Never visit this place, the first time I had an appointment at 10am and they attended to me at 10: 45am I waited 45 minutes, the second time I arrived 10 minutes late due to a car accident and they did not attend to me and I had driven for 1: 20, never I will return to this place again, they are arrogant and bad service.

Took good care of my kitten and don’t charge a fee for examining before getting vaccinations which most places do, so it’s great for people on a budget that still want to have happy healthy pets!

I brought my 2 year old Toy Poodle Coconut here once in July and once today for Diherea and Nausea. Doctor Sameh Awad assisted me both times He is by far the most Compassionate, caring and sweet doctor I have ever met! I love how genuine and professional he is. I pray God gives him good health and a long life because he's one of the nicest people I have ever met. He treated Coconut with allot of care and always feels for his patients. Thank you Doctor your are AMAZING.

It's my first time here. My dog needs a rabies vaccine and regular checkups. The doctor is really good, she explained everything in detail. And ask our opinion to decide which vaccine we want to get for our dog. The place is nice and clean, All the staff are friendly. And I think their price is reasonable.

I had a great experience with this animal hospital (better experience than Brimley Lawrence - mentioning because they are owed by the same person)!

The doctor was so thorough, patient, kind, informative and gave us more than one option when it came to treating our cat; the service was great.

My cat is doing well and the clinic made me feel very comfortable/ left the door open for guidance and support after taking her home.

The service from staff at Bellamy - Lawrence Animal Hospital always exceeds my expectations. Their prices are very reasonable. My whippet recently had a benign tumour removed and treatment for seasonal allergies.

Had a vet appointment tonight for our two dogs, and everyone was so helpful and kind, Dr. Kristen was great with the dogs and very thorough! I highly recommend this vet clinic

Not impressed at all and very bad compared to other clinics we’ve been before and after. First time I see a vet and assistant that seemed like unenthusiastic of seeing dogs. One of them is Kristen Chai-Chong and she’s not the only one on that clinic. She just stood by the door looking scared or dismayed with barking puppy. Not even a hello or small treat to check if the puppy will get comfortable. We transferred to another clinic and our puppy was greeted nicely and he warmed up right away and gave kisses to the vet asst.

Feels like they are rejects from other clinics and this one is only concerned about $$. Will never recommend to a friend.

Sometimes, the bill could get really pricey but the do give you the breakdown and options before and decisions are made

This place is a mess, unorganized and not just short staffed; you and your pets will end up paying for it.

I always go there for vaccinations and deworming. Nice, fast, less expensive and friendly. Can’t comment on any other services.

My two kittens went for their 4-month vaccination. Everyone was very kind and courteous. They treated my pets with lots of care.

This is not my usual vet, however, I will be taking my dog here from now on. My puppy ate something she wasn’t supposed to and we called a bunch vet clinics. No one was able to help but recommended we call Bellamy-Lawrence Animal Hospital. We were able to make an appointment over the phone and bring our pup in right away. They quickly helped our dog. Everything happened so quickly, we didn’t even get a chance to learn the vets name! He was very helpful, nonetheless, and it’s clear he and the other staff we interacted with love what they do. Kind and welcoming staff every time my dog and I come in. Sometimes he can be a bit.aggressive, they welcome him with open arms every time. When I came to get him this time they told me he was a great boy and actually let the staff pet him. My go to Vet, 10/10

This place is so unprofessional I called 3 x they would hang up than I called I was on hold for exactly one houre and someone picked the phone and hung up i was going there it was far from my house but after this experience won't be bothering anymore there is a vet clinic near my house very friendly and professional they always answer your call within minutes unlike this location I wouldn't recommend it if you value your time very disappointing.

The vet is incredibly nice, and the staff I spoke with were welcoming, so I have no complaints about attitude, but the care my dog received is where I feel I was very let down.

I called 11 times and each time I was disconnected or put on hold before ever speaking with someone, so I had no choice but to go as a walk-in.

My dog had symptoms that were textbook dietary indiscretion (garbage gut) but the vet was more focused on her heart rate. I spent $400.00 and wasn't given medication, or anything to treat the symptoms I brought her in for. They told me to immediately go to emerge and expect a $4000 to $7000 vet bill for testing and treatment of her heart rate. The hospital they referred met to refused to provide any help because I couldn't afford to drop that right there and they don't do payment plans.

