I'd go higher than 5 out of 5 if I could. Aliscia and her staff were great. They are knowledgeable and share the information in an easily understandable language and their recommendations are excellent. They are helpful and while I've been there, I"ve seen their customers coming from a long distance because of their excellent product and service. I"ve had problems at other places with mixing paint colors and here, purchasing many products, they were exactly what I ordered. They also carried the cans of paint to our car. Highest recommendation!

Aliscia and her team are absolutely amazing! They were so patient with me when trying to select paint to match a counter top even though I must have driven them crazy! They answered all my questions, made great suggestions and even stayed late for me so that I could pick up my sample after hours. They are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Aliscia ended up doing a custom color for me which was absolutely perfect! I cannot recommend them enough!

Aliscia helped me select paint colors in 2015 when I got the keys to my condo. 5 years later she is helping me with our new house designs/paint. I live in Stouffville and while the staff at the store near me are nice, I left with heaps of paint samples unsure of what I wanted to do - been trying to figure it out for several weeks.

Today, I went back to see Aliscia and I know exactly what my colors and game plan is going to be. I walked in 20 minutes before the store closed on a Saturday and she helped me well after the store closed. She is very knowledgable and knows the game. Aliscia is personable, light hearted and let me work through my thought process. I will be asking my contractors to get our paint from there if for nothing else but to ensure I am supporting Aliscia. When I am ready for the rest of my renovations I will not be wasting time at any other paint stores!
