I genuinely can't say enough amazing things about Mikayla! I've tried professional waxing and threading my whole life and this is the first time I've truly loved my eyebrows. The mapping was perfection and she even offered to do a tint test on my neck before tinting my brows. Turns out I'm allergic, so thankful for my experience with Mikayla! I'll be a permanent client

Had my Brows shaped and tinted at the Benefit Brow Bar for the first time in my life. Was a great experience. Considering I turned 50 today and this was the first time I had ever touched my eyebrows I loved the after look. The lady who works at the brow bar is super experienced and full of knowledge but not only about what she’s doing but also about the company she works for. Apparently August all money made from these services is donated to charities that Benefit cosmetics supports which where Canadian and she named them all. It was a great time to be with someone so pleasant that loved her career thus what she was doing. She also explained everything she was doing and had me hold a mirror so I could watch. I’m pretty confident I can do what she did. I will be seeing her again in 6 weeks for maintenance as I loved the completed look. Sephora was brilliant in bringing in this outside company and allowing them to offer this service! A definite 10/10!

Sarah at the Sudbury location is the only person I will let touch my brows, she is a brow god! She was able to work with me to help me grow back brows that I love after having them almost completely waxed off by someone else. She's also able to mix the perfect color to match my unique hair color every time. I can not recommend her enough!

Lemme tell ya, I had awful eye brows before I started seeing Sarah at Sephora. We have been working on my brows for 2 years and I have never been complimented so much on my eye brows in my life. Sarah at the Brow Bar is wonderful! So friendly and accommadating. She always lets you see what your brows will look like before she waxes so the service is foolproof! She also takes the extra time to put concealer on you at no extra charge, so you don't have to walk around the mall with a red forehead. I love that I can get Sephora points on my services as well!

I had a great experience at the brow bar. The eye brow waxing expert was very nice and helpful. She even gave me a couple samples to go home with and tips on how to make my brows look way better! Sarah alone is well worth a visit to the benefit brow bar, the snatched brows are just a bonus ;). I never thaught anyone would have been able too tame the wild mess that was my brow situation but she more then tamed them.she whiped them into shape! Recommended seeing her 1000%!

I was really nervous to get my brows waxed, since I'd never done that before. Sarah at the brow bar was amazing, explained each step before she did anything. She spent a lot of time looking at my face and brows so that they would be perfect. It didn't even hurt and my brows have never looked better!

I never had my brows done and Sarah was so gentle. I got the wax and tint I was so excited that my brows looked so perfect, and I was so worried I'd be so red but she made sure I left looking and feeling fabulous.
