I recommend Benchmark Legal Offices, they always had a prompt answer to my questions and I always had the best advice.

My company was represented by holly at a OLRB case.
Communication was difficult, we had no direct line, and her assistant was often rude.

I felt the preparation was lacking even with the limited time, no questions were supplied ahead of time to our witnesses. Objections were not assertive. During the hearing there was no consultation when informing the board of the employment who the employer advisor would be. I think there had been limited experience at OLRB hearings. No call after the hearing ended.

We were supposed to be represented by Ed, and I probably wouldn't be writing this if we were, but the day before our hearing, his colleague Jordan let us know he'd be representing us. The day of the hearing, Jordan was the rep for both of the matters being heard and the other matter was being heard first.

We get that you need to argue your case wholly regardless of if it means someone else gets adjourned, obviously. But Jordan paid three full hours of court time to argue the other matter, and when it was time for ours to be addressed, he said nothing. Maybe one comment, and it was uninformed and unprepared. Worse, he never addressed it with us after the hearing.

Wasn't worth a tenth of the money we paid to have him there, unfortunately.

These folks know what they are doing. Very experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with any Landlord Tenant issue.
