the risk and she said "laser is going to help it if anything you'll be fine" I trusted her word and didn't see anything wrong in the 4 months we were locked down except that hair was growing on my neck? Which i've never had before.
I said to myself maybe i just need to go for more, oddly after my 5th session they told me i had one more? After I did the 6th one it ruined my life. Immediately after 2 weeks I saw dark thick coarse MULTIPLIED hair growth on my face in places I have never even had hair before. I have a feeling that they wanted this to happen so that I can come for more sessions because everything was so forceful. Even when I told them this happened recently they made me buy 3 more sessions. They are very greedy for money and do not care what happens to you. Not to mention I did my 5 session on my upper body and it has made my hair worse WITH acne both on my body AND on my face which I cannot do anything about because of the pandemic. I came here to up my confidence but instead they destroyed it to bits.
What this place does not mention is there is such thing as paradoxical hypertrichosis. I wish that they mentioned this in the beginning. Every time I went for sessions i always asked if it was unsafe or there's any side effects and the answer was always no. I can not forgive myself for coming here. I truly wish someone told me the side effects I regret choosing this place. If you want laser done DO NOT do your face and I suggest doing it with a dermatologist because the people who did my laser here were always different and inexperienced. I can't wrap my head around why they would ruin customers lives like this for money. Because of them I have to live my life in sorrow

I've been coming here for the past few years to get different parts of my body hair-free.
I started with my arm pits, then Brazilian and soon will get my lower legs done.

I like the service. The packages are pricy BUT it works, so in the end the result is so worth it. Highly recommend it.
The office area is clean and staff are very friendly.
One minus I had was a different technician each time. It usually isn't a big deal but when you get Brazilian done - it's a tad uncomfortable (: D) and it would be nice to have 1 person doing it all of the sessions. If you know what I mean. Not critical but a nice to have! Blushing aside - still an awesome service.

I’ve been suffering from acne since I was 15 and saw 3 different dermatologist and visited multiple laser clinics in Toronto. My acne got so bad I was insecure about going into classes. Doctors have put me on so many medication but it was hopeless. Finally found a clinic when I turned 21 that helped. The quality of service at Bellair is one of a kind - they offer so many treatment options and have walked me through each of my sessions. They started me with Blu-U and Levulan to control my cystic acne. It took almost 6 months for it to go away. I was determined to be patient and the nurses reassured me my skin would get better. It is definitely a process and I’ve spent a lot of money with them (with the help of my parents) in the last 3 years but getting my self esteem back has been definitely worth it. Waiting to go back now when the clinic is open to continue with my acne scar treatments. Fingers crossed it’ll be soon!

Acne scars have been bothering me but a few appointments at Bellair made a significant change already. My scars before are deep and even with make up it was still noticeable. They were very honest to give me realistic expectations. Consultants and nurses are amazing. I have done 3 sessions and stopped because of the Covid lockdown. Now that i am staying home with no mask on I am sooo happy everytime I look at the mirror. My scars significantly improved and my skin is glowing. I cannot wait to continue my treatment when they reopen. I was told maybe another 1-2 sessions. Thank you!
