Bengali Sweets & Restaurant

Not a clean place as compared to shirin mehal, soghaat. I do buy once in a blue moon samosas from them but always feel like why they can clean and make this setup presentable

Sweet to really good have been coming here for almost eleven years, They're food is also really good and it has a really good price send others.

I always used to go there but now their service is getting bad. And wven they dont bother about customer review. I bought samosa and there was hair in samosa my kid almost vomit. I told them and they were like its nothing unusual. And even no one was responding me

Food was very tasty however the plate served was not entirely clean, it have food oil running along the plate rim. Only reason to rate the low.

Worst food quality everything smells bad. Nothing is fresh. Sholay, kadi, cauliflower and gravy everything smells bad. Not worth paying and received bad smelled food. Never gonna visit this place

I ordered for pick up here but the phone attendant was extremely rude and even quoted much higher prices as compared to the menu.
She was even arguing with me when i came there for pickup. She was a punjabi lady working there.
Bad customer service.
Wanted to complaint about her to the owner or manager.

I have no idea why the restaurant would be named “Bengali Restaurant” when you do NOT have a single Bengali dish on your menu or any sweet close to Bengali sweets. I was shown 1 or 2 sweets as “Bengali” sweets, but they are NOT Bengali sweets. Taste of food is not bad, but people coming here thinking they can get a taste of Bengali food will be completely disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yesterday, I brought two containers of curry pakora and found a piece of plastic in one of the container.
They don't check before serving the customers

Food I ordered 2 years ago for samosa, it was not so great I can give 1 star for thst but recently went to buy Sweets it was better customer service and We baught sweets it was packed very nicely and test amazing like india quality

I had mooli parantha and massala tea today. Parantha was good as it was fresh but tea seemed like it was made a while ago and just reheated.

Worst experience they dont know how to make a order or how to serve someone. 1 of my item was missing and other was undercooked.

Don’t waste your money here.

Never had a bad experience with the shop. Food is good for what you pay. You might have to wait a bit, but at least you know you are getting fresh food. Better experience overall than dealing with their nearby factory location.

Food is fine, wait time for food is unacceptable though. Why do the floors of the shop need to be cleaned while customers are waiting? That staff could be taking/packing orders, especially on a Saturday night.

Also, they should have their digital menu boards in working order. Last two times I've been, they are not working. How are we to know what the prices are? Make sure you get a receipt btw.

Very delicious sweets. I always buy from this shop and it never fails to impress me. Even during Diwali, they had hand sanitizers and temperature check in place. Employees wore face masks so they seemed to be taking all necessary precautions.

Went here today. We got 6 thalis. They told they would give us fresh dal makhani. But instead of fresh they gave us STALE AND SOUR dal. Never get food from here. NEVER BUY DAL HERE!
THEY ARE LIARS. AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst food. I bought 2 thalis today afternoon, All the curries& Naans were Stale. The girl who was packing the thali, she was only putting gravy instead of paneer in shahi paneer, I even told her to put some paneer also, still she didn't listen to me. She put just 1 peace of paneer in 2 thalis. No customer service, no receipt given. I won't recommend this place. There are few other Indian restaurant like brar's & Rajdhani sweets across the street. Better to go there. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Definitely great food and worth having it. Just little careless customer service, if that would be improved it would be 5 stars indeed

Today we took matter paneer, it smelled and tasted like it was made a week before. If you want to be ill, bengali is there!
