Most microbreweries will have a bit of wine or liquor for guests who may not prefer beer - this is not the case here, so don't bring your one friend that doesn't really drink beer. This is for beer drinkers only. Like most Toronto microbreweries, the menu strongly leans into the IPA's. So the variety is not great if those are not your fancy. The beers are fresh but honestly most of them were just not suiting my palate. The server was really helpful though as I probably asked for 4-5 samples and he obliged.
Iconic brewery on ossington. There was a bit of wait to get in, but it wasn’t too bad. I came during lunch and had drinks with friends. I let the waiter pick my drink and my friend ordered a sour. Ruben was okay just very messy and fries were nothing special.
Chill spot for drinks but the server literally took our drinks out of our hand. I had only had one drink but I guess it was near closing time (which he never told us). I said “am I done? ” suggestively and he said “we’ve been done”. As a past server we would bring bills but not push customers out this aggressively. Quite rude and we were sat only an hour earlier!
One of my favourite go to spots in Toronto. Great brewery with an awesome indoor/outdoor patio. Food is excellent and great spot for meeting up with friends or larger groups.
Very cool place with a great selection of beer. The fries are tasty and come with house mayo. Had the jelly king with fruit, grandma's boy, and double ratclops. All were really tasty beer. 10/10 will come again for the fantastic beer!
I was there on Sunday night, around 7: 30 and the two girls who were working there gave me incredible service, chatted with me about beer and gave me great recommendations. Super impressed with the set up and the service!
A cozy, really chill and delicious evening! We went on around 6: 30 ish on a Wednesday night and were seated right away upstairs at a small high top with really comfy wooden seats - as someone who's short, high tops often are uncomfortable because my legs dangle, but these chairs were great. It definitely got busier as the night went on though, so earlier is better! There are lots of awesome beer selections, made on site - and the staff are really knowledgable and genuinely lovely. The warm squash salad I had was really delicious, as was the peach and apricot Saison I had - definitely will go back!
Discovered this brewery on a recent trip to Toronto. What a great find! Great selection of fresh brewed beer and each one we tried was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be on the lookout for this brewery's beer in the future. Drink local. Support your local brewery.
