My partner and I approached Jake Benjamins as first-time homebuyers, seeking to understand the market and the process for making the biggest purchase in our lives. He was very helpful in educating us on all the questions we had.

When it came time to start looking for our house, Jake and Mel worked with us to find the home that suited us. Looking at just a few houses helped us shape our criteria for what we were looking for in a house: land size, square footage, location, price range, and the amount of work we were willing to put into it, etc.

After all that, we could then narrow it down to a few houses available on the market and finally pull the trigger.

Once the trigger was pulled, Mel and Jake worked quickly to ensure we were protected throughout the sale process. Being first-time homebuyers, it was great knowing we were in good hands.
