This place just wants your money.
Terrible results and staff do not care to make things right. I went in to treat my sunspots and was told that Picosure would have great results. After three Picosure treatments, I saw no difference in my sunspots. The staff then told me I would need six treatments for the spots to be removed, so I bought another three treatments. I just went in for my post-treatment photos and the analysis clearly showed (graphs, percentages) that my skin has gotten WORSE since I started. Even with this evidence the staff tried to convince me that it’s because of the “season” (summer) that more spots are showing on the pictures, and then went straight to upselling to another type of procedure, once again.

I had been a long time client of the Yorkville location and recently came to the Yonge location. Despite being a loyal customer and continuing to purchase treatments according to the staff’s advice - spending thousands - they did not care at all to try to acknowledge that the treatments were ineffective, let alone attempt to compensate for or rectify the issue in some way. They just kept pushing different treatments. As if I would trust them at this point.

There was a time Bellair was good many years ago, but clearly not anymore. Keep researching other clinics; DO NOT GO HERE.

Took three sessions of skin laser resurfacing for acne scars, haven’t noticed even 5% improvement though they promised for atleast 60% improvement.

I do not recommend this clinic. I wanted to remove moles there, at first they said: “ Pay online for removal of LARGE moles”. When I asked why they are large, they are only 4-5 mm and sent them a photo, they answered me that they would not do the procedure at all, without explanation.

Good thing I didn’t pay before it!

Nice and helpful staff and admins but skills seems to be not there. The turn over of the nurses very high I dont't know why.
Used to be good but unfortunately each time there is a different person doing the treatments and many of the times they are not experienced and skilled and are in the learning process. I did a few fraxels one of them the most painful and inconvenient expreience of my life, due to inadequate numbing cream. Another time the nurse wanted to do chemical peels instead of fraxel and if I was not asking, they would have applied it already. Later they said there was a mistake in the name. Very disorganized

I purchased an 8 session package for laser treatment at this clinic and I'm already seeing fantastic results after just 4 sessions! The staff here is incredibly helpful and kind, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for laser treatment - you won't be disappointed!

My first time coming into the clinic I met with consultant Amanda. She is honestly just so lovely. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure to walk me through all the different treatments available. She was able to answer all my questions with such certainty. I’m so looking forward to starting my laser treatment! I can’t wait to get back to the clinic. All the nurses there are so attentive. It is so chic and clean! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic, or looking to start.

I've been coming in at Bellair to get a laser treatment it was really good and Thankyou for Aman she's been doing my treatment and she's really nice.

My experiences at Bellair have been exceptional! Customer service was excellent each visit. Treatment was 3 sessions of isolaz which significantly helped reduce hormonal acne (chin and jawline). I wish the dermatologist recommended isolaz as results were noticeable a few days after the first session. Plus side effects are negligible compared to any prescription the derm prescribed me. Service and results will definitely make me come back. Thank you!

Updated: Modifying my review to reflect the clinics ability to rectify a negative experience I had a week ago. I had experienced being burned during a Brazilian laser hair removal session, and while this is a risk when doing these kinds of services, Vanessa and team were quick to offer a solution for the poor experience and have ensured that any services moving forward are provided by one of their senior employees. Vanessa was also very pleasant to correspond with!

I started going here for laser hair removal and I’m so impressed. I was very nervous at the start but the staff was very reassuring and professional. The laser process was quick and easygoing, and the technician helped guide me through aftercare and answering any questions I had. The place is beautiful and reception was really welcoming and helps you relax

I would not recommend this place, recently had a very bad experience dealing with them, and they are very unprofessional.

I had a quite superficial and bumpy mole on my forehead considering the location I was avoiding it for the last several years, however, after seeing so many good feedback I thought to try it. I took the initial appointment to understand the process, impact, and cost. They explained the process, updated me about the skin discoloration, and assured me that it will be a quick and simple process as it’s quite bumpy and superficial. They also gave me a package for one-mole removal with a 50% off-season discount.

On the day of surgery, the first negative flag. "oh you need to pay an extra fee for anesthesia on top of your package, +$30 for cream based and +$45 for the injection". I have no other option but to go ahead with this as it’s not a big amount but then the first anesthesia injection didn’t work, not sure why then they injected one more, still acceptable as I am looking for the result. They told me that the mole will fall off after some days and in 2-3 weeks it will be all good except for some skin discoloration. After 1 week I can still feel the bump and small black dot, I called them and they again told me that it will be gone.

After more than one month when I can still see and feel the bump with a black dot I decided to go to the clinic and check again. On my visit, they told me that it will require one more surgery to remove it completely. It’s quite surprising for me as I already paid a lot and now have a second surgery with no assurance that it will fix this issue or not. I shared my frustration and told them how they are giving false information to the people and extorting money by last moment extra fees (anesthesia). The lady told me that anesthesia is free and part of the package, then she checked my record and told me that sorry injection is paid but the cream is free and I don’t need to pay for that so I'm not sure why someone charged me.

