Bergham - Orleans

Such amazing service and generous staff. I am beyond impressed. Highly recommend this location in particular.

If I could give a worse score id do that. Waited twenty minutes past our pickup ready time, fries were soggy and they didn’t include the extra sauce I paid for. Highly recommend against going here

Ordered for delivery, order was incomplete took over 90 minutes to arrive, and the food itself was mediocre at best

The sandwich tasted fine but the portion size, especially for what they charge, is a total joke.

One of the slowest "fast food" restaurants I have ever been to. A single combo took them 50 minutes to prepare.

Seriously the last time i come here… I came to buy something to eat real quick before i go to work, but tell my why i had to wait an hour for a small sandwich. Not only did i wait an hour but i was late to my work. Even high class restaurants don’t take this much time, won’t be recommending this place to anyone

Précision, l’avis qui suit concerne les deux expériences en Mars-Avril 2022.

Première fois que j’ai mangé chez un Bergham c’était à Québec. Très bon et portions copieuses.
Depuis que je vis à Orléans, j’ai essayé celui ci deux fois.

La première fois c’était pas bon.
Le burger était petit mais si au moi d il était bon… et bien non, un goût fade, l’impression de manger du plastique.
De plus Service pas très efficace, j’ai du lui dire qu’il me manquait une partie de la commande.
Je me suis dis ok, c’était peut être juste un mauvais jour pour eux, j’y suis retourné une seconde fois quelques semaines après, commande a emporter.
Arrivé à la maison, une horreur, infecte, les enfants n’ont même pas voulu finir, ca a fini à la poubelle. Ma femme a du improviser avec des pâtes à la dernière minute.

J’en ai parlé autour de moi, voisins et amis, tous ont fait la même remarque. Ce n’est pas bon du tout. C’est décidé je ne mettrai plus un pied là bas. Passez vite chemin

Bad Customer service, had to wait for sandwich for 20 min even though there was no customer in line and 4-5 people were working there, have been fan of bergham at other locations but over here food wasn’t that great as at other centrale berghams

I’ve given this location many chances but ordering late (as they close at 3am) is just not it. Maybe it’s best if they don’t stay open this late. Either missing items, wrong items, items made completely wrong etc. I had a very sad burger today as it came with literally just the patty and bread when other toppings were included in the description. A whole box of lokmas forgotten as that was what we were wanted. Leaving a revjew is the only way to get the managements Attention as their phones are off basically all the time.

Tts best Bergham. Hands down. Cook really put efforts to make you food delicious. I went to multiple centrale Bergham but non came close to taste found on this location.

Very unprofessional spot, no one’s in the front to take orders, the man who finally came after the ring was distracted on his phone and wasn’t properly respectful. The amount of time it took for one simple order including a sub and a poutine was ridiculous. I waited more then 45 minutes for that order in the store when it wasn’t really that busy. To conclude the customer service needs to fix up as soon as possible so that us people can really enjoy the food!

The best late night and day time food very generous and kind people even if you were to have a problem they would fix it 10000000% i been eating here long time with no problem

Great food and terrific customer service. Hazem took it upon himself to resolve a mishap with an ubereats pickup, and did his best to get my order completed as soon as possible.

I usually love central bergham. I typically go to the one on bank street therefore I got my usual order at the orleans location. I was really disappointed because my burger was extremely dry and tasteless. I got the biggie and a cheeseburger. The biggie had this huge sesame seed bun in the middle which made it extremely difficult to eat. It's supposed to resemble a big mac so the bread in the middle should be thin, not a huge top bun. The fries were cold and not salted. I was just overall really disappointed with my meal: (I might just stick to the bank street location from now on.

These guys sell fast food but prepares them slowly, lol. It takes forever for them to make a sandwich. Food is okay a little better than KFC if that means anything!

I would love to share my experience with you guys with the best bergham and lokma. They give you the best customer services and they serve ASAP. I love been their custome because their workers make my day by talking to me and keep smiling. Thank you

Excellent service
Ali the owner went out of his way accomodating and serving customers at the relaunch of his Orleans branch. Offering water while they wait in line ups or near the car. Thanks for the complimentary Berghey, loved the spicy one and Lokma strawberry and nutella ones were excellent.

Food was amazing. Staff were friendly and generous - we were given desserts even though we hadn't ordered any.

Terrible experience. Me and my friends had to wait 20 MINUTES for our basic burger combo order even though there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. The food was also god awful and cold. I got the king burger which had a chicken strip on the burger. This burger was very BLAND and gave both me and my friend STOMACH PROBLEMS. The order costed around 15 dollars which is the same price of a five guys burger combo. The quality was worst than McDonald's for the same price as 5 guys, absolutely pitiful!

Only 1 worker who doesn’t know what they’re doing and claimed there was no sauce? They also claim to close at 3 and when i came at 2: 30 last week they said they were closed but the open sign was on.bad customer service

All time I go to bank st I like food there yesterday we go this location we get sick and food not same and smile like old

Went there twice to order the Philly Steak sandwiches. Not at all impressed. The sandwich barely had any mushrooms, very little sauce in it and it was very poorly made. Also, the place isn't very clean.

They do not answer they phone and hang up whenever you get a hold of them. Horrible service. Will never try ordering from there again

I went to the restaurant and ordered a Philly steak and nugget poutine.
The last time I went, the Philly stake was twice as big as the one I got, plus this time it was in a hotdog bun, and the poutine had no chicken at all. I pointed to the chicken poutine and told the cashier I wanted it, but he brought me one without the chicken. Because I paid full price and waited 20 minutes, I now consider that a pretty low-cost move.

Ok I'm not one to put a bad review on restaurants but this is not the first time that I receive my meal and I'm completely disappointed. They always rip you off on the sandwich size and they don't even say it in the description so all you have is the picture, and it looks nothing like it when it comes. Overpriced and not worth it. If I could give no stars I would.

Terrible service 20 minutes for a poutine. Terrible time management will never go back. Who brings out a bag from the back, goes back for fry, goes back for her iPad, goes back for a marker. Are you serious?

Ordered through uber app. Burgers are bland and unpleasant to eat. In the uber app it shows pictures of fries, drink and burger, I only got the burger for 14.99 and 4.99 for a 355ml of Sprite thinking it would be larger for that price. I should have saved my money and went to McDonalds for a fraction of the price of this place.

Food is amazing! Best fries too. Was going to the one on Bank st.for years and it's just as good here. Highly recommend!

Glad they finally open in Orleans. Great sandwiches (Philly Steak one is delicious), good prices and very good customer service! Highly recommend.

you must try them - - - Delicious!

Best place to eat in Orleans. So happy they opened here, all the staff are friendly and is the perfect place to eat.

Love this food chain for the value in food quality/portions, and variety of choices. For both a mild or spicy palate, there are many choices offered. The owner at this location is also very personable, and made the experience a great one. Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone looking for fast food in the area.