It turns out she just had garbage gut. Her heart rate has returned to normal now. Her irregular and fast heart rate was explainable when considering her anxiety and that she was muzzled during the exam, separated from me during the ECG and was fighting off an infection. She's doing great now, and all symptoms have resolved, but it would have been a lot more helpful to have received actual treatment for the symptoms I brought her in for. I spent a good day bawling my eyes out thinking my dog was going to die because I didn't have seven thousand dollars and the vet hospital they referred me to wouldn't treat her without it. All the while, she just needed nausea medication.

Horrible phone service customer service noone answers the phone a and when they do they leave you on hold for hours.

I took my cat in recently and was welcomed with such a friendly receptionist. Dr. April was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. She also went through all the costs associated with the exam and diagnostics which were all very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family and I will be coming back! Advertised $49.50 cat neuter services. MINIMUM cost when calling them is $150+. Does someone wanna explain to me how these bait and switch crooks are still in business

EDIT: Sent them the screenshots and instead of honoring the price, I was met with a snarky "we'll look into it. " To their credit, the ads were taken down. BUT I still think they're a shady and unethical place and Id find somewhere else to bring your animals since clearly all theyre after is a payday.

What an incredible place. Every single person there has handled the animals with such care. Even the more "on edge" pups have been seen with a gentle hand, and left with no incidents! From examinations to the needles, he was kept calm and even ended up giving kisses!

Aftercare instructions are delivered so clearly by the lady at the front! I swear I know how to take care of a bunch of other people's dogs even though I've been in the far corner and she wears a mask, so kudos receptionists! Prices are fantastic as well, they truly put the animal first. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

We were clients of their first location but decided to move to the second one. We have had many animals through our life and I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the service. We recently had to put our oldest cat that we had for ever down and they let us take our time saying good bye and also allowed us to stay after until we felt okay to leave. They were so gentle with him, The staff have a huge heart and im so grateful for all they do with my fur babies. Thank you

Can you actually not just pick up the phone then hang up immediately when I'm trying to say hello? It's very disrespectful. Maybe explain you're very busy and can't really have a phone call at the moment? Been getting this response more than 5 times from last week.

My cat was showing signs that were concerning to our family and we wanted to try out a new vet clinic as the previous one we were bringing him to was too expensive and I never got good vibes from the staff. We decided to try Bellamy-Lawrence because it’s close to home and had good reviews and we are SO happy we did! All the staff members there were so friendly and welcoming. They also give you a breakdown of the prices of everything beforehand and get your consent with what you decide to go through with. They took such good care of my cat, prescribed him with all the medication he needed and now he is doing so much better! We will definitely be using this clinic from now on and will recommend it to others!

Took my 9 weeks old kittens for their first check up and shots today. The staff was very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back. Even with covid restrictions and pets drop off it was very efficient. Thank you.

Absolutely the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. They took really good care of my baby. They were very accommodating since I live far and I’ve never ever received a call from any other vet to follow up after surgery and make sure my baby is doing okay. Highly recommend this clinic

This was my first visit and unfortunately it was a difficult one as I had to put down my sweet 16 year old feline Amber. The entire staff of the clinic with whom I came into contact, from the receptionist to the assistants and the doctor, could not have been more professional and compassionate. Been to lots of vets but my kitten is always relaxed after the visit here and is never stressed.

Dr. A. K.and his staff are extremely helpful, professional and patient. The prices are reasonable and the facility is even going to have an acupuncturist eventually.
Our baby has been with this clinic since we brought her home from the breeder.
I really feel Dr. A. K’s love of animals and confident in his knowledge of our small breed.

His excitement for continuing to expand his own knowledge base of veterinary medicine beyond his current degree’s is evident when speaking with him.

I also love the fact that they have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against verbal and physical abuse posted in their waiting room. Sadly some clients don’t realize that screaming, yelling and throwing things at staff doesn’t make a situation better. No STAFF members trying to help our animals should suffer this kind of abuse - so those type of clients aren’t wanted at this clinic. Bravo!