Anyway everyone these days trying to charge extra but here I paid extra and the output is the same as before I can see a larger mole on my head and now a bump with a smaller mole. Please be extra careful and do your research.

All they want to do here is sell you there services and the services suck. The laser treatments dont work, the facial treatments dont either. The people at the front desk are horrible. Asked for a mask, she said no cause i didnt want to buy more services.

Scam artists. Using an anonymous account they document all their names. If you want proof look at there marketing emails

Carefull when you speak them and get a written agreement from them, i was told id get 5 sessions for 800 something, by the third session they told me its only three sessions and after u called to ask why is it 3 sessions when i was promised 5 their reply was that they " dont keep records of the phone calls ".

Aman was great and i had carboxy done and she really made me feel comfortable, wish i could have her every time i am sorta embarrased about it

I did my micro-needling PRP treatment with Aman and she did a fantastic job. I did not feel any pain, she comforted me throughout the whole procedure and was very kind. I highly recommend her!

Did laser on my nose for acne scar removal and had to spent around 1500$. Scars are still clearly visible with no change from what i had before the treatment. After the final section they never bothered to enquire if it worked out or did any changes on my nose. The only question was if i needed more sections.
Sadly regretting my decision. They did promise i would be able to see changes after first 2 sections. Literally one section takes 2 minutes, i repeat 2 min.

I had one of my lesser hair removal sessions with Cathrine and I am so happy with her service. Cathrine is very professional and nice! I wish I could have all of my sessions with her.

Bellair was my go to place for laser but since the pandemic it went downhill. They seem to constantly get new techs which leads to inconsistent treatments and techniques every time. Worse yet I got burned twice in my bikini area. First time it happened they apologized but no refund or discount for the treatment. It had never happened before so I thought it was just bad luck. Next time I went there was no note letting the tech know I had been burned, I had to tell her myself so she could at least use lower settings. Even so I got burned yet again. I have not gone back and have since switched. My new laser place has better lasers and the same tech everytime I go. More importantly I haven't been burned again. Look elsewhere, Bellair is not what it used to be before.

I love ️ getting my treatments done at Bellair especially at Young Location. The technicians and nurses are so patient with my requests and very detail oriented. The Managers so welcoming as soon as you get inside and always solution driven in any given situation. They regularly evaluate my skin and advise me accordingly post each treatment. I've been struggling with my melasma for years and I finally found a team who truly cares and gives me the desired results. Thank you

Staff was nice and friendly, however I purchased the laser hair removal and unfortunately didn't see results ; (very disappointed.

It has not been easy for me, and a long journey in my flight of battling pigmentation.

I have been going to Bellair Clinic for some years (at Yonge/ Eg location) - tried different procedures, but the dark spots kept coming back.

It wasn’t until recently in the past few months, that I had the pleasure of talking & discussing my case with the General Manager Richard who have helped me begin my journey in combatting the stubborn pigmentation.

Richard has constructed a precise plan, with purposeful steps and procedures to help me achieve my goal. Within a couple of months, I have begun to see noticeable difference - my pigmentation areas are not as dark, and visible signs of skin lightening, and my dark spots beginning to break up.

This was not an overnight solution, but one which takes time to UNDO all the years of melasma buildups.

If you are serious about going through the necessary journey to clear up your dark spots, go to Bellair Clinic at Yonge/ Eg location, and speak with the Manager Richard to construct a ‘tailored’ plan specific to your needs & condition!

This review is well overdue, but here it goes:
- Laser removal did not work, and several customer service issues.

I bought a 5-session package of laser removal for my arms through the website and other services kept showing up on my cart, I made sure I refreshed the website, and I started from a new cart, still happened the same, when I finally had only the service I wanted on my cart, I went to pay and my credit card got charge so much more than what the price actually was. I received the receipt and there I had additional 5-session Brazilian. I contacted them and fortunately they fixed it.
Then when I went to book my first appointment, they wanted to book me for 2 hours because there were two treatments, so I said “no, it is only the arms”. They booked me for 5: 30, so I could make it after work. One day before my appointment I called to confirm it because I didn’t receive any email or a call from them, and they tell me my appointment was at 4: 30pm and that there was another person with my same first name at 5: 30 so they couldn’t accommodate me at that time, so I had to reschedule. (Later in they started to send me emails).
Now, I have had laser removal on my legs, bikini and armpits and it has always worked, it’s been years and no hair has regrown. Unfortunately this was not the case with my arms. While having the treatment, it seemed that it was working as very little hair would grow in between sessions, I was very excited. But 3 months later I’m right where I was before the treatment.
I was interested in having some facial treatments, but they didn’t even show interest in explaining the procedures or tried to make the sale. Overall very bad experience with this clinic.

This is the best clinic that I have been to in Toronto. Both professional, and friendly. Lia is amazing, she is everything you would want in an injector. She is very attentive, personal and she will recommend exactly what you need for your filler or skin care needs. Go visit Lia at the Yonge & Eglinton location and your results will be perfect and natural.

