Good customer service! Lovely people to talk to and took the time to make sure the service was up to customer’s standards.

Visited the benefit brow bar for the first time and got an eyebrow wax and tint done by Cassie. She took the time to understand the shape and tint I was going for and my brows look great! Will definitely be back!

Cassie did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I highly recommend her. She is great to have a conversation with as well.

I'm so happy that I found this brow bar! I've been to so many places in the past and have always been somewhat satisfied with the way my brows looked after. I’ve been religiously getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted at the Sephora Oakville Benefit Brow Bar for the past 3 years. All of the Benebabes have been incredible with their level of professionalism and extensive knowledge. I started getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted exclusively by the Benebabe - Evelyn in September, and words can’t express how much I adore her! She makes me feel welcomed and comfortable when I’m at my most vulnerable (bare face, red, and blotchy), she shapes and waxes my eyebrows to MY personal preference (despite if it’s on trend or not) and she is SO gentle I’ve legitimately fallen asleep in her chair. Highly recommend! 5 eyebrows out of 5!

Evelyn is one of the sweetest people I have had a service with and is truly amazing at what she does!
