I’ll make this short. Took the car in earlier this week because CEL was on. Was told that I needed an engine replacement and it would cost $19450. This caused a great deal of stress and anxiety for my family. Well be warned. They do not take the time to properly diagnose your vehicle here. Another shopped fixed the problem in 2 hours and it cost me $300. This is the second time the diagnosis on my vehicle was very wrong and the solution was far cheaper than their recommendation. I won’t ever be taking my vehicle here again nor do I suggest anyone else. Beware of inflationary practices here.

I’ve been a customer here since two years for my 2013 Nissan Altima car service. All the time they made informed decisions on the cost pertaining to do anything. But this time they just added the cost without informing me and later gave me a heavy bill. When asked they just said if you ask to check anything we will check without informing you the cost of it. Management has to inform the cost pertaining before doing it. This is the least expected thing from a customer.

Used to work here. I wouldn’t advise it, unless you have a burning desire to return to highschool. Boss inserted themselves into my personal life, made things that happened outside of work matter on the job for no reason. I felt cornered, I felt judged, and I never felt truly accepted.

I bought a car in May and LOVE it! I have had the best experience. I had a problem with my car today and they took it in no problem and nothing but nice staff and a welcome environment! (they also had snacks and wifi)

I bought car from them not too long ago they gave me shell gas gift card n it was not activated looks like these were stolen n when i told them they asked for receipts for card getting declined. I did sent them the receipt but they kept asking for receipts like i have to send them 2 different receipts like i was lying n again when they asked me 3rd time i denied n they were not happy. They were not sorry at all n said they will do something but nothing is done yet.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dealership has gone crazy downhill in last 6 months. Will never do service or buy another vehicle from Belleville Nissan. Will be getting rid of my Nissan as soon as my lease is over.

Bought a used Nissan from someone online, brought in store for them to look it over. The convinced me to get a oil change and they would do a free vehicle inspection.

They don’t check anything, asked if the breaks were good and they said they don’t check those. I asked what they check for, they just said a visual check. If anything is loose or leaking. I could have done this myself, I didn’t need a oil change.

We visited this location when I unexpectedly had a broken serpentine belt during a road trip over the holidays.
Michelle (?) at the service desk was very helpful and polite, and was able to accommodate us on short notice. We were on our way within an hour and a half, which included sourcing parts.
We appreciate their helpfulness and the prices were fair.

The service department is terrible. Brought a vehicle in for a squeak and it was returned with a warped rotor. The chimp/“technician” denied it. Jennifer at the service desk was extremely rude. Basically called me a liar. Save your money folks, and take your vehicle to a reputable garage that stands by their craftsmanship and admits their mistakes.

Jordan Hammett was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable, caring and patient with us. He answered all our questions. Then Janette Sykes was our Admin.that wrote up our purchasing agreement. (Yes we bought the car) She was funny and explained everything to our understanding! This company treats you with respect no matter how much you're spending on a new or used car! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would like to THANK them VERY MUCH!

Booking the appointment was very easy online. My vehicle was taken in on time. Efficient and informative at the desk. THE STAFF AT BELLEVILLE NISSAN ARE JUST AMAZING! KENDRA AND TERRY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE SO HELPFUL MY SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AND I GOT IN RIGHT AWAY TO CHECK IT. MY CO2 SENSOR HAD TO BE REPLACED KENDRA ORDERED THE PART FOR MY 2016 JUKE AND IT WAS HERE AND REPLACED WITHIN A WEEK AS PROMISED. BOTH TIMES I WAS THERE FOR SERVICE WYATT WASHED MY CAR BOTH AND I WAS SO HAPPY. THEY TREAT YOU SO GOOD WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP THAN BELLEVILLE NISSAN!

This was the best experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I haven't personally bought a new car in 10 years so they made it amazing! When my husband bought a car 5 years ago the dealerships were horrible. I wish we had gone to Belleville Nissan at that time to get his new car. 10 out of 10 recommend this group. The staff I dealt with - Mike, Janette, Patrick and Justin - were top notch!

