Excellent customer service. They were very kind to do an alignment before the snow storm. Highly recommend by me.

Worst place never ever go to There they only rip off your money I went there today for my car safety first the men who was at reception told me he will do it but you have to wait for an hour so I did wait there within 25 minutes he told me no I can’t pass your car as your car required two new wheels which will cost you around 600-700 dollar I told him no I don’t want to do it he said ok and later on he came to me with a Bill for my safety around 150 dollar and all sudden when I am asking him what it is for you have to tell me this before and all he start shouting on me the men at reception was the rudest person I ever seen no respect for there customer and later on I went to other place and they pass my car he was trying to sell him tires to me never go there the men should learn some manners they way he shouting on his customer is unacceptable

Went in looking for tires for truck. Friendly staff, great pricing, 4 tires installed in under hour.

The service was terrific! The staff was friendly and service was quick! Very happy with our Good Year Assurance tires.

Spoke with Peter following a miscommunication error. Inititally we were upset with the service we were provided however Peter reached out, listened to our situation, provided clairty from his point of view and made well by us for this communication error. Follow-up service was provided and greatly appreciated. A good establishment run by a respectable crew.

Best garage in Belleville I have found hands down! Polite, friendly, and always wanting to make sure you leave satisfied. They have gone over and above for me many times and this is the ONLY place in the Belleville area I will take my vehicles to now. Always quick to get the job done, always done properly, and always provided a quote before proceeding with work. These guys are the best!

I found myself with a soft tire after work on a Friday night Needing to drive an hour and a 1/2 home. After trying a few different places for a plug. I wound up a good year.
An hour before closing they took me and right away plugged my tire and I was on the way again for the weekend ready for work.the fellow at the front desk was kind and courteous, polite, professional.
After getting turned down in several different places a Friday evening and needing the truck for the next day I was getting frustrated at the situation.after dealing with goodyear getting me up and on the road it turned my evening around.

Went here to get my brakes done. They told me my back brakes were still good, only my front brakes needed to be done. The charged me $450.00 for front brakes and rotors. Less than 9 months later I was starting to hear brake issues again. I had recently moved out of the Belleville area and to a new city where I brought my car to another automotive workshop. They took a look a my car and told me my front brakes were done with the cheapest brake pads and rotors available. That the rotors looked fine on the outside and the inside was basically shot. The back brakes were cracked and severely over due. The new shop re did all the work this shop did and replace my back brakes for $550.00 and they come with a life time warranty. Do not come to this shop the are scam
artists.

I called the store to get a price on winter snow tires. I was quoted $1050 all in …out the door tax included. When I went to pick up my car and pay, he said it would be $1201 as there was an environmental fee etc. The environmental fee shown on my bill was $16. That is a far cry from the difference of about $150. I do not like to be low-balled. If I am quoted a price I expect to pay that price. I could have gotten a set of Michelin from a Costco for $1030 (out the door), however I chose to buy local. I will have to rethink my purchases in future.

Matt, Peter and the team are great to deal with. They will get you in and out quick and the pricing is fair and always as quoted.

Last week I bought a full new set of tires for my own vehicle and had a flat before the end of the day it was installed. They thought maybe a valve; yep was a valve. 3 hours later - another flat. Sure it was a valve. I am soooo patient but I'm tired, as a woman and a consumer both.

UPDATE: the problem ended up being a long-shot and in no way the fault of Benson's or Goodyear products. This has been a perfect Guest Recovery experience; including not being made to feel awful and my son is now a returning customer too!

As a former Goodyear Canada employee and professional licensed mechanic and electrician, I can say first hand this shop lacks both professional management and skilled labour. Twice my vehicle was returned with damage caused by their, and I use this term loosely, “technicians”. First time they lowered a vehicle onto a set of tires crushing the rocker panel.denied it.second time stripped threads on a steering column.denied it. Also had to take my vehicle to another shop to have tires rebalanced. Incredibly poor workmanship and zero integrity. If you would like a shop that leaves both your vehicle and wallet in worse shape than when you arrived, this is the place. My advice, find a reputable garage and take your business elsewhere.

Went in looking for battery for auto. Friendly staff, they had battery in stock. Installed and out in under 1/2 hour.
