They are wonderful here. So patient and understanding and not at all judgemental. They're vey accommodating as well.

Amazing staff and service. I live in Bells Corners. I needed a repair to my front tooth. I am going home and seeing family next week. I was so embarrassed and contemplated not going. I was hoping I might get in this week. There was a last minute cancelation. I was in the office at 4 and out by 5. My tooth and smile look great. I have my confidence back. They submitted my payment to my insurance company.

The staff could not be nicer or more professional! I will be going back. Very happy and impressed. Will recommend them to everyone.

I've been seeing dentists all my life as many of us have I suspect. The words dentist and pain normally go together however BCFD is a diamond in the ruff. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and have a sense of humour.
Dr. Haeri and Dr Farooq are both diligent, competent and caring.
This is the first time I've been to a dentist where there was zero pain. Three extractions in one day and I left with absolutely no pain.
I'd 100% recommend BCFD to anyone.

It is a very clean and bright business with plenty of parking.
The staff is very knoeledge especially Kyle who is a very good dental tech

First time visit and I was very happy with the services I received. They accept patients on the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program so there was no charge to me directly. Very friendly staff, I felt comfortable with Dr Haeri and the dental hygienist was excellent.

This dentistry has been the best I have ever had they work with me on scheduling appointments for my needs and believe me I have a very difficult health requirement on dental work. They are caring and considerate towards my needs and my personality. They make me feel comfortable about getting dental work done. I get very anxious but I am relaxed when I come for my appointments. Dentists tend to be like hairdressers and car mechanics. You search until you find one that you can trust to do a good job and you stay with them. Bells Corners Family Dentistry is my worthy find. I trust them. I am always more than delighted with Dr Haeri’s fast and high quality work. I have my expanded family using this dentistry based on my own experience. I urge you to try it out. November 2021, post pandemic lockdown
Yesterday was my first visit since the lockdown update: Almost two years! No worries. After careful attention by BC family dentistry staff my teeth feel great! And it’s quite evident that Dr. Haeri has spent the past year upgrading the offices. Looks fabulous and reinforces the perception that if she takes pride in her decor then she will, without doubt, take pride in the quality of work on my teeth. Not tried them out yet? Just do it!

Best dental care I have ever received, dr Haeri has a wealth of knowledge, she is able to quickly identify the problem and apply the best treatment. She made me feel at ease and have approached matters sensitively, makes sure you understand everything along the process, I never felt rushed, judged or uncomfortable.
The office has a welcoming atmosphere and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. HAERI pre judges patient, if you do not seem to meet her approval she makes her demeaning, ignorant, and disrespectful behaviour quite obvious.i left feeling very upset and lowest of lowest self esteem.there are other dentists who services are above average, professional, and WELCOMING TO ALL!

After moving to Ottawa, my husband and I visited Bells Corners Family Dentistry, for the first time, in the midst of COVID restrictions. With their thorough yet efficient protocols, we felt welcomed and very safe. I am over sixty, and through the years have come to expect some pain and/or discomfort with dental work, even routine cleaning. However, after three appointments, I can happily say that both Dr. Haeri and Mahwish are skilled and gentle. No more stress before dental appointments)

I was extremely nervous for my dental surgery as I was getting multiple extractions, however Dr. Farooq was very professional and kind throughout the whole process which made me feel very reassured. He patiently talked to me throughout the surgery asking constantly whether I was feeling any pain to adjust his technique. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team. After care instructions were clear and my healing is going as planned. I would highly reccomend this Clinique (and specifically Dr. Farooq) to anyone.

So professional from start to finish! The moment I called and talked to the receptionist I knew this would be a good fit for my family. My son is on the spectrum and the Doctor knew exactly how to communicate and talk with him. They suggested small steps for him, EVEN before I asked. I cant tell you the relief I felt. Actual Professionals who "get it" and are aware of the challenges individuals with ASD have. Everyone we had contact with seemed genuine and kind. That goes a long way in my books. Excellent client service.
It's a beautiful, very clean (spotless) office. So organized and run efficiently. Highly recommend.

For me, I’ve been going since I was little and because they were my first dentist, I never had any fears or anxiety’s because they really set the bar high with giving confidence! My husband on the other hand never liked the dentists, hates getting his teeth done but in the last few years has switched over to Bells Corners Family dentist and raves about them. For the first time ever he didn’t take laughing gas, not because he didn’t want to but because the dentist made him feel so confident and comfortable and reassured that he decided to try to relax during his three fillings. Since his appointment he has not stopped raving about how much he loves this dentist but how the dentist and her confidence and reassurance has actually brought him out of a life long fear! Not only are they great at what they do, but they also have this laid-back relaxed energy that has just been very pleasant to be around! Thanks again guys you rock!