We've been taking our pets here for a couple years and always had positive experiences. Reception is always so nice and helpful and I find the whole staff is very empathetic to your situations no matter what it may be. If you want a specific Vet Tech or Vet definitely ask for Sam and Dr. April. We cannot say enough great things about Sam this clinic is truly so lucky to have a staff member like her. She loves your animals as if they were her own and takes extra steps to call or email you to let you know how your pet is doing! Dr. April is super knowledgeable and caring and the both of them are true angels. I trust them fully with my pets and thankful to have found them here. I recommend to everyone and prices are very reasonable!

We recently brought our beagle here and the staff are awesome! The vet who saw pooch was very thorough and patient with all our concerns. Love the place - clean and roomy.

I brought our Siamese Beauty Chai here about 2 weeks ago. She was very sick. The Doctor and all the Ladies at this Clinic are Amazing! We had to put her down. They where so good to her and us. They even sent us a sympathy card. Highly recommended them. Thanks For all you did and do.

Recently started coming here with our 3 cats. The clinic is very clean and the staff are very helpful and clearly care about the animals. Dr. April Lui was very thorough and informative. Pricing is also budget friendly (3x cheaper than my old vet for checkups and vaccines). Highly recommend this clinic!

Literally the best prices in the city, no exaggeration. Took my dogs for their heart worm prevention testing (cheap) and also for their annual vaccinations (cheap as well). Receptionists are nice, the vet tech is nice, and so is the veterinarian. I am not yet sure if I would bring my dog here for very serious issues (I have another vet who is very skilled and knowledgeable but expensive) but I would bring them here for any routine checkups or vaccinations anytime! Great service!

I recently had to put the love of my life down and I couldn't have went through a more traumatizing heartbreaking experience and this place helps me 100% I'm very grateful for the way they took care of my dog and me for that matter

Clean facilities, caring staff and quality veterinarian service has brought us to this animal hospital. We also buy the special diet food and meds here. Lots of parking and open late hours.

*Incompetent* and Very *unprofessional*: watching game while seeing patients!
The vet did not even allow me to explain the condition. He was just told by the receptionist that the dog is limping. He asked me to walk the dog and he announced that the walk is good (which wasn't really! You don't have to go to med school or have super sensitive gaze to notice her limp). While there was still an OBVIOUS limp (visible to an average dog owner) I tried to explain to him but the limp is 10 times worse after a period of rest because there is an infection in the toe (I had had an infection in my ankle a few years ago and I had noticed after a period of not being on my feet the pain is much worse due to plasma build up. When I got to walk the pain reduced dramatically. So I knew my dog limbs was due to infection, beside she had a visibly swollen toe (which the vet was blind to it at first). I really had to struggle to to take his attention to LISTEN to what I had to say about the background and possible causes (that she had a minor surgery on the toe in the same clinic, that the most likely got infected, that the toe is visibly swollen, etc. The young vet (probably fresh off the vets school) was not trained (and did not even have the common sense!) to listen to me before jumping on his short sighted "diagnosis" that "there is nothing wrong". Anyway, after I could FINALLY get him to LOOK AT THE DAMN PAW, he started repeating everything I've been struggling to tell him (and I was like, I know. I JUST TOLD YOU THESE STUFF MYSELF). Why he was so scattered minded? Aside from his poor training and lack of common sense and poor critical thinking skills, he was WATCHING TV while I was talking to him! I had never ever seen a vet/doctor to watch a basketball game while visiting a patient. The TV was on with a very loud and disturbing noise in the hallway, and the door was open and he was standing by the door and as I was explaining the causes of pains and suffering of my dog he turned his head towards the TV and watched the game. Then he asked one question like 4 times:
Q-When did she had surgery?
A-20 days ago, here.
Q-When?
A-20 days ago.
Q-Here?
A-Yes.
Q-she had the surgery 20 days ago?
A-Yes.
Q-It was here?
A-Yes.
It was as if had ADHD or dementia, but again, he was distracted with his basketball game!
I will never set foot in that clinic. Never I had seen such incompetent and unprofessional people. I learned my lesson though no matter how far I have to drive I always go back to my old vet who were so professional, caring, and COMPETENT. Like real vets.
I wouldn't hire this young dude vet for a Tim Hortons job (he'll be the type that will ask about your order 6 times, and at the end will still mess up your order).