Where can I complain about the manager named Meaghan? I "unfortunately" talked to her on the phone to make an appointment and wanted to buy two more packages for Fraxel, but she ended up gave me THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.she yelled at me, she showed annoying, unwelcomed attitude, even gave me long sighs and she did not think I did not know? I wonder why she was hired for the company? When will the company fire her? She made me not want to buy more packages in this clinic. I am the one bring money for the clinic, not came to your clinic to get free services and what I received was that attitude.:) ?
Secondly, when I finished my session, I saw her not wearing the mask properly, she saw my eye seeing her not wearing mask, she IMMEDIATLY pull your mask up to cover your nose, SHE IS THE MANAGER but DID NOT FOLLOW THE RULE, how come other employees will listen to her?

It was the company's fault to hire her that made you lost me as a customer, and got bad reviews.

I just want to say bellair laser clinic is my personal favourite med spa and laser clinic in toronto, I have been coming here for over 5 years, the staff and nurses ave very knowledgeable and informative about promotions and treatments suitable for your skin type, I have done full body laser and countless amount of medical facials and body treatments here.they always make me feel so comfortable and welcomed, I highly recommend.

UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I believe they saw my review and told me they closed my account and can no longer book my appointments. I called to ask for a refund, the lady told me someone would call me back and obviously no one would. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE. If I could give no stars I would. Thankfully I paid using PayPal and not directly through them so I was able to file a dispute because I paid for services I cannot continue lol. All because I complained about their rude services. They do not apologize to you at all, they leave you on read and ghost you. I highly recommend you go anywhere but this place. I never write reviews but for this, I had to.

Honestly, I'm not one to write reviews unless I had a horrible experience. Firstly, I purchased their 50% promo while they were closed and there was no one following up with when their clinics were open - not even their website or their instagram. Next, I went around April and had a pleasant time, the Asian nurse (she has glasses) and the team was just amazing, they genuinely cared about my issues and everyone greeted me hello. Also, the nurse took her time and injected every single issue I needed to be treated, and also was kind and kept asking if I was doing alright.

For my next visit, which was just this weekend, I arrived and everyone looked at me, said nothing but only one receptionist managed to acknowledge me (take note, they were not attending to other clients it was just me there). The receptionist, Yesha, even forgot my appointment that I booked through email and she was about to tell me I couldn't come in. Next, I had a blonde Asian nurse who was rushing and dismissive! I was literally in so much tears constantly crying and she did not ask one second if I needed a break or needed a tissue. Also, she never even asked me much about what issues I wanted injected and missed so much spots, she even squirted some of the product on my face (wasting units). Also, she rushed and left immediately telling me she'll answer questions I had outside the room but did not even acknowledge me when I came out. When I left, it felt awkward and very cold, the receptionist scheduling my appointment did not know what she was doing and no one said bye to me.

Lastly, I had purchase a package of 6 acne injection sessions just to find out that 2 injections were 1 session - I also overheard a nurse telling the owner or whatever he was how much units she used on me so I feel like they were being cheap because it was a "promotion. " This is so misleading, honestly, go elsewhere because this place is overly priced, the staff is a hit or miss and I'm only leaving a star for the first nurse and receptionist I had, and because their clinic is quite nice and clean. Other than that, once I'm done my treatments I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING (unless otherwise I had the kinder nurse).

I have a similar complaint to the ones below. They ask for a deposit to secure appointments. The lockdown stopped the services for months. Bellair gave no notice of what would happen with my deposit. I reached out via call and emails multiple times during the lockdown but no response from them. Very irresponsible with the client, I'm sure that treatments must be good, but that's not the way to run a business. At extenuating events, like a lockdown, a "no refund" policy should be waved. They are keeping my deposit for doing nothing for me.

They just pretend to care about you.

Cant refund money, rude staff. Just flashy people in the front. Regret going there. So bad overall.

I finished my 3 sessions of micro needling for acne scarring in back in Nov 2020. The folks at this location are so kind, helpful and do a good job on your skin. And trust me - coming from someone who struggled with acne scarring for years, micro needling helped. The staff here are results driven. They want to help you achieve the skin you've always dreamed of. I have no complaints!

I recently bought another pack of microneedling sessions (3x again) and Kinselle did a wonderful job on my skin. She is results-driven and really focused on the things bothering my skin the most (the pitted acne parts). She always asked if I was feeling okay and regularly asked me questions to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend seeing Kinselle for your micro needling

Clean upscale location, but not happy with the results of their service, also had my existing appointments cancelled due to the lockdown, and now since reopening they have not contacted to me reschedule. Even though my appointments had already been paid for, quite unprofessional service!

First time a this clinic. The place here are very pleasant and professionally setup. Meet my nurse Christabelle, she very nice and take her time to explain me my procedure. Highly recommend place to go for prp and other treatment.
