Place d'Orléans location is by far the best one with knowledgeable and kind staff. Every time I walk in there, there's great music and one of the staff, Nicky, welomes and helps me with whatever I need. I always leave that store happy.

Great place to buy different bags you need. Huda is the best person to deal with when you want to buy something. She is great and knows what she is doing. She is also very friendly.

Every single time I visit to this Bentley location, whether I purchase anything or not, I receive great customer service, specifically from Huda. I had an issue with a luggage I previously purchased and each time I had Huda assist me. She delived exceptional customer service. She was very kind and patient, and took the time to understand my situation. She never seemed to get annoyed with me, even though I know it was completely out of hers or the store's control. She went to extreme lengths to ensure that she found a solution to my issue although it was a hard fix (not Bentley's fault in any way). She spoke to management to explain my situation, and I had Michelle, the manager, give me a call and also deliver great service. I will only ever shop at this Bentley location, and specifically with Huda as she is the perfect example of what an exceptional Retail Employee should be. Thank you to Huda and Michelle for being so patient and kind with me, I will always recommend the two to my friends and family!

Neatly organized items, welcoming staff and often you can find good deals!

Absolutely no service. The store was empty and we walked in. The two staff never even said hello because they were too busy talking about becoming a manager. The store is small and dark and has little variety. Will not be going back.