The staff at this location are phenomenal and loving to every single pet. I called to book my appointment was seen right away as soon as I checked in. Reception super friendly and medical assistant were great. My dog was unable to walk today for unknown reason. I saw the best veterinarian whom has treated my dog Gucci before. Dr. Nahad Farag is the kindest helpful vet I ever met. She genuinely treated Gucci and examined him like her own. She recommend an injection to help with a potential pinched nerve as it didnt appear any broken joints so no xray was applicable for now. She also gave a prescription and said he should be better in a few hours and to come back of no improvement. Well pleased to report he is much better already. The beauty as well of this location is the fees! Veterinary exam is only $29.50 that's well below market rates and many people hesistate taking pet vet due to fees but this so reasonable. The meds were also not expensive so you will save so much money but more importantly your pets health! Please spread the word about this amazing location. Even If you live far its worth the drive. The place is brand new and super clean as well. I highly recommend to pet lovers come here first and make this your primary veterinary open 7 days a week!

THIS CLINIC ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY! I have a prescription for my dogs medication that he takes monthly that is on back order at my veterinarian clinic. I called this morning and advised the clinic that I have the prescription from my vet and I would like to purchase one month supply from them as I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow morning and my dog needs his Cushing’s disease medication. The receptionist literally had the audacity to tell me “the doctor said” not only do I have to bring in my dog PAY an exam fee but that I also have to transfer all of his medical records to their location. NO THANKS! An elderly terminally ill dog needs their medication, that they’ve been on for years and with a valid prescription a client can’t even pick up medication without paying all these fees? NO THANKS!

New location is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and as strange as it is to say, I loved the artwork they have chosen. They helped to ease the stress that going to the vet can sometimes bring for pet owners. In addition to that, the staff were welcoming and friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work at the vet. The vet herself was also very friendly and had a very calming vibe about her. I could tell she actually cared about my pet and that I could trust her judgement with the treatment, which was a relief given some of my previous experiences with other vets. Regarding the fees, the exam fee was cheap ($30) and the medications are moderately priced so, all in all, a lovely place to take your pet!

My sister has switched over from the old building at Brimley n Lawrence to this new place Bellamy n Lawrence n couldn't be more pleased n satisfied with the friendly staff n Dr Kahlon.

Today I visted the Bellamy Lawerence Animal Hospital and had the please of having Dr. Alice and her assistance Tamila take care of my fur baby Charlie. They were very informative about the different options for flea/tick medicine. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Took my 12 yr old dog there as an emergency as I thought he had a stroke. Once i was in the exam room, the female spanish vet came in to look at my dog.
(I thought he had a stroke and notified them of this before exam.)
The female vet entered the room, took a look visually at my dog and said “i’m sorry”. I questioned why she said that, her responce was that it was a stroke and that I should put him down as he was to bad.
She never really looked at him, told me nothing could be done.
I then proceeded to tell her that I have seen proof that some dogs can get better, in time and why she quickly opted to euthanize?
After a small discussion on what else could he done, she said a painkiller could he given and monitor the dog but if he got worse then to come back. Total bill at end if appointment was 60$
I only went to this vet due to an emergency and didnt know the prices of exams, meds etc.
But did think it was a bit low, now i know why.
I didnt feel good about this picture the vet was painting and decided to get another consult at another clinic. SO HAPPY I DID, as it turned out my dig did not have a stroke but did have a bad case of verigo! In time he will recoop and be 90% better and relieved of most if the stmptoms if vertigo.
Im not one to let my dog suffer just to keep him around selfishly, but if you feel in your gut something isnt right then PLEASE GET ANOTHER OPINION.

They were great and very accommodating. Got me in right away to get my little guy snipped. They were friendly and didn't try price gouging me or upsell stuff I didn't need. Very pleasant experience.

From the incredibly kind staff to the $30 checkup fee (compared to $150 on average downtown) this place is a hidden gem for any concerned pet parent.

Friendly professional clinic. Took our 3m onto old kitten there for first shots. He has now had 3 visits including neutering. They tell you your options coats wise, seem to be fairly priced, and actually make follow up calls as to the animals health. I am impressed both as a cat owner and as a small business owner.
