Bennett Truck Rentals

Highly recommend this place for a moving truck rental! They have new trucks that are clean and well kept! They have 26 ft.all the way down to minivans. They also rent wheelchair accessible minivans!

I Rented a Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel last week from Bennett. It was the easiest and quickest rental process I have experienced in both personal and commercial rentals. The young woman who helped me got me into the truck within 5 minutes of arrival. The rental was originally supposed to be 3 days however, I reached out to Rose to extend the rental and it was taken care of in one email. Upon return, Rose had me out the door in seconds with a simple key drop. I highly recommend renting from them and they 100% have all my future business. I don’t leave reviews often but this experience warranted one. Thanks Rose and the team at Bennett!

Great prices if you need to use the truck for long distance move in or outside the city. Trucks are in great condition and run great.

Truck was ok but rental price was almost double anywhere else. Manager lacked manners (other employee told her that "there are customers ready to go", she scoffed and replied "they re ready when im ready", then proceeded to lecture me on filling the gas past full, and to make sure not to put diesel fuel in, as if im some sort of moron, thank you for that)

Id suggest last resort only.

Skip Discount Rentals, go to Bennett

Tried renting at Discount but when we went to pick up the truck we were informed it was a) not there and b) not expected back anytime soon. We were forwarded to Bennett who had inventory readily available, in great shape and were easy to work with. I'll skip Discount altogether next time to go straight to Bennett.

I initially reserved with U-Haul but when it got closer to the date, they didn't have a truck for me in London! They wanted me to pick it up from Chatham (where we were moving to). Luckily, Bennett had a 26' truck available. It cost a little more but was undeniably worth it! The staff were awesome, the trucks were super clean, I felt really good and comfortable driving it (was a bit worried) and the size was larger/taller than U-Haul's 26 footer which really helped (was also worried that all our stuff wouldn't fit). Our move day couldn't have been better and Bennett played a huge part in it. I'd rate higher than five stars if I could!

Great crew. Rent often. Company bought a truck off them two years ago. And when the lift gate oddly broke down, manager sent over her experienced in-house mechanic that got us back on the road within an hour. Awesome service.

Never use UHaul again!
These trucks are nicer and well kept compared to the competition, and you can't beat the prices.

I recently moved and UHaul quoted $399.99 for the largest truck plus insurance, kms, gas etc. Bennett was $159.99 plus 50 free kms and it was extremely efficient on fuel. And it had a power lift gate!

After everything was said and done Bennett was less than half the price UHaul would've been!

Also, I forgot something in a truck and they were helpful and got the item back to me!:)

All required emergency equipment is provided in good condition, in service, and ready for your pre-trip inspection.

Bennett Truck Rentals on 78 Firestone Blvd.is the standard. I would not consider going elsewhere, and would have no problem recommending this company, and staff, to those seeking to acquire their DZ licence.

Needed to rent a truck to pick up our travel trailer. No other place in town would rent a vehicle for towing. Not only were the staff at Bennett able to provide a vehicle, but they also helped us to select the correct towing equipment and were able to accommodate a last minute schedule change. Thanks Bennett, you've definitely earned a return customer!

Bennet offers a variety of car and truck rentals. Rates are maintained and don't fluctuate like other rental companies. The vehicles are well maintained, often newer and in well working condition.

They had exactly what I needed they had it when I wanted it and the staff is friendly and helpful

Rented a minivan for a day trip. Was slightly cheaper than the others. Should have stuck to enterprise.
First was walked out to the van and asked to check it for damage;no problem. Asked to verify odometer and fuel; no problem. Was on the full mark; he had me sign and made a point to saying to ensure its filled right up on return. Got down the road less than a half km and it was below full already. Frustrating but whatever I had a log drive ahead I let it go.

On the highway the van had a slight shake to the tires; again not a big deal (even though it was a 2018 with under 7000kms on it)
Big issue was with their cheap floor mats that caused the gas paddle to stick down on the highway. A few times it happened in Toronto traffic and needless to say was scary. Especially when loaded with 4 kids and 2 adults. I knew how to handle it and pulled off after the second time.
Took the mat out and the van was fine.

After the trip I returned the van after closing. Took pictures and wrote a long email explaining my problem. Not only do I get no replies at all they dont even email me my receipt.

Just avoid them!
