Bellamy Heights - Hazelview Properties

I have frequently visited this building for a year for work reasons and I find it a very nice place. The changes made by the new property management have been very positive, and the Building Managers Manuel and Geovany are excellent workers and very friendly people.

I used to live in this building for more than 5 years. Due to some reason I had to move to Nova Scotia. But now I’m coming back and the way they they treated me was awesome. Especially Mr. Kabi was so accommodating, caring and very importantly empathetic. Very happy for being able go back to this building which I feel like my home special shout to the new mgt Kabi and Daniel for being so considerate to me. Only the thing is the rental amount which went so high just within a year

Previous management was one of best management, but the new management is just making our life hell. There was uncountable “no water” days with or without notice on this summer, just before the heat waive they declared that AC will not work and since then it is not resolved yet. They are doing mostly unnecessary renovations, giving hard time to the existing tenants. I am afraid that if they can do such things in summer what they will die during winter with heating! This just intolerable that children are getting sick. Please think twice before even considering this building.

If ur thinking about moving to this building then don’t hesitate. One of the best management I’ve ever had, they respond really quick when you tell them your problem, they are so nice and kind which is hard to find recently in any other building. One problem is that the lobby is dark not as its shown in the website of the building and it needs work, elevators too and even the carpets needs to change because they smell but I guess they are already planing to since I’ve seen a lot of changes.

Air conditioning.

This building’s Air conditioning is the worst ever since 2023 summer began. They have not fixed A. C to run properly and stable conditions leaving us in a uncomfortable unbearable heat wave inside our apartments.

Its been about 6 months since i moved in and the customer service is really nice. The management listens and tries to solve your issues as soon as they can. They do try to hear ur problems more so they can help which is something i really like. One thing i don't like is the size of the elevator. Its very small. It makes moving difficult and if you ever want to buy new furniture then you definitely need to keep the size in mind. The lobby looks dark and the carpets do smell many times. The water filter on the tap isnt that good. I have seen some stuff come out from it before. And the laundry is crazy expensive.

I worked in this building under the old management i have been back to visit and i must say i really like what i see from the new owners they are lucky to have Giovanni he is a very hard worker i think the building is in good hands

I have been living in this building for so many years now
Since Hazelview took over it has been a lot of improvement in the building, they are planing to do some updates to the building,
the cleaning of the building have been improved a lot, the girls are doing a wonderful job.

Daniel is always willing to help the tenants he is always walking the building and any questions that we have he come to your unit and check what kind of problem you have and they take care of everything right away.

Geovany is one of the building manager, he goes ways over he’s duties and
always helping everyone and never stop working we can see him all over the building and also is has being doing at awesome job in maintenance repairs.

That is why I’m giving it a 5 stars and I’m looking forward for the future of the building.

Great job Team. My kitchen sink was clogged, next five minutes was running. Was having guest over, they enjoy washing the dishes lol. Again thank you all.

I have recently moved into 123 Bellamy and was blown away with the customer service I received.
The application approval form from the Leasing Professional Melanie was easily explained.
The Building Managers, all going above and beyond made my move-in a smooth transition.
Sadly leaving a home that was just sold, Geovany has helped me a great deal with my move-in. The service elevator accommodations for my move was stellar.

The lovely Administrator Mina along side Judy, with their good mornings and smiles speak volume.
The Community Manager Daniel and the Property Manager extremely friendly.

The service provided from the entire Team if anything was needed on my behalf was amazing!

Just walking into this building every day and night, to a clean building that smells amazing makes me proud. My guests have also commented on this.

Hazelview Properties recently acquired the building I live in. I did not know what to expect from the new management, but have been pleasantly surprised with how diligent and attentive they have been.

The management team; Daniel, Judy, Mina, Geovany, and Manuel, have been working tirelessly at maintaining daily operations and ensuring a smooth transition meanwhile overseeing extensive building repairs and much needed upgrades.

I want to thank them for resolving my issue in such a timely manner and quickly alleviating my stress. They are professional, yet compassionate and very approachable, which I really appreciate.

I am looking forward to seeing how the team transforms the building in the coming months.

Amazing building and amazing staff! Lot's of work being done to maint a luxury yet affordable building! Especially great work done by Melanie one of the staff members at the rental office, she is kind, helpfull & very nice! Great place to live at.
