Belleville X-Ray & Ultrasound

This is the third time I have required a test here and each time the experience was top notch. Appointments were always on time and accommodations were made to coordinate with other appointments. Rashid, whom performed the tests was professional and courteous. He answered my many questions as I needed to understand what and why and what kind of information to expect from the test. I am comfortable in recommending Belleville X-Ray and Ultrasound.

Upon entering, we were met by Angie who was very pleasant from check in to good bye.
Although a routine check, my nerves were bad because I’ve been fortunate enough not to have health issues. 50+ is filled with surprises I’m finding. Rashid welcomed me and talked me through the procedure. His warm, caring personality put any anxiety to bed. I found him to be thorough, informative and very polite. This was my first visit and so first impressions surpassed my expectations. If you find yourself with a choice for which X-Ray clinic to go to, I’m confident you will be more than satisfied with Belleville X-Ray and Ultrasound.

I requested with an urgent req.and front desk operator Shelley helped me with arranging the ultrasound at my convenient date and time. She was very supportive and accommodating.
The technologist - Lajwanti went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and was really professional and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone.

After a bad review on my part for one of the employees I received an apology from one of their management. I really appreciated the comments from the lady since the comments I made were factual and needed to be addressed but I did my complaint on the net due to being sick and not able to express my thoughts in person. It takes strength and good professional conduct to give the resolve that this person gave me. I really appreciate that and am sorry that I could not have just felt good enough to report it in person the way I usually do. Airing my laundry on the net is not so good on my part. I am so glad the problem is being addressed. For these actions of theirs I have to give them credit. Thank you for your help with the matter.

My visit was very good. Both Leanne and Angie were very friendly and the service was very prompt

The Receptionist and the x-ray tech where great. The male Ultrasound tech Was very rude and inconsiderate, He had no right to mention to me about my weight, As he is not a doctor and is a tech. Him asking me my weight then telling me not to move on the bed because he was not sure if it can hold me was Very unprofessional and very rude, I will not be visiting this place anymore, and your male ultrasound tech should be Disciplined.

I had a great experience today. Both the front clerk and ultrasound technologist were super friendly and service was very quick. Nothing bad to say.

Went for ultra sound and xray on my shoulder. Rashid was very professional and introduced himself when he called my name. Explained what he was going to do and ensured I felt comfortable.
Katie was also friendly and professional.
Shelley greeted me as I walked in, friendly and cheerful. Realized I had forgotten my requisition, called the drs office for a copy of it. Did not want me to go back home due to the weather. Greatly.appreciate her going that extra mile.

The receptionist was very pleasant. However the technician that did my ultrasound was rude. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I thought that maybe I had caught him on a bad day, which is still no excuse. However, after reading the other reviews and comments I now believe that he is miserable with everyone all the time. I honestly think that he should consider a new line of work ASAP!
