Manisha did an amazing job with my brows, she was gentle and took the time to discuss my brows to make sure they came out exactly how i wanted them. She also has a lot of knowledge about the benefit products and was able to recommend some brow products that will work best for my brows.

Mehak couldn’t have done a better job on my brows! So happy with how they turned out! She was also so friendly! Definitely will be booking her again!

Honestly, I haven’t done my brows in almost 2 years. The main reason for this is because I don’t trust anybody with my brows but I have to say Mehak did an amazing job! I got my brow, wax and tinted and I was a vacation already.definitely will be booking another appointment with her.

I got my brows done for the first time with the lamination, I was nervous but Mehak explained in detail with the products and the after care. Was gentle and really nice. Getting my brows waxed and tinted in no time at all. Quick and as painless as waxing gets. I am fair with very sensitive skin and she matched my hair perfectly as well as gave my a lovely aloe lotion that left my face feeling very soft. She was polite and friendly while super efficient. I haven't had real eyebrows or full eyebrows since I was about 18 or 19. There was a point in my life where I thought plucking all your eyebrows was pretty cool and haven't been able to grow them fully since. I love them now. I took the two and a half hour drive to @Bayshorebrows (Sephora Benefit Brow bar) in Ottawa where Krissy, my brow Arch expert was phenomenal.she started by asking me to tell her about my brows I explained the whole situation of over plucking sometimes using eyebrow pencil and pretty much doing nothing else most of the time with them. I also had to explain that I've never had any type of wax done in my life so this is our first was concerned about the pain level or tolerance that I had. Krissy ensure that it wasn't too bad. She began by drawing of a map of where the eyebrow should be placed compared to where are my eyebrows had grown. She then proceeded to tell me about the Brawvo conditioning primer which would allow the eyebrows to grow back over time. Next came time to wax and it actually wasn't as bad as I thought.before I knew it, it was over. Afterwards, came time to fill in the brows with the shade 3.5 for a natural look. Krissy had filled in my left eyebrow and gave me a mirror to watch the process for the right eyebrow. This included using the good proof brow pencil, the gimme brow and a highlighter. I was completely amazed and in awe at how much better my face looked with having full eyebrows that once again looked natural. I will never pluck again. I highly recommend Krissy if you're ever in the Bayshore ottowa area as your Brow arch expert. My overall experience was a 10/10. Came out buying the complete kit to get my eyebrows healthy, and natural looking again. Thanks Krissy! I am a complete eyebrow virgin, I've never touched my brows for fear of messing them up beyond repair. I booked my eyebrow wax online through the Bayshore Sephora website, which was quick and easy. I presented my $25 Benefit brow wax card and the fun began. I was fortunate enough to have Krissy as my brow expert, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the minute I met her. She asked me all about my brows and took the time to explain the whole process of mapping and waxing. The waxing was pretty much painless and made a tremendous difference in my appearance. I honestly look like a new woman! Krissy was kind enough to show me how to apply the brow colour and also offered to cover up some of the redness from the waxing. This was my first experience getting my eyebrows done professionally in any way, so I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by the experience. It was a makeover and educational experience! My Arch Expert was Sarah and I highly recommend her! I came in with pretty messed up brows (years of overplucking) and she took the time to map out the perfect shape for my face, wax in a painless way (quick, didn't realize it was happening), and found the perfect Benefit products to match my skin and hair color. She filled in and completed one brow (pictured) and asked if I liked it, and when I said yes, she showed me step by step how to achieve the look myself. Even without the makeup (also pictured) my brows look better than before I saw her. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the products she used, and she wrote the names down so I could come back and get them if I choose to. I would highly recommend Sarah and the Benefit Brow Bar at Bayshore to anyone who might already get their brows done and for newbies like me who need help figuring out where to start with the whole experience.