The staff at Belleville Nissan are always very great to work with. They make sure that I am always informed of exactly what is going on with my vehicle. As a woman I have experienced many times in the past being talked down to and dismissed. All of the staff at Nissan treat me with respect. So happy that I switched to them. Definitely would recommend them.

I recently bought a vehicle I never thought I'd ever own until I sat in it! The team goes above and beyond making sure you can buy within your means and I never felt any pressure. This is my second vehicle of my own and not only do I love it, but I'm so happy with my decision. Excellent service and it doesn't stop there. If I have questions, they're à call or an email away! A change in circumstances caused us to cancel our new car purchase before we were due to pick it up thank goodness we did not pay a deposit as they tried to charge us many unsubstantiated penalties. Thank goodness for the help and advice of OMVIC they assisted us in knowing our rights and we were able to not incur any charges or legal expenses. The sales rep was great and not involved in any negative emails or demands for money that was management. Buyer beware if you change your mind then a different scene arises

Everytime I buy a new car from Nissan in Belleville it never feels fake, they are truly the kindest, considerate professional gang of employees I've ever met. I will continue to buy from these incredible kind and professional staff. I'm on my second car now and a third coming in a year or two.

Very good service. I was contacted when the part for recall was received at dealership and got an appointment the very next day. Friendly efficient service. All finished in about 2 hours.

This dealership is beyond stellar when it comes to working with you when you are in the market for a vehicle. Erin Cook was the salesperson and he was more than willing to do whatever he could to put a quote together for the right (new) vehicle. Truly the most pleasant experience. Let's face it, buying a car is a big deal and they get it at Nissan, Belleville. I would totally recommend them. Ask for Erin Cook! Tell him Lorelei W sent you, and that you read this review! 1. Mechanic Ivan was taking care of my car. Took him some time to figure out what is the problem. Even engineering department of NISSAN didn't know, but he did.
2. Service manager Jeniffer was doing the best to help me with rental car and contacted to dealership where I bought my car to solve my issue.
I recomended that place to everyone!

Just visited the Nissan dealership and have to say the salesperson. I dealt with (Rohan) was phenomenal. He was a pleasure to deal with and very easygoing. I'm in the process of deciding on buying a vehicle and Boyer Nissan will be at the top of my list.

My wife and I were interested in getting two used cars for our twins. My wife called and asked what Nissan had for used cars about two Tuesdays ago. A salesman named Mike was on the phone. He seemed more interested about talking about himself and kids etc my wife was in a hurry so got off the phone. I called back later that afternoon and a different salesman named Dave answered I asked what was available for used cars he said I called him so I should know what was available lol. It was like I was wasting his time or something. I was set back by how rude it was. The next day I called to speak with a manager he said he could help me I thought he was the manager so I told him what had happened the day prior. He said he was Michael. He said he was sale so I asked again to speak with a manager he said if stuff to deal with to deal with him directly and not be a joke. So I hung up. And went to another dealer who helped me a lot and bout my twins the cars there.

I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle advertised on AutoTrader. Mike responded and gave me the requested details about the vehicle. We headed to Belleville for a test drive - MIke had the car washed and a fun test drive route laid out to demonstrate the features of the car. We eventually were able to make a deal to purchase the vehicle. Mike did a thorough delivery review of the car with me explaining all of the controls and features before I drove away. The post sale help has been very quick responding to all questions I have had. Mike and the rest of the staff were great to deal with. Overall a good experience, and we are happy with our Max SR.

Excellent service! From the moment we arrived at Belleville Nissan we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Dave, he was attentive, knowledgeable and never pushy. Dawn Anne in the finance department was amazing, she made the whole process super quick and smooth, there wasn't a question she couldn't answer. Quality of customer care is important and this dealership doesn't disappoint:)

They put garbage balloons on all their cars and I found some in the forest 20km away stuck in a tree, the very same balloon groups they were using. Gross.
