The worst people ever. Bunch of liars. I put a deposit of 500 down in 2022 for ajetski they said it will arrive in March, not once I received a call that it’s arrived. Now it’s November I’d called them for my refund. They tried to lie saying they called me. Bunch of liars do not give business to the Aholes. The worst the worst the worst. They robbed me and they will rob you too.

I never threatened any of the staff. And yes I am angry because you all steal 500 and think you can get away with it.
You all are full of empty promises. It was supposed to arrive in March. Not once I got a call telling to pick it up. When I called back it was already way past the point that it was promised. That’s why I want my deposit back. There’s other review saying the same thing. Clearly Conor is the Thief here. The scammer. People like him makes me sick to my stomach

My family purchased a Sea doo 21' Switch Cruise from Bennett this past summer. Conner was our salesman. From day 1 he made the purchase process so easy & comfortable.

He showed us so much patience and shared his ton of knowledge with us the entire time.
We must of had dozens of conversations about the boat before we were even close to signing the deal.
The no pressure conversations and his understanding of the boat plus everything and anything else related to power and water sports made it easy to finally pull the trigger on the purchase when my family was comfortable.

Brian and Mark have been awesome support as well when we had to deal with them for service. They have always been an easy phone call away when anything came up that we needed advice or help on.

It all starts at the top with owners Jeff & Alana and it truly shows how the knowledge and experience and no pressure conversations trickles down right from them to the entire crew at Bennett.

Now a full year later I have also gotten see some of the mechanics in action and they have all blown me away with the extensive knowledge and passion they have for these machines. There is truly nothing they cant handle when is comes to any of these power machines.

A few weeks ago, I made another purchase, buying my first Sea doo and with no surprise it was the exact same easy going take your time attitude process. It was a no brainer to make this purchase with Conner at Bennett and the whole crew.

Loyalty and Service goes hand in hand with customer / retailer and its never been more apparent with me than at Bennett.

This Place Has Gone To Complete Junk Over The Past 3 Years. No Wonder Why There Saleman Of How Ever Long Left Them. I Bought A Jetski Back In 2020 From Dave With Absolutely No Problems What So Ever. Then I Decided To Put A 500$ Deposit This Year 2023 And Unfortunately Approval Didn't Work Out. With Me Working Full-time And 2 Co-signers With Good Credit Still Couldn't Get Approval. THEN Asked For My Deposit Back For Them To Tell Me It Was Forfeited. So My Deposit Was Forfeited For A Machine They Were Going To Stalk Anyways Not Sure How That Works But Save The Hassle And Just Deal With Energy Power Sports There Customers Service Is Much More Serious About A Sale And How They Treat Customers.

Purchased a SXS from Conner who went over and beyond throughout the buying process from choosing the right machine to showing recognition of my needs and wants for accessories. Conner is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and takes his time to explain everything in detail. His integrity, dedication, and exceptional customer service skills made this entire experience a success. You now have a lifetime customer. Had to order parts for my bike, they got them in and I picked them up. Wasn't really a fan of the place though. The atmosphere was not really that inviting and the staff kinda made me feel like they didn't care. Maybe just me I hope, lots of fun toys to choose from though so stop by if you're in the market for a new toy!

The people at Bennett are a great team! Always happy to have Bennett power sports to help me out! They gave me a quick fix solution free of charge thanks for the help!

Highly recommend seeing Conner. He was absolutely amazing to deal with and I wouldn’t want to buy from anyone else. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and got me my new sea doo as fast as possible. Conner is always willing to answer any questions I have even when he’s not on shift. The process was seamless and I couldn’t have asked for better service from Bennett’s and Conner.

I spoke with Conner 3 months ago to get him to give me information on the sale, after which I gave a deposit of $500 which he would return to me if I did not agree to the sale or if no agreement was reached with the financier.

No agreement was reached, so I asked for my refund back, this was in March, we are in July and my deposit has not yet been returned.

He says he can't return my deposit until he sells the machine I ordered, but I never ordered anything, if I didn't even have an agreement accepted by the financier. And I never sign a product order either.
So be very careful with this dealership and their asking for deposits.

Just picked up the Sea-Doo Spark Trixx, i highly recommend Connor, he was very educated on everything and made the process extremely smooth and simple. Will be going back to Connor in the future without a doubt.

Go see Conner. This whole shop is excellent, and Conner will treat you with respect, and he went above and beyond in helping my wife with her Ryker purchase. He was extremely patient, helpful, welcoming, supportive and made the whole experience so positive. He also never once talked to me, he always spoke to her directly and openly, as it was her purchase and her experience to have, and he made it effortless for her.

Mike was excellent to deal with, had the ATV fixed up and also did a inspection and changed a bulb that it needed. He told me everything that was done and when it would be done. Was finished when he said it would be done. Thank you Mike.

Warning to purchasers going to this dealership. For the extra drive, go to Uxbridge Motorsports They won't try to rip you off.
The sales team are very unprofessional. Tried to take my wife for nearly $1500 in additional fees on her Ryker.
She purchased the trike in April with an ETA of late May to mid-June. When we called for updates, they couldn't tell me any time. When my wife decided to cancel her deal, We fought with management to have her $1000 depo returned. They dodged my wife's calls. The Managment even left my wife on hold for 27 mins.
Not very professional in my opinion.
