Benjamin Tree Farm

Pros: it's near the city, and they provide the traditional experience of a Christmas tree hunt, and have a nice craft market and free snacks inside.

Cons: trees are too expensive, and the cut-your-own have been too small and not as nice looking for many years now.

Such a cute place for Holiday family fun, and dog friendly! Finding the "perfect" tree you may need to venture to the farthest side of the fields but they also offer pre-cut. Overall great experience: indoor Christmas market with unique crafts, complimentary hot cider and cookies, photos with Santa, outdoor playground. By early December the nicer trees and discounted tags are already cut, so not necessarily best value-for-money here, but worth it for the holiday tradition and friendly staff.

My girls and I were bummed out because the KISS concert was cancelled in Toronto. So we decided to go on a road trip from London to Benjamin Farm. We had heard about it on the news a couple of years ago. It was more awesome than we expected! So many homemade and handmade items. We each left with some things for ourselves and gifts for others. We will definitely be back! Thank you also for the Apple cider and hot chocolate.

Great place, complimentary hot chocolate/ cider and coffee.
A place for kids to play, and some photo ops.
Very small selection (and sized) trees available to cut yourself, sizeable collection of imported trees at a premium.

Went to a christmas urn event, we got to make our own urns, the instructor Heather was informative, helpful, and quite kind! They were generous with the amount of materials we could use, definitely worth the price points. Enjoyed browsing their gift shop full of local vendors, I got to pick up some great handmade gifts for christmas.

We had one one of their fantastic employees Emma help is pick the perfect pumpkin for our front yard she had so much enthusiasm and was also very patient with us even took a picture for us! Great service with even better employees!

So much to enjoy! This fall I saw that they have a corn maze, playground and tractor rides. They have a huge selection of pumpkins, which were great for carving. Not to mention the wonderful gift shop with a large variety of seasonal decorations, gifts and treats. My friends and I had a great time spending an afternoon at the farm!

I wanted to kill two birds with one stone and get my Christmas tree too but my family objected. So we settled on some giant pumpkins to carve for Halloween decorations.

2023: Awesome pumpkin patch to bring kids/toddlers to. The tractor ride through the forest is fun for little ones and lasts about 20 minutes. There is a corn maze, a chicken pen, lots of photo opportunities. Autumn season runs until Halloween. Super nice staff and farmers. There is a bathroom you can use on site. Some snacks you can buy at the barn. Wagons you can use to cart pumpkins or kids around.

2022: Nice pumpkin patch/farm to bring the kids to or buy some pumpkins. Some nice spots for photos with babies. There are some bales of hay kids can climb for free. Mostly free entry, there is a play area for kids that is $8.50 per person (2 and under are free). There is an underground slide type thing in this area and some playgrounds. Lots of things you can buy at the gift shop. Decent amount of parking.

2018: Pretty nice tree farm and gift shop inside. Lots of parking. They have a little fire pit in the front as well. Free hot chocolate and apple cider inside during Christmas.

Patrick and the team provide excellent customer service, are professional and efficient to work with, and always have a smile on their face!

They planted a new maple tree for us 2 years ago and it is the healthiest tree we've ever had! It has more than doubled in size! They also have amazing Christmas trees!

Usually our go to place…. All machines down, toddler tantruming since she can’t get her pumpkins…. And treats…buyer beware: bring cash! You may need to put all your treats back, and leave with an unhappy toddler!

Sad! Perhaps look into accepting e transfer when these things come up OR make it all cash!

My great grandson and I had a wonderful time here on Saturday. He loved the corn maze and of course the sand pile and tunnels is a fav! We really enjoyed the wagon ride and looking for all the spooky sites along the way. Such a fun 4 hours together.

I knew Benjamin Tree Farm was always incredible for cut your win Christmas Trees and Christmas decorations, but I can’t say enough positive things about Benjamin Tree Farm’s tree planting business and their incredible staff. Sarah, Pat, and Travis were all phenomenal to work with to plant the cedars and pines in our backyard. They did exceptional work, clearly cared about the job they did and for our property and were both fair priced and excellent communicators every step along the way. I would highly recommend Benjamin Tree Farm for anyone looking to buy and plant larger trees!

Beautiful place to enjoy with family. I went there for pumpkin picking and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the place was beautifully set. It was truly an experience I would like to give my children every year. Highly recommended!

Prices are crazy.we bought our last tree from Benjamin Tree farm this year. Which is a shame because I have been going here for years and slowly watch this place become way over priced

Cut your own trees are all shrubs and still $60-70

The ones you want are already cut down and range from $160-200.

Excellent hobby farm with lots of things for kids do to do at Christmas I'm addition to tree picking. Playground, free cider, camp fires etc. Just dress warm!

Great place to get pumkins in the fall, Christmas tree in the winter, and trees for you property throughout the year. Lots of cool things from local vendors inside the main barn, a large play area for kids outside

Just got a pumpkin on the weekend and and two day later it's roating! Kitchener is cover in pumpkin juice! But the friendy safe did let me get the same size pumpkin for free. Will most definitely keep supporting this awesome farm.
