Bengali Sweets & Restaurant

I have been there yesterday and the young lady at the counter have no manners! When I entered the shop she did not even reply to my greeting and even when I left she did not even say bye! They dont know what is good customer service. If you don’t know how to speak with customers please close this shops! Very bad experience! Only good things is the sweets.

I will not recommend this place to people.

Samosas are classic, sweets are quite good. Their chaat papri is actually really nice, I like it a lot. Just a little odd of a location for a Bengali Sweet restaurant

One of the best sweets place that we have been to in a long time. They have a wide variety of sweets and sell by weight and you can mix and match if you are looking to get a takeaway. They have some good varieties of fresh sweets that I have always missed from India.

The worst experience! The server at the counter is so disrespectful and unwelcoming. Forget about greeting, she’s ultra rude. I order 6 small samosas, but was given and charged for 6 large. I told her that I can still take these but atleast she shouldn’t lie about whether I said it wrong or not. I clearly remember what I said, but she was extremely blunt and arrogant enough to keep lying on my face. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who likes to buy food from somewhere that values customers.

Reviewing for sweets only. They are the closest to Bengali style sweets you can get in Toronto area. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Their sweet meethais are really good, after comparing with other stores, there prices are little more than them. Small smosas are not that great.

Worst customer service. Placed my oder by phone, was told it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes. Drove 50 minutes to the location and was told that I have to wait another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Not recommended.

Store closed earlier than the girl stated over the phone. I wasted my time driving here for nothing. Ended up going to the Islington location to get my food.

Was there last week.quality has gone down along with quantity. Cholay bhature used to be good but taste has gone down. Sorry but honest review. Mithai quality still good. Rajdhani food better

I received a wrong order. I called them to complain but no one helped, they blamed the delivery guy for it. But when I check on the bags it had my name. Like seriously

Earlier also I order something for a pick up and they gave me one less. I noticed it after coming home. Also they took too long to prepare my order

Mithai Taste is deteriorating day by day. Last time I bought pakora but were very hard, samosas are still good.

By reading the name you think aha Bangali sweets but it’s a disgrace to the name the quality of the MITHAI sold here. Totally disappointed with the quality it’s like chasni loaded mithais with no really taste. Positive note very clean and the lady serving is very friendly.

My favorite Indian sweets shop in TO. Their Bengali rasgulla, ladoo and kalakand are amazing. Had placed a big order for a ceremony for sweets and foods, and everything was amazing. Raman was very helpful and patient. Lots of thanks and appreciation to her.

The samosa are light n dry n sooh good! You can blindly pickup any sweets - just the right amount of sweet and its delicious! The service is always great and they are customer focused.

Went there couple of times. They have wide range of sweets. Service was quick and good. Nice experience so far!

A good place for authentic Indian sweets. A variety of Indian sweets available at this shop. Prices are also at moderate level.

Rotten food. Purcahsed today pees paneer and smell like garbage.

I’ve tried chaat paapdi almost everywhere but i love at this place and jalebi was also very tasty.

This is a message to the owner/manager, I like the sweets your restaurant offers and I shop here every other week, but past 2-3 times I have come the girl at the front- the short brown one who packs sweets has very bad behavior. Whenever I ask her question about the ingredients of sweets because I have allergies, she does not listen instead she shows rudeness very bad attitude when I ask her a question. She has no manners and throws the sweets in the bag. I wanted to come shop here today but again I thought the same rude girl will be there I don't want to deal with her cheap behavior so I shopped instead at another restaurant for sweets. Please speak to her and tell her to greet, smile and talk politely with customers and not yell or show attitude. Wish to shop here again but the front girl needs to be replaced with a new person or change her behavior.

Great food if you're a fan of Sir Lanka. I have bought these vegetables potatoes balls that are very delicious. I have also shared them with family and friends and they all were asking " where did you get these, they are so good "!

The food is always fresh and delicious, cashiers gives awesome customer service. I loved how clean it is and character. Worth a try.

Me and my family, we love their cleanliness. Their samosas and rusmalaee are superb. Their burffi, s tastes is heavenly. Oh they are not paying me to give good reviews.

The place has some great sweet make sure you go early in the morning, to get the freshes treat.

Dishonest and cunning. They charged a fee on my credit card without mention. Backward mentality. In this age and time who doesn't use credit card. If you carry credit machine you shouldn't charge your customer to make payment. Or just say you are 50 years behind.

Such a delicious food they make. I really love their food. The staff of this restaurant is very nice to every customer. They give really good customer service

I adore this spot! They provide superb food, they have a rich menu, The chef in that restaurant is very trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is very good too. I go often to this place and I not even once was discontended. I highly recommend it.

The sweets they serve is really tasty, fresh and soft. Even all the sweets on the display looks soo fresh. The sweet which I bought for my friend she really loves it. Even the store was looking good too it's a very nice store. Great customer service the girl (*short girl as I don't remember her name) working there have a very welcoming smile, good customer service, and quick server. She was greeting all the customers very well as it was busy in there she was catching up the speed very well. I would really love to visit there again.

The place is great! The Employees are soooo Kind! The food is Awsome! The Pakoras would be Better if the Weren't Microwaved. And if the place had a dine in and More Upgraded, I will give 5 Stars

Store is very close to Finch. Offers parking for about 10-12 cars. There's no place to sit and eat but most people use it for takeout.

The sweets are delicious but the real gem I find are the samosas for $0.20 (or 5 for $1).

I grab about $8 worth and it's usually good for a few days in my fridge. Love this convinient location in West North York!

They have good tast i mostly like bungali gulab jamin and barfi.thay change thair location on finch ave west.i like bungali sweet samosa i think whole product are testy my fevriout sweet shop

Average sweets but rates are bit higher than others in the market. Also their samosas are fried not baked so become heavy.
