The food was disgusting-old not made fresh.i would not feed to my dog and will never order again

L drive from St. Thomas to London to experience the best Thanh food around. It is totallyworth it!

Used to be my favourite Viet restaurant, but the prices have significantly gone up and service and quality has gone down. Language barrier with some of the newer servers which made it difficult to ask for things like dipping bowls, normally comes out with the Pho soups.

It's kind of expensive compared to other vietnamese restaurants we go to, which is unfortunate. Can't go wrong with the classics. I usually get the beef noodle soup with the carrots. It's really good here, they give you SO much beef and carrots. So is the pho with beef n meatballs and Pad Thai. Popcorn shrimp, deep fried rolls, and fresh rolls are typical and good too. The owner is a little hard to understand, even with my experience with accents (I'm Korean and have plenty of fob relatives), but she's really nice and energetic. She will help with the menu, too, if you're looking for something to try but are unsure. With a try.

They had the best cheese wontons I’ve ever had. The spring rolls I had were delicious too.

Everything is always served hot and delicious. Very reasonably priced. Quality has been maintained through the years.

This was a fantastic find! They easily accommodated our food restrictions (gf, df, egg free) and brought us delicious food, and at a reasonable price. Very much recommend this place.

I have eaten here for over 15 years and I have really noticed a decline in quality. The prices continue to climb and the quantity just gets smaller. I ordered the fresh rolls and they were a disappointment. They unusually have lettuce, cucumber noodles protein. They came with noodles only. I will never eat here again.

Terrible experience. Called to pre-order, the lady (owner) answered and began to take my order then left me on hold for 15 minutes! Totally forgot about me. I now arrived at the restaurant, let her know that I was left on hold to which she responded quickly saying she tried calling me back as her defense (which was false information). I explained the importance of wanting to pre-order which was because I have elderly people in the car who cannot sit for too long. She then said a quick sorry, answered a phone call giving the phone call #1 priority then realized wait, the walk in was first and was left on hold, and so put the call on hold, and presumed to take our order. I was told a much lesser time for the wait than it was - we ordered 2x phos and 2x rolls that took 42 minutes and there were only 1-2x tables in the restaurant - no reason to wait so long. Also, the lady was rude as she saw me standing and summoned me to sit down. As a fellow restaurateur, I advise that if for whatever reason (s) the food is going to take longer than you've initially indicated, just let the customer know up front XYZ and now, the food will take XYZ amount of time, so in situations like ours, the customer can make their best judgment on if that extra long wait is worth the pain the elderly people in the car were facing which in fact in this case, was far from worth it. Food taste and quality was sub par. Over priced. Will not be returning but consider this feedback valuable for the future success of your business.

We have been to this restaurant many times over the past 10+ years, but the service has taken a nose dive for the worst. There have been many occasions where we have been waiting for a very long time to be seated, and an even longer time to order our food. The waiters are not friendly and one, the short and older lady with short hair, even demanded for a tip when we already included it in the bill. The food takes 30-40 minutes to get to our table and is mediocre at best. This evening, we were seated after 10 minutes of waiting, even though the restaurant was empty, and waited 15 minutes to be approached by a waiter. It is my wife and I's anniversary and I wanted to treat her to a better experience.

Delicious food.good service but felt like we were being seated in the middle of an empty restaurant, and asked to be seated elsewhere more comfortable. She said they were busy and a lot of tables weren't clean. We did sit elsewhere though, but the lights in the ceiling flickered the entire time we were there. A bit annoying for sure. The food was really good.service was super friendly but needed a tad more attention (needed more drinks).

This has been my favorite place for fried spring rolls, fresh rolls and basil beef pad Thai for years but my favorite above all was the black pepper hot pot pork

I am bit disappointed with our recent visit to this location. We are regular customers to this location. We always enjoyed our food here but this visit made me not want to come to this location anymore. Our Tomyum soups were too sour.to the point that you would close your eyes with every whiff of it. We also found a bug in one of our soups.they offered to replace the soup but the the replacement soup was still too sour.the meat tasted like wet paper towels.in the end we lost our appetites and just left the food.out of respect to the manager of the restaurant we still ended up paying full price for the food.

Just ordered the Chicken pad Thai and have never been so disappointed. The noodles were so overcooked that it was literally like eating mush. Also it didn't have the spicy sauce it was like ketchup. Absolutely disgusting.

It actually pains me to leave this review but if I could give a zero rating I would. Ben Thanh White Oaks is my husband and I's favourite date night in meal. Today we ordered what we order every single time. Our dinner arrived and the pad thai was absolutely vile.when I tell you we have eaten this dozens of times I am not kidding. Never have we received anything like this. It was overcooked, smushy, nowhere near the amount we usually get and looked like it was laced with ketchup. I called the restaurant to speak with Jenny and express my concerns. She then asked me if I could bring it back and they could make a new one because she didn't want to pay a delivery driver to come back and people love their pad thai. I declined as I got delivery for a reason. She then said how about next time you order I will give you one free pad thai. I told her that didn't seem acceptable and how was she going to remember that? Her response was that she would write in down in her notepad. Zero responsibility taken, we spent almost $80 on food that is disgusting and she cannot even find a way to make it better. I told her not to worry about making her note as this was probably our last order. Customer service standards and taking responsibility for your restaurants error and making it right is seriously lacking at this restaurant. Pathetic.

Food is okay but service is terrible. Owner is rude and does not own up to mishaps. One male server with glasses in particular does not know basic serving/hosting skills. Worst Ben thanh branch never coming again!

I think this is the worst Ben Thanh branch. They were short staffed. You have to wait a very long time before you get seated even though there were no dine-in customers inside. Good thing we left as soon as we noticed this or else we're gonna wait 45mins for our food to be ready.
