So far, dealing with this company has been more stressful than anything else. We have tried to contact the agency multiple times. NOBODY has gotten back to us, it's been a month. Our agent is extremely unprofessional, seriously a one trick pony. I'm so frustrated with the lack of communication, the lack of professionalism or efficiency to satisfy her clients. We filed a complaint with customer care. Marnie Bennett received it herself and told her agent to "deal with it". If I could give no stars, I truly would. I DO NOT recommend using this agency. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea Olivieri to purchase my first home and she was an absolute dream to partner with on this.

Just refreshing this review because they cold called me again after my 500th time telling them to leave me alone. Don't ever call these guys unless you are 100000% sure you want to use them because they will not leave you alone.

Nancy Carisse is a keeper! She went above and beyond, with patience as she helped us find a home. We didn't feel like customers but more like friends. When we thought all hopes were gone in the search and the challenges we faced, we had given up, she fought for us and found a solution. She didn’t give up and was really amazing! Initially we wanted to buy a cheaper home and sell it to buy our forever home but she found us that perfect house where we will grow old.

I truly cannot say enough about Kevin Lambert. He was so knowledgeable about the ever changing housing market in Ottawa. He helped me navigate what felt like an impossible task. Jan & Bill would like to give a BIG shout out to Megan Niebergall, Marnie Bennett and the whole Bennett Property Shops Team. We had such peace dealing with their knowledgeable team. Many different team members called to see how we were doing and if they could offer any assistance. They had a HUGE list of trade partners to get stuff done as quickly as possible and it sure paid off. From the start on May 28th to get the house ready for showings on June 14th until offer date on June 25th. Their whole expert approach brought us 40 showings and 7 offers and and an accepted offer of $101,000 over asking price. When I emailed the general email address to view a house I received five different responses from five different agents. I confirmed my appointment to view the house by phone, email and text with more than 24 hour notice with the administrator who was coodinating the viewings. When we got the house not one agent showed up. Terrible service. The agents have no respect for other people's time. Highly not recommended.

I recently listed my house for sale with Brett Liscomb at Bennett Property Shop Realty. From the moment I completed an online form for a free home evaluation to the close of my sale, the entire experience was exceptionally professional.

Within 30 minutes of submitting the form, I received a call from a Bennett representative to book an appointment with one of their agents, Brett, for an evaluation. Within a few hours of the phone call, a courier delivered an impressive Welcome Package containing several brochures, examples of listings selling over their asking prices and, testimonials from previous Bennett customers.

As a first-time homebuyer, Therese was a huge asset in helping us navigate the real estate market and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Therese’s differentiators:

- She listened to the items we were looking for in a house and made sure to cross reference these at our viewings;

- She made sure to show us houses at the low and high end of our budget to be give us a realistic view on what we would be able to purchase;

Agent Hayley Vaughn had promised that no photos would be posted unless I authorized them first.she lied. She used unauthorized photos. I asked her not to go into my back yard (Contractors were not finished their work back there so I couldn't be sure of her safety or of the conditions of their work area.) She took the photographer back there anyway. She promised to have the listing up by a certain date, a week later it was still not up.
They sent another agent to my house (Greg) who kicked off his flip flop type sandals and wanted to go bare foot through my home. (Disgusting) he was rude, impolite and arrogant. In casual street ware (Shorts and a rumpled t-shirt.)
He never smiled once.
He was very unprofessional.
I would not recommend anybody use this firm.

Called the property shop regarding a property. Came in and seen Hayley Vaughn. She's been very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Took me to see many properties. Ones I've chose the right one for me, she helped me with advice and professional expertise all through the closing process. Highly recommend her, and will definately use her when it's time for me to sell.

They just know how to do their job and follow up with clients.was a first home buyer with no experience or knowledge about the area and neighborhoods and they offered me all i was expected and guided me to do closing as soon as planned.i recommend them for buyers.
